Brainfuse Online Tutoring Jobs Review – Worth Your Time or Not?

Brainfuse Online Tutoring Jobs ReviewBrainfuse is an online tutoring company that provides an opportunity to make money remotely online. But are Brainfuse online tutoring jobs  worth your time? Is the pay any good and are you going to be able to get good hours? What is the job like… Easy, hard, not worth it?

These are all questions that need to be answered beforehand and I intend to help you answer them. In this review of Brainfuse tutoring jobs I will be going over the application process, requirements, what the job is like, the pay, work schedule, top complaints and more.

Brainfuse Online Tutoring Jobs Review

As mentioned, Brainfuse provides an online tutoring service. Basically what they do is provide the platform between students and tutors. If you apply to be a tutor and get accepted, you will be able to set your hours and they will match you up with students.

The job mostly consists of reviewing and editing academic papers, so if this is something you think you would be okay with and keep reading. If not, you might want to look for a different opportunity.

Overall the Brainfuse tutoring opportunity is not all that bad, but not really all that great either. I have reviewed a fair number of different tutoring services out there, such as TutorVista, and then many ESL focused tutoring services like VIP Kid, LearnTalk, and DadaABC, so I do have other tutoring places to compare this to.

Brainfuse gets a lot of bad reviews from present and past tutors, which I will talk about in the complaint section of this review.

The Application Process

The application process is pretty simple. First you have to send them your resume (to jobs@brainfuse.com) and if they like what they see they will send you a registration code to continue the process.

You will then begin training and if you get through it you will be brought on board. From what I have read from others (on sites like Glassdoor) there really isn’t much training at all. Basically it consists of you reading a few handouts and it doesn’t really provide you with all that much instruction or information. You have to figure out how to do things on your own to a large extent.

Requirements For The Job

All tutors are required to have a four-year college degree. It doesn’t matter what your degree is in, although teaching would be preferred. It is also preferred that you have experience tutoring or teaching, as this will give you an edge up when it comes to getting hired, but this is also not required.

Before being hired they will also run a background check on you and check references which you will have to supply them with.

Equipment

You just need to have a reliable computer and high-speed Internet. If you don’t have these then the job is not going to be worth it for you. Not only would be a hassle for you, but you will also probably get complaints and eventually fired.

What The Job Is Like

One of the best aspects of a job like this is that you to work from your home and set your own schedule. You will be able to set your availability and they will schedule you with one-on-one tutoring sessions. However, you will often get multiple students thrown at you at the same time, which means bouncing back and forth between different students on different subjects which can be a challenge.

The Instant Access feature of the program allows students to login and receive tutoring help whenever they want to. There is no need for a prescheduled session here. You can also login and pick up tutoring sessions if there are any available. This is all based on supply versus demand so sometimes it may be easy to pick up some extra sessions whereas other times you might not be able to.

As I mentioned earlier, this job largely consists of reviewing and editing papers. Many of the papers you will be checking will be completely disastrous because many students are ESL students. The problem here is that you have a limited time to review and edit these papers… 35 minutes, which can be a struggle at times.

What Is The Pay Like?

There our sources saying that you will get paid $10 per tutoring session, which usually lasts around an hour, and $7 if the student doesn’t show up, but these numbers are questionable. I have seen other people talking about receiving $6 for each reviewed/edited academic paper, which you have 35 minutes to get through.

There really isn’t all that much information about this job so I can’t give you any good numbers here. However, what I can say is that there are a lot of people complaining about the low pay. Also, most people tell you that this is not a good opportunity if you are looking to make full-time money. It is best looked at as an extra income opportunity.

*As a tutor you will get paid every two weeks via direct deposit or check by mail.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is what draws many people to the job. It is very flexible because you can set your own hours… At least to some extent. The reason I say “to some extent” is because, while you can set your own hours, you are going to want to. Of course you want to be available when students are looking for tutoring. If your availability is from 4 AM to 6 AM then you aren’t going to do very well… Students just aren’t up at that time looking for tutoring help.

Complaints

The complaints below are worth mentioning because I have come across them multiple times from multiple different people. These mostly come from research and reading independent tutor reviews from sites like Indeed and Glassdoor.

Lack of Training

You well received very little training for this job and will be expected to either know what you are doing, or figure things out for yourself. It will be better if you were provided with more guidance because then you would be less likely to get complaints for doing things wrong.

Communication Issues

Apparently there are some pretty major communication issues with this company. As a tutor you will often get negative feedback from your tutoring sessions and you will be informed of this, but will be left with no idea on what you should be doing to correct it. Also, there is no way for tutors to talk to management or those higher up.

Overload 

Sometimes they expect you to be a machine. They overload you with students and give you more work than you should have to handle. Additionally, you don’t get paid extra when you have more than one student which is a bummer.

Students Can Be Rude

This just comes with the territory and you will find this as a complaint for pretty much any online tutoring service. Students can be rude, lazy, and expect you to do pretty much everything for them. They also have too much power because they can complain about anything and get you in trouble, or even potentially fired.

