Is Martin Make Money Profit System a Scam? My Review

The Martin Make Money Profit System claims to be an easy way for anyone to make $200+ per day. But is this too good to be true? Is Martin Make Money Profit System a scam like the many other similar scam systems that plague the internet?

I came across this program and knew I had to write a review on it because there is no doubt that people are getting the wrong impression of it. This is not the simple easy money making system that it claims to be and I’ll go over the truth in this short review.

Martin Make Money Profit System Overviewmartin make money profit system

There are probably multiple websites out there promoting this system, but the one I came across really made it sound like a scam. It told me that this system is easy to start and it generates automated income. The phrase “automated income” is always a red flag for me. More often than not, programs that make this claim are pure scams. (Xtreme Home Paycheck and Freedom Cash System are 2 scams that I reviewed recently with similar claims)

Another red flag that I came across right away was the claim of this requiring very little work to make such huge profits. They claim that only 1-2 hours a day can get you generating over $200 per day. That sure sounds a little ridiculous to me.

But anyways… you can always judge a book by its cover…. right?

So after entering my email address and name I went through to the offer. It turns out that they redirect you to another offer that is hosted on the Warrior Plus marketplace and is called 8 Minute Profits. And of course this program makes even more ridiculous claims than what I had initially came across.8 Minute Profits V2

This program claims that you can start making over $300 per day with just an 8 minute setup. That is what it seems to lead you to believe anyhow.

But this is not the real program here. I don’t know why they redirect you to this program but if you go to your email to confirm your subscription you can get access to the program you signed up for ….Martin Make Money Profit System.

What This Program Is

Martin Make Money Profit System is a simple system that consists of 4 free videos. Yes these videos are free but don’t get excited yet because its nothing special.

The 4 videos don’t really go over all that much. You will start out listening to Martin go over his reputation on Warrior Plus to show you that he knows what he is doing and isn’t a newbie. They you will learn about how affiliate marketing works and how you can get set up to start making money. Next you will be taught about the importance of sales funnels and there will also be an ebook that is promoted to you at that point. Lastly you will be given a sales pitch on why you should upgrade and pay to work with Martin.

If you upgrade and pay Martin claims that he will literally “do all the work” and all you have to do is sit back and watch the money come in.

There is also another upgrade that he pushes you to buy that is a case study of how to go about setting up your online business and everything. It will basically take you through the entire process of how this all works.

How You Make Money

Basically this program is one of those “buy this program and you can make money selling this program” type of deals. When Martin tells you that he “will do all the work”. What he is doing is duplicating his website and giving it to you, which you will be able to use to get people to buy into this same system.

I have seen these systems a thousand times online. There are tons of programs that just push you to promote the program to make money.

Conclusion On Martin Make Money Profit System – Scam?

I really don’t see much potential in this system. Honestly.. I don’t really agree with the way they force you to promote the program to others in order to make money in the first place. But if you really do want a program like this there are much better ones out there such as Aspire and MOBE, which I also do not recommend.

I highly doubt there are many people making $200+ a day with this system, if any. The only one making good money is probably Martin himself. This program seems to be thrown together as a way to get people to buy and promote his system at the same time… which is a win/win for him.

Overall this just is not something I would buy. I wouldn’t even think about it.

Is Clone Cash System a Scam? My Review

Clone Cash SystemClone Cash System claims is an online money making program that supposedly teaches you an easy way to make money online. But is this too good to be true? Is Clone Cash System a scam like the many other similar scams out there? Or is this the real deal?

The fact that Steve Peirce (the creator) calls this an “easy” way to make money online sets off all sorts of scam alarms for me. I have been making money online since 2015 and I have found that there is no “easy” method really. But anyways… in this short review I’ll be going over what its all about and whether or not its legit.

Clone Cash System Overview

The Clone Cash System is a free video training guide created by Steve Peirce that shows you how to make money online with affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is when you promote products for companies online and earn commissions just for referring buyers to their websites. This is actually how I make a living online so I can assure you that it is legitimate.

The video tutorials are free to watch and all but you will have to pay money to follow along. Steve promotes services that are necessary for having a website online and this is where the money comes in.

What You Get

There are 20 videos total. They will walk you through the process as Steve tells you are pretty informative, especially when it comes to free information.

