Prime My Body, Scam or Good Business Opportunity? – [Honest Review]

PrimeMyBodyWelcome to my review of Prime My Body.

I you are considering joining this business opportunity but are hesitant to do so right away then you are in the right place. Maybe you are suspicious of how great it sounds, maybe you are wondering will Prime My Body scam you, maybe it just all sounds too good to be true… whatever the case. In this review I’ll be going over a few very important things that everyone should know before they decide to join or not… things people involved in the business probably won’t tell you.

Spoiler Alert: No Prime My Body is not a scam. However, there are still a few things worth knowing.

Prime My Body Review

Prime My Body (PMB) is a network marketing company based in Texas that is involved in selling products in the supplement/health & wellness industry. They sell things like protein powder, daily moisturizer, lip firming cream, apparel, but their main product is their hemp oil, which you spray in your mouth.

As with most companies of this kind their products are what I consider to be way overpriced. Just to give you an example of what I’m talking about: It costs $149 to buy one bottle of hemp oil spray, which only contains 25 servings and is 1.7 fl oz. This is something that many people cannot even afford.

But anyway… as you can see from the title of this post my focus here is on the business opportunity that they offer. They are what you call a mlm (multi-level marketing) opportunity and what this means is that not only can you earn from selling PMB products to customers but you also are able to earn money by recruiting in new affiliates.

Cost To Join

In order to join as an affiliate you will have to pay a yearly fee of $39. This isn’t bad at all but you will also be pushed to purchase a starter pack which range in price from $239 to $1,190. These include a bunch of products and are good for people that are new to it all. They can help get your business up off the ground but aren’t completely necessary.

Making Money With Prime My Body

As I said, there are 2 basic categories for making money here. There are 8 ways total to make money but they all fall into these 2 categories, which I call direct sales and recruitement.

Direct Sales

These are your direct retail sales that you make to customers. The amount that you will make here depends on what product you sell but you can expect anywhere from 10 – 30%. The profit is just the difference between the wholesale cost and the retail price you sell it for.

You will also be able to earn monthly commissions from preferred customers, which are customers that choose to set up monthly auto-ship and pay every month for the same product(s).

Recruiting

Most of the ways to earn fall under the recruitment side of the business.

The fastest way to earn here is through their Fast Builder Rewards, which is when you get 25% of any starter package that you sell to new affiliates.

The Residual Rewards are a big part of their rewards plan here at PMB. This part of the plan features a 7 level uni-level compensation structure. This means there are 7 levels deep and each level has infinite number of affiliates.

The affiliates you recruit in are level 1, the affiliates they recruit in are level 2, the affiliates level 2 recruits in are level 3, and so on. As you can see in order to earn commissions from all 7 levels you will have to advance up the ranks.

So how do you advance up the ranks? Well.. you will have to recruit new affiliates in as well as bring in new customers. There are other requirements but if you meet these 2 then the others will fall into place.

Lots of Potential Here… But There Is a Problem

Mlm’s like this have a lot of earning potential for those that are really driven to succeed. If you advance up all the ranks then you are going to be doing very well. But the reality is that most people do not and mlm’s like this have extremely high turnover rates.

The mlm structure of this makes it more difficult for low ranked affiliates to make money. The reason for this is because money that they could potentially be making is getting taken away and paid to those above them in the form of commissions. Basically this plan takes away from those at the bottom and gives to those at the top. So you could consider it both good and bad in a way.

Conclusion on Prime My Body – Worthwhile?

First off, Prime My Body is not a scam by any means. The products they prove, while overprice in my opinion, are good quality from what I can tell and from what I have heard. Second, this business opportunity is worthwhile if you make it worthwhile.

Some people will succeed with this but as I said, most people will not. Mlm’s are tough businesses and you have to fight your way to the top. Moving up the ranks is essential if you want to make good money and this is easier said than done.

I wasn’t able to find an official income disclosure from this company but I have seen and looked into enough similar mlm’s, like Sisel & Cerule, to know that most people who join will fail.

So join if you think you have what it takes just don’t go into it thinking it will be easy. Things almost always sound better than what they are.

Something else that you might want to look into if you are looking for a work-from-home job is how I make money online. I make a living online and enjoy what I do. Here is the program that got me started and got me to where I currently am, which I am still a member of.