The Work Is Seasonal 

One thing that you have to realize if you are going to apply to be a tutor here is that the work is seasonal. When summer time rolls around and school lets out, there isn’t going to be much of any work and this goes from what might be a decent opportunity to a lousy opportunity.

Final Thoughts – Good Opportunity or Not?

There are a fair number of complaints about the tutoring opportunity that Brainfuse offers. Tutors seem to feel overworked and treated like they are disposable, which no one wants. There are a lot of people complaining about the pay, but from what I have seen it can be decent at times. Overal this opportunity is definitely best looked at as a way to make some supplemental income and shouldn’t be relied on as a main job. While it may be possible to earn a full-time income tutoring here, there will be very few people that are going to be able to achieve this.

But anyways… If you like helping people out, don’t mind dealing with students who think they rolled the world, and think you will be able to get through her reviewing/editing papers that may be pretty horribly written, then this opportunity might be something worth pursuing further… As long as you are only looking for supplemental income opportunity.

Get This Plan Scam – You Will NOT Be Getting Monthly Checks from the Vatican!

Get This Plan Scam

Get This Plan it is supposedly some incredible new opportunity to make money online that has to do with the Vatican distributing monthly checks. But is what they tell you really the truth? Can this really be as good as they say? Or is Get This Plan (at GetThisPlan.com) a big fat scam that you need to avoid?

Well since you are here reading my review, I am guessing that you probably are very suspicious of what you are told. You are probably thinking that it is all just a scam and too good to be true, and rightly so. The truth is that… It is a scam for the most part. What you are told is far from the truth and in this review I’m going to be exposing what you really need to know… Which you are not told in the video presentation.

I highly recommend that no one buy into this before reading the rest of this review. If you do you will just end up extremely disappointed and probably feeling scammed.

Get This Plan Review

The video presentation is based around some decision that the Pope’s treasurer supposedly made in 2015. According to what you are told, there was some investment decision that was made so that distributes monthly checks.

You are told that this decision was kept secret for legal reasons and that not many people know about it. And of course everyone can get in on this… It doesn’t matter where you live, how much money you make. In fact, you are even told that you don’t even have to be Christian to collect these monthly checks from the Vatican.

The spokesperson in the video says that his name is Teo Vee and he claims to have once been exactly where you are now, which I have no idea how he would know that. He says that he used to struggle to get by and was scammed a lot. Then he prayed is so much for a good opportunity that his prayers were answered. Supposedly some guy in church revealed his secret to making money and is now Teo makes over $20,000 a month.

Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Sure does, and based on my experience in the many online scams that I have reviewed, this usually means that it is indeed a scam.

Red Flags

#1 – Some Secret Method

Of course this is some secret that no one has ever heard of. It seems that just about every scam that has ever existed claims to be like this.

What really doesn’t make sense is that the spokesperson trips up on his words during one part of the video presentation. At first he claims that this is a “secret” and then later in the video he claims that when this system was revealed “the world was shocked”.

So how can it be A secret and revealed to the world at the same time? Makes no sense.

#2 – Super Easy

That is right… The system is super easy… Or at least that is what you are told. Teo says that after the guy at the church told him about this system, he went home and “clicked a button here”, “typed a bit there”, “followed a few steps” and “BOOM”.

Simple as that and then he was making over 20,000 per month….hmmmmm…. really starting to sound more and more like a scam.

#3 – Not Enough Real Information Given

In the video presentation he doesn’t talk much about what you will actually be doing and how this really works. There is a lot of beating around the bush and not much real information given… Which is typical of online scams.

He talks all about how you will be able to travel the world, go on vacations wherever and whenever, pass this wealth onto your kids, etc. but never actually gets onto what you really want to know… How this is going to making money.

Scams usually do this because they want you to buy into it of course before finding out that it is a scam.

#4 – Doesn’t Really Make Sense

The entire video presentation makes very little sense. If you don’t understand what is going on here than don’t feel bad… It is impossible to understand from watching the video presentation alone.

He talks about getting on some list. All you have to do is get your name on some list of recipients to start collecting these monthly checks.

However, he then talks about being some type of “commerce club”. So does this mean you can just make money from a commerce club by putting your name on a list?? Sign me out! But wait a minute… How does this make any sense?

He goes on to explain how it works like this: people buy stuff online and this money feeds into the Vatican, which then generates cash for people. Makes perfect sense… Wait a minute… No doesn’t. I’m confused.

This explanation makes absolutely no sense in that is because it is all a lie.

It Is All a Lie

The entire sales pitch is a bunch of BS. It is filled with very misleading and deceptive information that gives you absolutely no idea what you are really getting into. There is no money coming from the Vatican. There are no monthly checks being distributed due to some decision that the Pope’s treasurer made. This is all a ridiculous lie designed to sucker people into this scam.

What You Are Really Buying Into

He did hint at some sort of “commerce club” in the video presentation, but there is no way you could have had any clue what this scammy video presentation was really leading into.