The video tutorials go over everything from an overview of how it all works, keyword research, earning money from the same visitors each month, website hosting, finding good products to promote, getting good Google rankings, to writing posts and more.

Throughout the videos there will be things that you need to buy in order to continue with the process. For example in video 5 he promotes a hosting service called High Profits Hosting. Website hosting is one of several things you will need to pay for with this business model. A keyword research tool and a domain name are 2 others that are definitely needed.

What I Like

I like the business model that Steve is promoting here. Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online and is particularly good for beginners due to how simple it is and other reasons.

This is how I got started making money online and it is still how I make money. The good thing about it all is that affiliate marketing is a legit way to make money online and its not going to go away. Every big company (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) has affiliate programs and as long as there is commerce there will be affiliate marketing.

Complaints

Outdated Info

The main problem I have here is that this program is still up and running yet the information in it is fairly outdated. For example one of the techniques that is discussed for traffic generation is called backlinking. This used to be a very effective method back in the day but since some of Googles algorithm changes this has become less and less effective and is no longer used much.

Shady Products

Another big problem I have here is that some of the products that Steve promotes to you throughout the training are not reputable at all. For example the High Profits Hosting service that he tells you to get is not any good. There is almost no information on this and the cost of it is too expensive. It makes a lot more sense to just go with a reputable company like GoDaddy or HostGator rather than this one. Steve is more than likely promoting this because he gets good commissions from you signing up.

Conclusion On Clone Cash System – Scam?

Clone Cash System is not a scam but it is also not a program I would recommend. It is great that Steve provides free information for people looking to make money online but this program is old and outdated. And the services promoted are not any good at all and never were.

Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online but this program is going to steer you in the wrong direction. You would be better off just Googling and researching information for free on your own honestly.

If you want to learn affiliate marketing the right way then I would suggest taking a look at Wealthy Affiliate (my review here). Wealthy Affiliate is the training program I used and still use today. They are all around better than the Clone Cash System and if you are interested in learning more about this place you can click the link below to read my full review.

Is LifeVantage a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

LifeVantageLifeVantage offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this the real deal? Or is LifeVantage a scam that is going to be a waste of your time and end up leaving you disappointed/discouraged?

In this post I’m going to be reviewing the business opportunity behind this program. There are some things that people often do not know when entering this line of work…. things that people with the company don’t tell you. In this.

LifeVantage Overview

LifeVantage is a mlm health and wellness company that sells products based around a special ingredient called Protandim. This ingredient is said to reduce oxidative stress and increase mitochondria production, thus reducing aging.

But anyway… I’m not here to review the products. I want to talk about the business opportunity.

LifeVantage goes by a direct selling business model. All of their marketing and sales are done by independent distributors. And as a distributor you can make money not only by selling the products yourself, but also by recruiting other distributors into the business.

How You Make Money

There are 8 ways in total to make money with with the LifeVantage compensation plan, but they can all be put into 2 categories. You can make money, as I mentioned above… by selling products yourself and by recruiting others to do it.

Retail Sales

These are the sales that you make yourself. As a distributor you have the ability to buy products at discounted prices which you can then turn around and sell at a markup, thus keeping the difference. You will also be able to sell products 24/7 through your own personal LifeVantage website.

Depending on your rank you can make anywhere from 20-30% on these retail sales.

Recruitment

Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment… its all about recruitment.

One of the best ways to earn from recruitment is through their Royalty Commission. I found a chart to show you that you can see below. It is pretty confusing but basically what you need to know is that it is a uni-level structure that pays out down to 9 levels. The people that you personally recruit become your level 1, the people that they recruit become your level 2, and so on down to level 9. And as you can see you will earn a percentage of income from these people beneath you.

What you also need to know is that in order to be able to participate in this entire comp plan and to earn from all 9 levels you need to move up the ranks. Moving up the ranks is all about recruitment for the most part.

There are requirements that you sell a specified amount of product volume yourself, but that isn’t much and doesn’t increase much as you move up. The product volume that your team (aka your downline) is required to sell increases a lot as you move up though. And recruitment is the only way to meet these requirements.

Why Most People Fail

Most people fail with mlm’s like this because that is just how it is. With a compensation plan like this where recruitment is key to making good money, the majority of people are destined to fail. There are always going to be much more people near the bottom of the mlm structure than at the top. And the top people are the ones that bring in all the money.

