CBD BioCare – Scam or Worth It? [Review]

CBD BioCare is one of many companies that make CBD oil products, which have become increasingly popular. However, is this place a scam?

This isn’t something that is out of the question. With the massive rise of CBD oil there have been new companies popping up all over the place, so it is hard to know which you can trust.

Whether you are looking into CBD BioCare just to buy some of their CBD oil products or if you are looking to join the business opportunity, it doesn’t matter… In this review I’ll be going over all you need to know.

CBD BioCare Review

CBD BioCare is a company that manufactures CBD oil products, which you obviously already know. The company is headquartered in Florida and was founded by Matthew and Stacey Pitts.

The story goes that Matthew visited an old high school friend who had cancer and found that cannabis was one of the only things that relieved his pain and suffering. This was before medical marijuana started becoming so popular and was, well you know, illegal. With an intense interest in helping others with the medicinal benefits of marijuana and with the rising popularity of the cannabis industry, CBD BioCare was born.

And no… CBD oil products will not get you high. They do not contain THC, the cannabinoid which is responsible for such. And yes… It they are completely legal, in all 50 states.

Some of the reasons why this particular brand of CBD oil is pretty good quality include that it is said to be…

  • Full spectrum CBD oil
  • Grown organically in the USA and manuctured in the USA
  • 3rd party tested

And then besides the products themselves, there is also a business opportunity here that I will go into more detail on soon.

The Products

Some of their top-selling products include things like…

  • CBD oil
  • Anti-aging collagen retinol cream infused with CBD oil
  • Pain cream that consists of Emu oil mixed with CBD oil

And as mentioned, these are all claim to be full-spectrum, made in the USA, and 3rd party tested to ensure the best quality.

Full Spectrum

What full-spectrum means is that it is full of all the terpenes, cannabinoids, flavonoids, etc in hemp. However, it does not have any THC, which as I mentioned is the stuff that makes you high. So the term “full”-spectrum is a bit misleading.

The reason full-spectrum is looked at as a good thing is because you get benefits from more of what the cannabis plant has to offer.

However, this term “full-spectrum” is often misused and seems to have many different meanings. I’m not really so sure that the CBD oil products this company produces are full-spectrum as you would think.

Made in the USA

The hemp plants that this oil is harvested from are grown in the USA and all of the lab work is also done in the USA.

Why is this a good thing? Well… Because the USA is well known for having some pretty good regulations in place to keep companies like this honest and ethical. This helps to ensure that they aren’t engaging in any less than ethical business practices and that you aren’t getting ripped off in one way or another.

It is also worth mentioning that they state on their website that their products are manufactured in a FDA registered facility.

3rd Party Tested

Third party testing is always a big deal and this place does indeed have third-party testing conducted on their products. And, they even have the certificates of analysis available for public view on their website.

I took a look at these certificates and found that most of them have been conducted by Envio Labs and Encore Labs.

Now I’m no expert on lab results like this, but everything seems to check out. The analyses show that the CBD content is as they say it is and the products seem to be good quality.

The Business Opportunity

CBD BioCare also has a business opportunity that anyone can join to make money selling their products, as well as recruiting in other sales representatives. There have been lots of companies presenting opportunities like this lately, such as HempWorx for example.

In order to become a sales representative, you first have to choose a representative package. And no… You don’t have to take out your wallet and buy a bunch of products like a lot of companies force you to do. There is a free option where you can join without any cost. The 3 different options include the following…

  1. Free option gives you access to member’s dashboard, tracks visitors, sales, commissions, etc.
  2. $99 option gives you access to dashboard plus you get personalized landing pages, coupons you can give visitors and more.
  3. $199 option you get access to dashboard, coupons, and you get one some of the CBD oil products along with it all.

You will start out as a Sales Representative earning 20% commissions on your sales, but have the ability to move up the ranks and potentially earn 40%.

  • Sales Representative
    • You start out at this level and make 20% commissions on your sales
    • Once you reach $1000 in sales you get bumped up to a 25% commission rate
  • Sales Manager
    • Once you make a total of $5000 you move up to this rank and earn 30%
    • After making $15,000 you earn 35%
  • CBD CEO
    • You hit this rank once you reach $40k in sales and now you earn 40% commissions

compensation plan

Some of the good things about this compensation plan include that there are no fees, no minimums, no sales quotas, etc. All you have to do is sign up and choose a package, which could be free depending on which choice you decide. And of course the commissions are pretty good.

There does seem to be a bit of a MLM structure here however. I did see that they mention recruiting in reps beneath you, called “sub- reps”, but I don’t know exactly how this all works. There really isn’t all that much information on the compensation plan.

Summing It All Up

So CBD BioCare is a company that sells various different CBD products, all of which have been tested for quality assurance by third-party labs, and they also have a business opportunity that anyone can join.

All in all I don’t see any reason to call this place a scam. In fact, it seems that their products are actually pretty good based on what I see and what I have found out. Now they may be a bit overpriced, but as far as quality goes they are good.

I hope you enjoyed this honest review and found it at least somewhat helpful.

If you were looking into this to join the business opportunity, you may also be interested in taking a look at how I went from $0 to over $6000 a month working for myself online [learn more]. It has nothing to do with CBD oil or anything like that, but it may be something of interest since you are looking to make money on your own terms.

This is disgusting. You’re promoting a MLM company, Hempworx is MLM too. It’s not that it “seems” like an MLM/pyramid…IT IS ONE!! I wonder how much they paid you to post this bullshit. You’re only contributing to predatory MLM companies that take advantage of the poor and f*** people over.

I’m not quite understanding why you are upset. I didn’t promote either opportunity. I just provided information on them.

    Lee,
I just wanted to point out that CBDBiocare is not MLM(I do not know anything about HempWorx). Subreps just help you make higher commission on your own sales, their sales totals add to your cumulative totals (reaching the $1000, $5000, etc. Benchmarks) but you only get compensated for your own sales.