This whole thing, the entire video presentation is just a sales funnel for My Ecom Club, which is the creation of Teo Vee. My Ecom Club it is a high-ticket e-commerce training program that focuses on drop shipping with Shopify. That’s right… It is a training program that teaches you how to make money in e-commerce… Which obviously has nothing to do with getting on some list to receive monthly paychecks from the Vatican.

It is all based around drop shipping. Now what is drop shipping? This it is when you run in e-commerce business with no inventory. You sell products that you don’t really have and then have them shipped out directly from the manufacturer, which is usually over in China. I have experience in drop shipping and it for several years but got caught up in other business ventures.

The training will teach you how to drop ship with Shopify. You will create little e-commerce websites on Shopify and sell products which you will then dropship to your customers. Sounds simple… But is much more difficult than it seems and I know this from experience.

The Cost

The cost is potentially a lot more than you may be thinking. Just as they trick you with the BS sales page, they also trick you into buying expensive upsells for additional training/tools that can cost up to $2497 from what I have seen… Maybe more.

This should be expected though, right? After all… They just lied to you about everything in the video presentation, so why not lie to you some more? Can you really trust anything about this training program?

Final Thoughts – Recommended?

So as you can imagine I am not going to recommend that you buy into this. I mean how could I… After all… The entire video presentation was a complete lie. I tend to steer clear of deceptively marketed products/program such as this.

Right off the bat I would not buy into it because of how it is marketed, but the real product here… Which is My Ecom Club is also something that I would not buy into it. Sure, there is definitely some good training in this program that does have value, but there are much better e-commerce training programs out there if you are really looking to get into e-commerce.

For Beginners:

If you are a beginner looking to make money online then my top recommendation would be Wealthy Affiliate. Wealthy Affiliate is an affiliate marketing training program that provides the training and tools necessary to make money with this business model.

For those of you that don’t know, affiliate marketing is when you promote products online and earn commissions doing so. You don’t actually sell the products yourself as you do with e-commerce. Because of this, I think it is a lot easier for beginners to get started with and this is how I started out, which is why I am recommending it.

Wealthy Affiliate is a great place because they provide easy to follow step-by-step training and they offer good support for when you get stuck on something or need help for one reason or another. But anyways… You can click the link below to read my full review of Wealthy Affiliate if interested:

Is Rapidworkers a Scam? -What You Should Know

RapidWorkers scam

It is true that at RapidWorkers you can make easy money online, but is the money that you could potentially make even worth your time? And does this place actually pay as their supposed to? Or is RapidWorkers just a scam that is going to be a ripoff and waste of your time?

In this review I’ll be going over what you need to know before deciding whether or not RapidWorkers is a good choice for you. There are definitely some downsides to it, and in my opinion is a waste of time, by for some people it might be worth it. It just all depends on your situation and what type of income opportunity you are looking for.

RapidWorkers Review

RapidWorkers (at rapidworkers.com) is what you call a crowdsource service. People can go on this site, create employer accounts, and then post simple tasks that they want completed and are willing to pay people to complete. The type of tasks you will find posted on this site are extremely simple and quick. There what you call “micro-tasks”.

If you have ever heard of the websites MTurk, Microworkers, and Picoworkers then you probably know what you’re getting into. These are all micro-tasks type sites where people post simple jobs.

And of course where you come into play is when it comes to completing the job. You complete the job and you get paid. RapidWorkers simply provides the platform between the employer and the worker.

How It Works

It is all pretty simple and straightforward. After you create an account you will be able to browse through the available jobs and selects which job you want to complete. You will be able to sort the jobs based on payment, estimated time to complete, job name, and what countries they are available in.

So you will pick a job, complete it, submit proof of your completed works to the employer (which you would do through the platform), and then wait to get paid. Hopefully the employer well take a look at your completed work and released the money to you quickly, but if not the completed task will be automatically approved after six days. Of course unless the completed task is disapproved.

Types of Jobs Available

As you can see from the image above, there are all sorts of different types of tasks you can complete. Some others that you may see that are not shown above include…

  • Like a Youtube video
  • Download a file
  • Subscribe to a Youtube channel
  • Like a Facebook post
  • Write a fake review on Amazon
  • Visit a website
  • Download and review an app
  • Comment on a Youtube video
  • Create a Gmail account for someone
  • Enter a contest

There is really no telling what type of jobs you will find. I mean you will always find jobs for writing a review on Amazon, visiting some website, and things like that, but you also might find some rather strange jobs. For example in the image shown above you can see one of the available jobs is to sign up for in adult WebCam website.

 

How Much Will You Make?

Just as the different types of jobs vary greatly, so does the pay. Based on what I have seen you can earn anywhere from $0.02 to $2, but the large majority of tasks are going to be paying on the lower end, by far. If you see an opportunity to make two dollars for one task, this is rare and you might want to take it.

The amount that you can make also depends a lot on where you live. If you live in the US, UK, NZ, and some of the other more developed countries then you are going to be able to get more high-paying tasks.

But even in a good case, and a good scenario, I don’t think you can expect to earn any more than 1 – 3 dollars per hour.