So really the simple fact that most people fail with companies like this is unavoidable. It is the comp structure that makes it this way. There is a lot of potential to earn good money and some people do very well, but these are the top few percent.

Kannaway and Le Vel are 2 other mlm’s that I just reviewed and they are the same darn way…. very few people succeed.

Conclusion On LifeVantage – Scam?

LifeVantage is definitely not a scam. Their products are legitimate and this is a legitimate business opportunity. My only problem with it is that many people are mislead into joining. They are recruited in by current distributors with dreams of making all kinds of money when the reality is that they more than likely will not.

The incentive to recruit with mlm’s like this is so high that this leads to distributors recruiting by somewhat deceptive means. The people calling LifeVantage a scam are those that thought it would be much easier… but then failed.

So just know what you are getting yourself into. If you like LifeVantage’s products and think you have what it takes to recruit like crazy and build up a big downline then go for it. Just know its not easy and statistics don’t lie…  most people fail miserably.

Is Le Vel Thrive a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

Le VelLe Vel offers people the potential to make a good bit of money with their business opportunity. But is this opportunity actually legitimate? Or is Le Vel Thrive a pyramid scheme type scam that is not worth getting into?

I have been getting some questions on this company so I decided to take a look into it and see if its any good. In this post I’ll be reviewing the business opportunity offered and looking at the possibility of it being a pyramid scheme.

Le Vel Overview

Le Vel is a mlm company that sells health and wellness products. I’m not going to review the products sold in this post but from what I have read and heard they are good products. What I want to focus on here is the business opportunity in front of us.

Le Vel uses a direct sales business model. This means that they don’t sell products in stores and that they rely on independent distributors to market and sell their products. These distributors can be anyone. I could join, you could join… anyone. As a distributor you can get paid not only by selling Le Vel yourself, but also by recruiting in more distributors… and this is the pyramid scheme side of it all.

How You Make Money

As a distributor, or “promoter” as they call it, you will  be able to earn 20% on the your customers online orders. These are the orders that you personally refer online.

You can make decent money on your own if you are a good seller but the real money comes into play with recruitment of other promoters. There are several ways you can earn from recruiting others into the business but I’ll give you an example of what is the most lucrative.

The Team Commissions are what you get paid from your “team” beneath you, which is just another name for your downline. You can get paid down to 8 levels off of this uni-level structure. The people that you personally recruit in become your level 1. The people that they recruit in become your level 2… and so on all the way down to level 8…

Being able to earn from all 8 levels is a matter of moving up the ranks. You have to move up to the top position to be able to do this.

How do you move up the ranks?

Its all about recruitment. The requirements for how much product volume you personally have to sell stay the same but the amount that your “team” has to sell increases with each rank. This means that recruitment is key to moving up the ranks.

Pyramid Scheme?

It is pretty obvious that this business puts a big focus on getting its distributors to go out and recruit. The only way to even move to the top is to recruit… you have not choice.

However… because they do also force you to make a certain amount of personal retail sales each month to stay active, this isn’t a pyramid scheme. I get the fact that it seems more focus is put on recruitment than on retail sales but this just can’t be considered a pyramid scheme.

I have reviewed dozens and dozens of mlm’s that operate the same way as this. Although it leans very close to being a pyramid scheme it still has not crossed the line and remains a legal business opportunity.

The Reality Of This

Although its not a pyramid scheme it is not necessarily a good business opportunity. The reality here is that with a compensation plan like this one very few people will make good money. It favors recruitment so much that you pretty much have to have a big downline to make good money.

There will always be much more people near the bottom than at the top, which means that most people will just not make good money… that is how it will always be.

I just reviewed 2 similar mlms recently, Kannaway & Emza Gold, and this goes for them too. Its the same for any mlm with a comp plan that favors recruitment so much like this.

Conclusion on Le Vel – Scam?

Le Vel is not a scam. However, I do believe many people that get into this business feel scammed because they have been led to join by being fed false hopes and dreams. While there is a lot of potential to make money with a mlm like this the chances of that happening are very slim.

If you like Le Vel’s products and you think you have what it takes to recruit like crazy and build up a big downline, then go for it. I’m just here to let you know the reality of this business because many people get into it and end up wasting their time. MLM’s like this have insanely high turnover rates for a reason.