You should also be aware that there is a ridiculous 6% fee when you withdraw via PayPal. PayPal is the payment service that they use, which is great and all, however… This is going to be a problem for some people because I believe that PayPal is not available in all countries.

*You will also need a minimum balance of eight dollars in your account before you can withdraw.

Beware Of Scams

If you do create an account on this website and go about looking for jobs to complete, be careful… There are some scams out there that you don’t want to fall victim to.

Some of the scams that I write about include jobs that require you to download some file. Some of them will tell you to download the file but won’t really tell you anything about it. This can be dangerous because you don’t know what you’re downloading and it could be a virus that you don’t want.

I have also heard someone talk about jobs that were completely misleading and required you to purchase something.

Scams are just part of the territory when it comes to micro-job websites like this. RapidWorkers obviously does not do all that great of a job at filtering out the scams, so you just need to know what to look out for.

Why I Don’t Like Sites Like This

There are several reasons why I really do not care for websites like this. First of all, they obviously pay extremely little. I mean it is nice and all that you are able to complete these micro-tasks whenever you want to and you can do these jobs from the comfort of your computer, but the pay is definitely not for everyone.

Second… Writing fake Amazon reviews is a very common job that is posted on the site. This I do not like. Why don’t like this does not have to do with the pay… It has to do with being unethical.

I use Amazon all the time and I know there are a lot of fake reviews out there. That said, I always read reviews before purchasing something and seeing operations like this just makes me trust them last and last. Is anything online actually truthful anymore? Seriously… These people selling on Amazon should just message their buyers to leave reviews so that they get legitimate reviews… Not people who have never tried these products in their life.

Complaints

Low Pay

As I already went over, you definitely cannot expect to make much here. This is why the majority of people are probably going to find this site as being a waste of time.

Mistreated Workers

I’ve heard about workers being mistreated by employers… As in not being paid when they should be. You will commonly see this on micro-job -type websites. Sometimes employers will post jobs, you will complete the job in its entirety and submit proof, and they will disapprove it for a stupid reason.

You are able to submit a form detailing your problem to the support at RapidWorkers, and you might get help, but from what I have heard the support is and all that great.

Final Thoughts – Worth Your Time?

Are you looking to make significant money in your spare time online? And this is definitely not for you. Are you looking to make a little bit of extra pocket change in your spare time online? Then this might be something that is a good fit. That said, if you are looking to earn just a little bit of extra pocket change in your spare time then there are a lot of different options available to you. You may even want to check out sites like FusionCash where you can get paid to take surveys, complete offers, etc.

Something Else You Might Be Interested In

Is Crypto Prophecy a Scam or Great Opportunity? – You Should Read This!

Crypto Prophecy Scam

Crypto Prophecy it is supposedly some “Control Panel” system that you can earn massive profits on in the cryptocurrency market. But is what you hear really the truth? Is this system really as amazing as you are told? Or is Crypto Prophecy a scam that you should just avoid?

After reviewing this system I would definitely say that the sales video makes it seem much better than it really is. Can you potentially make money with this system? Absolutely. Can you lose money with the system? Absolutely.

If you were possibly thinking about buying into this I would take the time to read over my review and hear me out beforehand. While I definitely wouldn’t consider it a scam like Crypto Cash for Beginners or Digital Formula, it just isn’t quite as good as it seems.

Crypto Prophecy Review

When you land on the Crypto Prophecy website you are greeted with a video presentation that starts out by telling you that “it’s your lucky day” and that this video isn’t available to the general public. You are led to believe that you are specially invited to watch this video along with some other people for a beta test group.

But none of that is true. Crypto Prophecy is available to anyone as far as I know and you haven’t really been specially invited. You probably got an email from someone telling you to try out the system or check out the video which you are probably hesitant to click on in the first place.

But anyways… The system was created by a woman named Susie who goes by the name of crypto girl and crypto chick apparently. She tells you that she has some “profit Control Panel” that allows you to get a piece of the $360 billion market cap, and it is the cryptocurrency market that she is referring to. She goes on to tell you that she is selling this system because it is a partnership that both her and you benefit from, but even after completing my review, I fail to see how this is a partnership in any way.

What You Get

If you buy into Crypto Prophecy you will get some video tutorials for buying/selling cryptocurrency along with the control panel that she tells you about, which shows you what to buy or sell and when to buy or sell it.

In addition, if you pay more, you can get personal trade recommendations from her. There also live webinars on Wednesdays in which you can ask questions and get answers.

Who Is Susie?

As mentioned, she goes by the name of “crypto girl”, at least on Facebook. She is fairly popular on Facebook and has around a thousand followers. The reason people follow her is for investment advice on cryptocurrencies.

So yes, she is a real person and she does at least know some of what she is talking about, but is this product really worth purchasing? Well… There are a few red flags that I will go over what you should be aware of. First off… The video presentation is misleading at times.

Misleading Video Presentation

In the video presentation she shows you a bunch of charts of cryptocurrencies that have skyrocketed in price. However, she does not show you the full picture.

For example, she showed a screenshot a price chart for the Linda coin but only showed it up to its peak. She did not show the downtrend that followed, which you can see below is 10 times lower.

There do seem to be a lot of people who of made money from following her advice, but these examples are coming from, what I can tell, the end of 2017 and early 2018 when you could make money on pretty much any cryptocurrency investment you made. The entire cryptocurrency market was booming and you could pretty much throw your money in anything and get a profit.

While you could have turned $10 into over $4000 (as she tells you), there haven’t been opportunities like this in a long time… Very very few if any. The example shown in the video presentation are old and come from when the big boom was going on. This was basically a bubble at the end of 2017 and early 2018 that popped and still has not even come close to recovering.

You can see from the screenshot I took below, at the peak of the cryptocurrency boom the market evaluation was that $831 billion and currently, as I am writing this, it is at $214 billion… That is around 1/4 what it was and there still are not really any good signs of it recovering.

Something else I notice is that she keeps mentioning that you can get a piece of the “$360 billion pie”. I’m not sure if the video presentation was filmed they while ago and is old, but the cryptocurrency market is not valued anywhere near $360 billion currently.

Not The Best Advice

One thing that really bugged me in the video presentation is that she keeps showing how she sold bitcoin for all this money using Coinbase, which is probably the most popular cryptocurrency exchange out there.

The reason this bugs me is because Coinbase is an absolutely horrible exchange to use when trading cryptocurrencies. This is NOT what you want to use unless you love getting charged high fees and paying a bunch of money that you don’t need to pay. You could easily use other exchanges, such as CoinbasePro or Gemini, and not even pay close to the amount of fees as you would when using regular old Coinbase.

So I’m not sure what the deal is here. Why is she using Coinbase? Does she not know that there are better exchanges out there? Or maybe is she just using Coinbase so that she can get referral bonuses when she refers other people to join Coinbase (they give $10 referral bonuses)?

I don’t know what the deal is but I don’t like it.

Does Her Control Panel Really Work That Great?

This “Control Panel” is said to tell you exactly when to buy and when to sell for massive profits. She says that it is so good and the timing is always perfect…. That is like winning the lottery, which I am very hesitant to believe.

Supposedly it runs a feed of current market information and picks the best trade opportunities… Doing all the research for you. However, based on what I have found,. Of course you want to buy low and sell high, so the coins that have dropped in price are listed in green on the control panel as good coins to purchase.

This is all it does as far as I know. Anyone reading this can correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I see this does not look like anything special by any means. In fact, it seems pretty crappy. It does not take into account what the coin actually does, whether or not it has been pumped, whether it has a realistic future, the team behind the project, etc.

Real Example From Crypto Prophecy…. FAILURE

There was a YouTube video that I watched from a guy who purchased Crypto Prophecy and I took a screenshot of what the control panel was telling him to do. As you can see, the coin “Dropil” it is listed in green. This green indicates that this is a coin you should buy. The ones in red are coins that have already went up in price and that you do not want to purchase.

The Control Panel is saying to purchase Dropil at $0.0043 as you can see…

Well that was a couple of weeks ago (at the time of me writing this) and now Dropil is still going down in value. Now it is that $0.003…

So what to do now??? I guess now is just a waiting game and I guess you have to pray that this coin does not go down any further, which it very well could do.

I’d Always Recommend Against Something Like This

She makes it very clear that this system does all of the research and hard work for you, but I always recommend you do some research on your own. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing a coin based on what this Control Panel tells you since it seems to really not take all that much into consideration.

The Problem I See & Why I Don’t Recommend This

This system seems to only be relying on whether or not the price has went up or down in order to make a call on whether to buy/sell. This strategy could have been very profitable during the cryptocurrency boom that I talked about above, but not so much anymore. Plenty of cryptocurrencies have went under in pretty much vanished from the face of the earth. There have been times of people that have lost tons of money in the cryptocurrency market and this is not the incredible opportunity it was back in late 2017.

I have been trading cryptocurrencies for about eight months now and to be honest the market is pretty crappy right now. I still have hopes that it will bounce back, but only time will tell.

Final Thoughts

I’m sure that crypto girl (Susie) has made a lot of money in cryptocurrencies, as she says she has, but pretty much everyone has who got involved early on. Just because you made a lot of money in cryptocurrencies definitely does not mean you know what you are talking about. There are plenty of idiots on YouTube that share investment advice and really have no clue what they’re talking about… They just got lucky.

Now I’m definitely not saying that she has no clue what she is talking about, but I will say that a lot of her investments or ones that I would not have made myself and ones that I do not consider very good.

I would love to see her performance over the last several months… Besides that of the crypto boom because everyone made money back then. If she is still making incredibly accurate and profitable trades in the current market state, then this would be impressive. But I see no proof that she is.

So anyways… You can bind to this product if you want to, but it is not something that I am going to be recommending, nor will I be purchasing it myself. It just doesn’t seem all that great and the trade recommendations that it makes seem to be pretty horrible to me… Which means you will lose money.