Is Kannaway a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

KannawayKannaway offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this legit or is Kannaway a pyramid scheme type scam? Is this opportunity simply too good to be true? Or is this possibly the breakthrough money making job that you have been waiting for?

I’ll just straight to the point here and say that Kannaway is not a pyramid scheme. However, the recruitment nature of their business model does resemble a pyramid scheme and this is what is causing most of the controversy surrounding this business. When it comes to this there are definitely some things that everyone should be aware of before they decide whether or not to pursue this opportunity and in this short post I’ll be covering what I think you should know.

Kannaway Overview

Kannaway is a network marketing company that sells hemp oil products. From what I have seen and read their products are good quality and many people like them. But I’m not writing this post to talk about the products here. I am writing to discuss the business opportunity and the pyramid scheme part of it all.

Kannaway relies on independent distributors (aka Brand Ambassadors) to do all the marketing and selling. Anyone can become one of these distributors and make money selling their products. Additionally, distributors can make money recruiting other people into the business. This mlm (multi-level marketing) structure is where all the pyramid scheme controversy comes in.

The Compensation Plan

The cost to participate in the compensation plan is $54.98/yr. This is the fee for the marketing materials you will get, your personal Kannaway website, support and more.

You will then be able to purchase Kannaway products at wholesale prices and sell them at markups, keeping the difference.

But the part I’m interested in here is the mlm side of it.

There is a unilevel commission structure in place in which you can earn from people up to 10 levels down. The people that you personally recruit in are your level 1. The people that they recruit in are your level 2…. and so on all the way down to level 10. Because it is unilevel there can be unlimited people at each level.

One of the unusual things about this structure is that you will actually earn higher commissions from those the further down you go. Usually it is the opposite of this with most mlm comp plans. And as you can see below the amount of levels you can earn off of depends on your rank. There are 11 ranks total.

You might be wondering how you are supposed to advance up the ranks. The answer here is simple: RECRUITMENT. When you move up the ranks there isn’t much change in the requirements for your personal sales volume, however, your GBV (Group Business Volume) increases greatly. This is the amount of product volume sold from your downline… so of course to increase that you need to recruit more an more.

Pyramid Scheme?

There is no doubt that Kannaway focuses very much on recruitment. The comp plan pushes distributors to recruit in order to advance in the company. However…. they still are not a pyramid scheme because they do also force distributors to make personal sales of their own.

I understand that the recruitment side of it often leads to distributors recruiting by deceptive means just to make money, and that this all makes this business opportunity seem less legitimate… but it still is legal what they are doing.

The Harsh Reality

The reality here is that with a compensation plan like this that rewards people to this degree for recruitment… not many people make good money. In order to make good money you need to have a big downline and earn from their efforts. There will always be far greater numbers of people at the bottom earning little than at the top. And the top few percent will reap the rewards from the struggles of those beneath them.

Kannaway does not provide an official income disclosure here, but I have reviewed enough similar mlm’s to know that with a mlm comp plan like this not many people are going to make it. I just reviewed Emza Gold and Isagenix recently and they are the same old story.

Conclusion On Kannaway – Scam Opportunity?

Kannaway is neither a pyramid scheme or a scam. However the business opportunity here isn’t as great as many people may think. There is a lot of potential and some people make very good money, but these numbers are very few.

The people that really make it and climb their way to the top have a lot of drive, motivation, and seem to have that salesperson type personality where they can sell anyone on anything. Not only is this something that most people don’t have, but the comp plan makes it pretty much impossible for many people to make good money.

Is Insight Global a Scam?

Insight GlobalIf you are looking into getting a job with Insight Global you may be a bit hesitant due to the fair number of bad reviews on this place. Is Insight Global a scam or something? Should you even bother with this place? These are the types of questions you need answers to before you move forward.

To make a long story short… this place is not a scam. I decided to do a little investigating to get to the bottom of the matter and I can tell you that they are legit. In this post I’ll be going over who they are, what they do, common complaints, and more.

Insight Global Overview

Insight Global is a staffing company that was founded back in 2001. They provide employment for fortune 500 companies all over  in areas ranging from Information Technology, to Accounting & Finance, to Engineering, and even Government Jobs.