Is Computer Oasis a Scam? – Sure Is & I’ll Explain Why

The Computer Oasis program is said to be some awesome new work at home opportunity where you can make pretty easy money online, but is it really? Are things really as they seem? Is Computer Oasis a scam that you should be avoiding? These are all important questions that should definitely be answered before moving forward with an opportunity like this, especially with all of the online scams out there.

On this website here I review online scams all the time and help expose them to the public. Unfortunately…Computer Oasis falls into the same category as many of the others I have reviewed. Yes, you can make a bit of money with this, but it is nowhere near the incredible work from home opportunity that they lead you to believe it is. If you were possibly thinking about buying into this you are going to want to seriously reconsider.

In short… Yes, Computer Oasis is a scam.

Computer Oasis Review

Computer Oasis is what I like to call a  link posting scam. Why? Well… Because you are told that you can make easy money online by posting links for big companies. The sales page, which is supposedly written by a woman named Julie Clark, tells you that there are lots of big companies out there that are “desperate” to have individuals like you work from home posting links for them.

Some of what they tell you makes sense… After all there are a lot of companies out there that are looking to cut costs by hiring remote workers that do their jobs from home, so that they don’t have to deal with the cost of office space, etc. However, this whole thing is a scam and you certainly aren’t going to make super easy money simply posting links online as they tell you that you will.

What You Are Told

Basically you are told that all you have to do is posted these links for companies and you will be able to make tons of money. It is said that you will be able to earn around $15 on average per link that you post. It is also said that it will only take you around 1 to 2 minutes to post these links. So if you work out the math on that, the pay seems to be really good. In about 2 to 4 minutes you already made an average of $30… Right?

Well, that is what you are told… Which of course is not the truth.

How Things Really Work

Have you ever heard of affiliate marketing before? Affiliate marketing is where you market products online for big companies. You do so by posting your unique affiliate link and when people click on this link and purchase the product you are promoting, you get paid a commission.

This “link posting” is basically a ripoff version of affiliate marketing. The people behind this scam talk affiliate marketing, which is a legitimate way to make money online, and then twisted it/molded it in a way to make it seem incredibly easy to get as many people to buy into it as possible.

I actually am a full time affiliate marketer. I have been working online since 2015 and have a good bit of experience, so I can tell you that this whole “link posting” BS they feed you is never going to work out. You can’t expect to go around just posting/spamming links everywhere and making money.

Furthermore, you will definitely not earn an average of $15 per link that you post. This is a very misleading statement and completely untrue. With affiliate marketing, you only get paid when someone clicks on your link and proceeds to purchase the product you are promoting. There is no accurate way to measure the income potential of each link that you post. Not only does it matter what type of product you’re promoting, but also matters where you are posting the link, whether there is a market for the product you’re promoting, and a bunch of other variables.

Also, while it may any take a minute to actually post the link, there is much more to affiliate marketing. If it were really as easy as making $15 and 1 to 2 minutes of your time, everyone would be doing this.

Some Red Flags That This Is a Scam

Need some more proof that this is a scam? Well here you go…

#1 – Julie Clark Is Fake

The woman behind this program is supposedly named “Julie Clark”. She supposedly was some struggling single mother that was living paycheck to paycheck, but then of course miraculously stumbled across this amazing work from home opportunity and is now making tons of super easy money online.

Below is the background story and image they give you of this Julie Clark woman…

But… She doesn’t even exist. Julie Clark is just a pen name that was made up to help promote this scam. In the image of her above is a stock photo that anyone can purchase online and use as they wish. If you look below the photo you can actually see that it states “stock photo for privacy”.

This same exact background story and photo has been used in numerous other identical scams. Yes… That is right… Numerous other identical scams. This scam is actually nothing new to me and I have seen it plenty of times before. It keeps changing names and being rebranded because this is just what scams do to stay fresh. Below you can see a picture of “Emily Davis” from one of the reason identical scams I reviewed called Computer Instructors. As you can see, it is the same background story and same picture, just a different name…

#2 – Stupid Income Claims

On the sales page they provide you with some income calculator, that supposedly you can calculate your potential earnings with. This is a major red flag because it makes absolutely no sense and leads people to believe that they can simply earn however much they feeling earning.

What you do is select how many links you’re going to post a day, the average money earned per link, but and how many days a week you are going to work. How can you possibly put in the average amount of money you will earn per link?? You don’t even know this and as I explained above, there is no way of even accurately predicting this.

But anyways… I entered in that I will post 35 links each day, make an average of $30 per link, and work seven days a week. According to what this lady tells you, at most I should only be working a little over an hour each day which isn’t bad at all. And take a look at that total yearly income… $382,200… Just for working an hour a day posting some stupid links! What a bunch of lies.

#3 – Absolutely Filled With Lies

On the sales page they lead you to believe that these work from home opportunities have been featured on the news and that there are currently spots available in your area, which means you need to buy into this program right away. However, these are both lives that have no truth to them…

While they don’t actually say that this particular work at home opportunity has been featured on the news, they lead you to believe as which is not true. You can go to any of the different news websites and search for “Computer Oasis” and you will not find any relevant results.

And believe me when I tell you that there are not limited positions for this crap. This scam will let all the buyers and that they can possibly get. Anyone that is willing to pay money for this will be allowed to.