They require all employees to have bachelor degrees and college graduates seem to be one of their main target groups for employment, which is where many of the complains you may have read come from. Working as a campus recruiter is one of the jobs you can actually get with this company.

Starting Out

Everyone starts out at a recruiter position. You will basically come on board and be mentored by the account manager above you on how to go out and make sales. There will be on the job training for this position so that you know what you are doing right and wrong. Your job will be to recruit other people into Insight Global which will experience the same thing as you. They will start out as recruiters.

Within the first 4 to 6 weeks of being a recruiter, you will get supplemental training. This consists of 3 days of what they call highly interactive training.

The pay as a recruiter is not great. And as you can imagine, this is where many of the complaints come from. However, they do claim you can move up the ranks pretty fast at Insight Global and make more money.

You will be paid on a base salary + commission basis. So as you can imagine it is in your best interest to recruit like crazy.

Moving Up

They claim that the majority of their new recruits are promoted to the role of Account Manager within 6 to 9 months. That is a pretty short period of time to move up the ranks as far as I see it. And this goes for new recruits without any experience whatsoever.

However, there are complaints about this not being true as well.

What I Like About This Place

  • Easy to get a job
  • No experience necessary (you do need a Bachelor’s degree though)
  • Can move up ranks fairly quickly
  • Flexible
  • Training is provided to you

Complaints

  • Low Pay – This is one of the complaints that I have come across from those who just start out. You probably won’t get paid too much as a recruiter, but this is dependent on how good you are at recruiting. With your Bachelor’s degree there is a good chance you can find a better paying job.
  • Hard to Move Up – I have come across several complains from people claiming they were mislead into thinking moving up the ranks would be easier. I don’t know how much truth there is to this but its something you should be aware of. There is always the chance that their performance was horrible and that is the reason they weren’t moving up inside the company.
  • Entry Position Complaint (my own) – One thing that I personally don’t like about this place is how they start you off as a recruiter. You start off knowing nothing about the company and yet your job is to recruit people in by telling them how great it is… when really you have no idea how great it is.

Conclusion on Insight Global

Well there is no doubt that Insight Global is not a scam. The people screaming scam here are people that are going to be saying that about any job position. They feel that they deserve everything handed to them with no work on their part. The reality of life is that things worth having take hard work and from what I see with Insight Global there is plenty of opportunity to make money and do well.

However, for many people starting off as a recruiter is probably an undersell for them. There is a good chance they could make more  money elsewhere starting out with a bachelor’s degree.

But if you are interested in working with Insight Global don’t be scared of it being a scam. Go for it if you wish.

Is Emza Gold a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

Emza-GoldEmza Gold’s business opportunity appears to be very enciting. But is this too good to be true? Is Emza Gold a scam like many other work at home businesses out there? Or is this maybe the new income stream you have been waiting for?

I’ll cut straight to the chase here… This place is not a scam. However, there are definitely a few things that everyone should know before they sign up. And if you don’t know this beforehand you will wish you did later on.

Emza Gold Overview

Emza Gold is a mlm company in the health and wellness industry. Their claim to fame is a product called Daily Gold. It is a blend of vitamins in liquid form that is to be taken once a day. Its jammed packed with vitamins and good ingredients so I can’t really see anything to complain about here, being a health enthusiast myself.

But I’m not here to review the product. I’m here to talk about the business opportunity

Emza Gold uses what you call a direct sales business model. They don’t sell any products in stores. Instead, all of their marketing and sales is done from independent representatives. Anyone can join this business as a representative and make money selling the product. Alternatively, as a rep you can also make money by recruiting other people into the business.

Cost of Joining

To join you will need to purchase Daily Gold. You can choose to sign up for an autoship of the product and you will be automatically shipped it each month, or you can choose a one time purchase. The cost is around $50.

So whether you are a customer or looking to be a representative, either way you will be spending the same amount.

The Compensation Plan

The first way to earn money as a rep is by getting 5 people to sign up. For the first 5 people you bring in (customers or representatives) you will earn $20 each, making it $100 in total. And if you do this in 15 days you will earn a $100 bonus. This is good and all but it only applies to those starting out.

The biggest part of the compensation plan is the Residual Monthly Income. This comes from a 3 x 8 matrix structure. This means that there are 3 positions beneath each person and it goes down 8 levels. When you recruit someone into the business that is your 1st level. When they recruit someone in that is your 2nd level… and so on down to 8 levels.

This means that there is the potential for 9,840 people on your downline that you can make money off of.

You will earn $2 off of each bottle of Emza Gold sold down those 8 levels potentially.

Other Ways to Earn

There are also a lot of other ways to earn. If you get 30 representatives in your downline you qualify for a $1,000 per month bonus. These can come from your own recruitment or others in your downline.

There is also a monthly revenue sharing pool that you get entered in and will earn according to your rank within the company.

And there are 5 ranks by the way, but I’m not going to get into that. All you need to know here is that if you want to make as much as possible its all about moving up the ranks and if you want to move up the ranks its all about recruitment and building up your downline.

The Reality Of This Business Opportunity

Just like pretty much any mlm out there, it is very hard to make good money here. Because the compensation plan favors recruitment so much you need to recruit to make good money. You need to build up your downline and earn from them.

Because of this pyramid-like compensation structure, the top few will earn the majority of the money, sucking it away from those at the bottom.

I review mlm’s like this all the time. In fact I just reviewed Isagenix & Zija the other day and they are the same sad story.

Conclusion on Emza Gold – Scam?

I definitely do not consider Emza Gold a scam at all. Their product seems to be great and very good quality. Being a health enthusiast myself I see the value of it.

However, this business opportunity isn’t necessarily a great choice for most people. Statistics with mlm’s like this don’t lie. Although I wasn’t able to find an official income disclosure from this company proving that very few people make good money, I have reviewed enough similar mlm’s to know that this is the reality with a compensation plan like this Emza Gold has.

But if you like the products sold and think you have what it takes to recruit and climb the ranks, then go for it. Some people make very good money with this. Just know what you are getting yourself into and that most people do not, that’s all.

Is Isagenix a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

isagenixIsagenix offers what can potentially be a very lucrative business opportunity. But is this too good to be true?… Is Isagenix a pyramid scheme type scam that is going to be a waste of your time? Or is this place finally the work from home opportunity that you have been waiting on?

I know there is a lot of controversy surrounding this business particularly due to the recruitment aspect of it. The question of it possibly being a pyramid scheme or not is a logical one to ask. And this is exactly what I want to address here in this post. I’ll be going over how this business opportunity works, how it could possibly be a pyramid scheme, and more.

Isagenix Overview

Isagenix is a mlm company that sells health products dealing with sports nutrition, weight loss, healthy aging, and energy. Their products are good quality from what I see and hear. That is good but this is not what I am interested in here. I am interested in the business opportunity.

Isagenix does all of its marketing and sales by direct sales. Anyone can join this business as an independent distributor and make money selling their products directly. The pyramid scheme side of it all is how distributors can also make money by recruiting other distributors into the business.

How This Place Could Be a Pyramid Scheme

Just because distributors can make money by recruiting others into the business does not mean this is a pyramid scheme necessarily. It depends on how much the company relies on recruitment for revenue.

For this to be a legitimate mlm and not a pyramid scheme Isagenix must put adequate focus on product sales to the general public for revenue and not be overly focused on recruitment.

One good way to tell this is by looking at the compensation plan.

The Comp Plan

One of the best ways to see if a business focuses too much on recruitment is to look at the comp plan. Here you can see where they put their focus and what they push their distributors to do.

As a direct seller, you will be able to purchase Isagenix products at low costs and then sell them at markups, keeping the difference. You will also be able to get people to buy products through your Isagenix website and earn money that way. This is what you call direct sales.

You can also earn money from recruiting others into the business, which is where the term “pyramid scheme” comes into play.

There are 5 ranks within the compensation plan…

  • ASSOCIATE
  • CONSULTANT
  • MANAGER
  • DIRECTOR
  • EXECUTIVE

In order to move up the ranks to consultant you can do so just by selling products on your own. But once you want to move up again to Manager, you will have to recruit 2 new associates into the business. Then after that the number of people you have to recruit becomes more and more.

They use a binary structure, so when you recruit people in they will go to a right and left side, as shown here…

Pyramid Scheme? Why I Say “No”

Honestly I have reviewed dozens and dozens of mlm’s over the years, some legitimate and others not so much. Isagenix is definitely ranked on the more legitimate side of things. While they do place some focus on recruitment and it is necessary to move up to the top rank, they don’t push you to recruit an insane amount.