Doing This The Right Way

As I mentioned earlier, I have been “posting links” (affiliate marketing) online since 2015. I started out know nothing but now I make a living doing this stuff. I can tell you from experience that programs like this simply do not work. They lure people in by making them think that it is very easy to make money doing this, when the reality is much different.

The program takes a completely wrong approach to things. If you just go around spamming links everywhere, as this program will teach you, you are not going to make much money, if any. People don’t just go around clicking on links for the heck of it anymore. People are more aware of online scams that they have ever been and you can’t just post a link somewhere and expect people to click it. When you go around spamming links no one is going to click them, or at least very few people.

There is a right way and a wrong way to promote products online, this is the wrong way. This is the easy way out that simply isn’t going to work.

Is Digital Formula a Scam by Neil Carter? – EXPOSED

Digital Formula is supposedly some incredible new “formula” that a guy named Neil Carter came up with for investing in cryptocurrency that could make you a fortune. In fact… He claims that with this you could make $2254 in the next 24 hours. But is this really true? Or is Digital Formula a scam that you need to stay away from?

Since you are reading my blog here I am guessing that you are suspicious of the whole thing. If this is true then you are on the right track. The fact of the matter is that Digital Formula it is not the incredible system that is said to be. In short… This is a scam. A very misleading one.

Digital Formula Review

So Digital Formula is the creation of Neil Carter, who claims to have been a software engineer that lost his job and developed this incredible system for investing in cryptocurrencies after becoming obsessed with bitcoin.

When you land on the sales page for Digital Formula you are greeted with a video presentation that starts off telling you that you have been carefully selected to view the video. This is not true by any means. It is just a way to try to make you feel special so that the opportunity seems better than it really is.

He tells you that you could be earning up to $2254 in the next 24 hours and says that some people have been making over $15,000 using this system already.

It sounds too good to be true, but then he shows you a video clip of someone who has supposedly use the system and this guy claims that it has made him over $15,000 and he has paid off his debts, booked a holiday vacation and more.

HOWEVER… This guy actually has never used the system a day in his life. He is a paid actor that the people behind this program hired from the site Fiverr, which anyone can go to in order to hire a spokesperson for their product/progra. In other words… This video means nothing and everything that he said was a lie.

But anyways… This formula is supposedly very controversial and exploits the cryptocurrency marketplace.

It is some “secret strategy” and literally everything that you are told seems very suspicious. I have reviewed countless scams on the site, many of them dealing with cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency scams seem to be on the rise due to the increased popularity and this seems like many known scams that I have reviewed in the past, such as Crypto Cash For Beginners and Crypto Coin Sniper.

Red Flags That This Is a Scam

#1 – Over-hyped with Insane Income Claims

He tells you that you could be earning $2254 in the next 24 hours but doesn’t really give any details on this. The system is supposedly focused on investing in making profits from your investments but this still doesn’t give me much to work with.

I mean if I was a millionaire I could invest $1 million and even with just a 1% return I would be making $10,000. But a 1% return really isn’t any good, especially when we are talking about cryptocurrencies here.

The point I am making is that saying you could make $2254 and 24 hours is a stupid thing to say. The amount you make will largely depend on the amount you initially invest, and this is something that he doesn’t know.

#2 – Who Is Neil Carter Anyhow?

Did you ever get the feeling that this Neil Carter guy was completely made up? That he doesn’t even exist?

Well I have and that this is not out of the question by any means. There is absolutely no proof that this guy does exist and there is no way for me to verify any of the information that he tells about himself.

I’m guessing that he is made up for the sake of promoting this scam system because I have seen it 100 times before with similar scams.

#3 – The Tesimonials..Fake

As I already went over above, the testimonial videos are all fake. The creators of the scam paid actors to fake videos for them so that they can have a better chance of tricking people into buying this.

If this program really were all that great, as it is claimed to be, then why couldn’t they get real testimonials from people who have actually tested it out? It should be easy to do this and I am sure people would be more than happy to if they were making thousands of dollars per day with it.

#4 – Contradictory Statements

One major red flag is that the spokesperson seems to have absolutely no idea what he is talking about. The reason for this is likely because, as I said, the guy is a fake.

Throughout most of the video presentation he talks about investing in cryptocurrency but then there are multiple times where he talks about trading it, as if investing in trading or the exact same thing, which they are not.

He talks about how the system provides the framework so that you can get started investing in cryptocurrency and then shows you how to do it, but then goes on to say that with this system you will “quickly learn the skills you need to trade cryptocurrency confidently and profitably”…

This just doesn’t make any sense in this guy obviously has no idea what he is even talking about.

#5 – It Is Only $17

If this system, program, method… Whatever you want to call it, were really as good as it is said to be, then why is it only being sold for $17? This guy could be selling it for tens of thousands of dollars easily.

Of course you are led to believe that he is doing it because he is just that kind of person… Out of the kindness of his heart he is selling it for so cheap. However, the real truth is that this program is junk and is definitely not worth any more than that.