For example: to move up to the highest rank of Executive you only need to recruit 10 other people into the business. This isn’t a very difficult number to achieve by any means.

Also, you do need to continually sell products on your own to remain active. You must keep a 100 PV (personal volume) of sales to stay active at any rank.

Also, according to Isagenix, in 2015 only about 5.2% of all their members were participating in the business opportunity. That means that 94.8% of people were strictly customers buying from them. I know this is an old statistic but the business hasn’t changed much.

Conclusion – Good Business Opportunity or Not?

The more focused a mlm is on recruitment and the more they favor it, the harder it is for the average person to make money. The more it is like a pyramid scheme, the harder it is. This is because there is more incentive to recruit and those at the top are making more money from those at the bottom.

With most mlm’s only a very small percentage of people make good money. These are the people at the top that are earning commissions from a massive downline beneath them.

Although I would consider Isagenix to be less “pyramid scheme-like” than most…. the facts don’t lie. I was able to find an income disclosure from 2015 (old I know) that shows how little most people make in this business…

As you can see 85% made less well less than $2,000 per year on average. I have seen worse from other mlm’s (Organo Gold & Immunotec for example) but this still isn’t good.

While I don’t consider Isagenix a pyramid scheme I don’t particularly care for mlm’s too much just because most people fail with them. They have a lot of potential for people to make money, but most people just won’t… that is the reality of it.

Is Zija a Scam? A Look At The Business Opportunity

Zija Zija offers what can potentially be a very lucrative home-based business opportunity. But is this opportunity too good to be true? Is Zija a scam like the many other work from home scams out there? Or is this possibly what you have been looking and waiting for.

If you are reading this then there is a good chance that someone talked to you about joining Zija and made some bold claims about all the money you can make. I get questions about companies like this all the time an I make it my duty to bring forth the truth. In this short review I’ll be going over a little about this place, how you make money, the harsh reality, and more.

Zija Overview

Zija is a mlm company in the health and wellness industry. They sell products of all kinds ranging from the personal care and fitness products, to essential oils and more. I have not personally tried any of their products but from what I see and the reviews I’ve read they seem to be of good quality.

But this post is not going to be focused on the products. I want to focus on the business opportunity here.

Zija goes by a direct sales business model. They have independent distributors that do all the marketing and selling. These distributors could be you and I, or anyone that wants to join. As a distributor you can make money by both selling products and by recruiting other people to join the business.

Cost of Joining

In order to become a distributor you will need to pay a yearly fee of $20, which isn’t much of anything. Additionally you will have to buy products at wholesale prices which you will be selling.

They have what you call starter packs available, which are basically a bunch of products bundled together to give you a good start with this business. They can cost in the hundreds of dollars range.

The Compensation Plan

As a distributor you can make money in 2 main ways: By selling Zija products yourself or by recruiting other distributors into the business and earning commissions from their sales.

Direct Sales

You can make direct sales by selling products directly to customers, or by referring people to the Zija website directly. When you sell the products person-to-person, you will be making the difference between wholesale cost and the amount you sell the products at. When you refer a buyer to the Zija website you will make the difference between wholesale cost and the retail price.

Recruitment

Recruitment is always a big part of mlm’s like this. They consist of multiple levels, hence the term multi-level marketing, in which you can earn money from the levels beneath you.

Team Commissions

You can earn team commissions form a binary compensation structure. This structure has 2 sides, a right and left. Below each person there are 2 open positions that need to be filled. You are paid commissions based on the amount of product sales that are made on the smaller side of the structure.

Below is an example of what a binary structure looks like. Its a pyramid like structure where the money made from those beneath you slowly trickles up to you.

You can learn more about the compensation plan here.

The Harsh Reality Of This

While there is a lot of potential to make good money with Zija, most people unfortunately will never make it to that point. With a mlm structure like this those at the top feed off of those beneath them. This makes it very difficult for those at the bottom to make good money. In order to make good money you need to recruit, recruit, recruit… climb the ranks and earn from those beneath you.

The fact of the matter is that there will always be many more people near the bottom than at the top, which means most people will not make good money. This is common with just about any mlm out there. I just reviewed 2 similar mlm’s, Immunotec & IDLife, the other day and it is the same story.

I was not able to find an official income disclosure that shows this but I have reviewed enough mlm’s to know that with a compensation plan like this that favors recruitment so much, there aren’t going to be many people that are successful.

Conclusion on Zija – Scam?

Zija is not a scam. They sell good products and offer a legitimate business opportunity. The only way someone could possibly call this place a scam is from how people are often lured into the business with dreams of making a lot of money only to find out that it is extremely difficult and not what they expected.

If you think you have what it takes to recruit people in left and right, and you like the products that Zija has then go for it. But just know that the reality here is that this is not an easy business to succeed in… but then again everything requires hard work to be successful.

Is Immunotec a Scam? What I Think About This Business Opportunity

ImmunotecIf you are have been contacted to join Immunotec by someone in the business or are looking into this business opportunity on your own free will, you may be a little suspicious of how it all works. The question: is Immunotec a scam is a logical question to ask yourself. Is it? Or is this a legit business opportunity that might be exactly what you are looking for?

In this short post I’ll be answering exactly this. I’ll be going over what you need to know about this business before you join (or not), much of which you won’t be told by anyone in the business.

Immunotec Overview

Immunotec is a mlm company that sells health products, weight management supplements, skin care products, and more. From what I have seen and heard about the products there really isn’t many bad things you can say about them. They seem to be good quality and all. But the products aren’t what this post is about. Here I want to talk about the business opportunity that this place offers.

Immunotec is a direct sales business. What this means is that they have independent distributors that do all the marketing and selling. These distributors can be anyone… you, me, my cousin… anyone that wants to join. They can make money by selling products directly or by recruiting others into the business because of its mlm compensation structure.

Cost of Joining

If you want to become a consultant (this is what they call their independent distributors) then you will have to pay an administration fee of $24.95. On top of that the starter packs that they offer are in the $200-$600 price range. These starter packs are recommended because they give you a bundle of discounted products that are for you to give your business a boost to start out.

The Compensation Plan

Making money here revolves around 2 things: selling products directly and recruiting others into the business.

Direct Sales

As a consultant you can buy Immunotec products at wholesale prices and then sell them at markups, keeping the difference. This will give you about 30% profit. Additionally you can also sell products through your Immunotec website and earn money without ever having to handle the products.

This is a necessary part of the business and it is required that you sell products in order to remain an active consultant.

Recruitment

Recruitment is key when it comes to mlm’s like this. If you really want to earn good money you need to recruit in other consultants, build up your downline and earn money from the effort of those beneath you.

Unlocking the full compensation plan and earning the most from the people beneath you is all about moving up the ranks. There are 7 ranks within Immunotec and in order to move up them recruitment is the name of the game. While the amount of products you personally have to sell does increase slightly as you move up, the amount that your “team” (aka the people beneath you) have to sell increase drastically, meaning that you need to recruit, recruit, recruit.

There are several ways you can earn money from your downline and I’ll give you an example of one. The chart below shows how you can earn what is called the Generational Bonus. Basically this is a bonus that you earn from the sales of people’s teams in your downline. You can earn it up to 8 generations deep if you advance to the highest rank.

The Reality Of This Business

I’m not trying to bash Immunotec or put them down in any way, but this needs to be known. The fact of the matter here is that with this mlm business, or just about any of them, very few people actually make good money. The very structure of the compensation plan favors recruitment so much that this is how it will always be.

You need to have big downlines to make good money and unfortunately there are always going to be much more people at the bottom struggling than there is at the top. The top few make the majority of the money here.

I was able to find the official Immunotec income disclosure for 2016 and it proves my point here. If you look below at the chart you can see that VERY few people even make enough to live off of as consultants…

Mlm’s are all the same when it comes to this. I just reviewed IDLife and Nucerity recently, which are 2 similar mlm’s, and they are the sames story… very little make good money.

Conclusion on Immunotec – Scam?

I would not call Immunotec a scam. They are a legit company, they sell legit products, and they have a legit business opportunity. There are people that make very good money here but those are few.

What brings most people to join this business is the hope of making a lot of money. There is so much potential here but statistically speaking, very few will be able to unlock the full potential of the comp plan.

My last piece of advice is to join if you want to. If you like the products and think you have what it takes to make it in the mlm world then go for it. Just know it is going to be a battle to be successful.