So Much BS

The video presentation is just absolutely filled with BS.

The guy claims that this system has been beta tested with over 100 people in that they have all made consistent money. Saying that they have made “consistent” money is one of the biggest mistakes he could have made.

I have been involved with cryptocurrency investing and trading for well over eight months now and anyone who has been involved in this for an extended period of time would know darn well that nothing is “consistent” about it.

While the cryptocurrency markets have seemed to calm down a bit recently and are not as volatile as they once were, they are still extremely volatile when compared with more traditional markets, such as the stock market.

I am mostly active as a cryptocurrency trader and there are many days where there isn’t really much to do, and other days there might be plenty of good trades to make, meaning that some days I will make good money and other days I’ll make next to nothing. The same goes for investing.

Should You Trust This Place?

What it all comes down to is trust. This program is supposedly going to be presenting you with the most profitable opportunities out there but how do you know that these are going to be any good? It is just as easy to lose money investing/trading in cryptocurrency as it is to make money.

And how can you possibly trust this place? After all I just showed you… After all the lies and misleading information you are told?

This is deceptive marketing at its finest. They lure people in by telling them exactly what they want to hear… That you can make super easy and fast money online with little work. But of course the reality is much different than that.

Final Thoughts – Avoid

If you really are interested in getting started in cryptocurrency investing then there are plenty of free resources out there that you can look into. My advice would be go to YouTube where you can learn how to actually open up an exchange account and purchase cryptocurrencies in the first place. Then after that I would suggest doing your own research and finding what cryptocurrencies you personally think have good potential.

What I definitely would not do would be to trust this Neil Carter guy who probably doesn’t even exist and who has lied to you over and over again throughout the video presentation.

You can absolutely buy into this if you want to, but I can pretty much guarantee you will regret it. As I’ve said, I review products like this all the time and after reviewing them I always get people commenting on my blog asking how they can get a refund in things along these lines.

Rewardable App Review – Is It Even Worth Your Time?

Rewardable App Review

The Rewardable App is promoted as a way to easily earn extra money online, but is earning money with this app really as easy as it is said to be? Is this actually worth your time? Or is the Rewardable App just another stupid scam that is going to leave you frustrated and disappointed at the end of the day?

In this review I’ll be going over what you need to know about this app before hand. This is definitely not for everyone and the majority of people out there probably are going to find it worth their time.

Rewardable App Review

Rewardable is a rewards app that is available for both android and iOS devices. I have seen advertised as a way to “complete simple tasks to earn money” and on their website they even say “play games, when big, retire early!”.

Now can you complete simple tasks to earn money? Yes. But can you win big and retire early? Heck no! This is a very misleading statement that is going to just give people the wrong idea about this app.

While you can make money, it is very little and this is one of the main reasons why I say most people are not going to see this as a good use of time.

But anyways… There are a variety of ways to earn the money within this app, such as by completing surveys, watching videos, and completing various offers.

How It Works

The app has a point system in place in which you earn acorns which can later be exchanged for real money. Most reward programs like this you some sort of point system, so this is nothing new. As long as the points can be redeemed for something of real value, such as money, then it is fine with me.

Completing Offers

There are a bunch of different offers that you can complete to earn acorns, definitely no shortage here. You can do things like sign up for free trials, paid trials, take surveys, buy something, and more.

Because the offers very so much, so does the reward. For one offer you might only be able to earn 100 acorns whereas another might pay you 2000 or more. This just all depends.

And just to give you an example of what you’re looking at here: right now there is an offer to sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime Video where you will earn 1000 acorns and then there are some surveys where you will earn 100-150 acorns.

Watching Videos

You you can also get paid to watch videos. Now you may be wondering… How can they possibly pay you to watch videos? Well, it is all about advertising. There are ads displayed that you will also have to watch and these advertisers pay them, just as on TV.

The potential earnings for watching videos is incredibly low. Usually you will have to watch hours of videos just to earn a couple hundred acorns which is not even close to being worth it in my opinion.

Store & Product Feedback

Another way that you can earn is by offering store and product feedback. This could be to leave feedback for some new food at a restaurant, some product, customer service at some store, etc.

And apparently you also can get paid a very small amount just for going into stores, without actually leaving feedback for anything. You will only earn around one cent though.

Getting Paid

Unfortunately this app only gives you the ability to get paid via PayPal. Don’t get me wrong, PayPal is great. In fact, PayPal is my payment method of choice for pretty much everything. That said, it would still be nice to be able to redeem your acorns for gift cards or something like that.

This limits the users of the app because PayPal is not available in every country. Hopefully they will have more payment methods in the future.

Is It Really Worth It?

The big question… Is it really worth your time?

Well… Let’s talk about this. The first thing that you should know is that 1000 acorns = $1. Yes you read that right. 10 acorns equals only one cent.

So that 100 acorns survey that you might have been thinking about taking… Yeah that will only earn you $0.10. And that free trial you’re thinking about signing up for that was going to reward you with a whopping 1000 acorns… Well, that is only one dollar.

Those videos you are planning on watching all day to earn 200 acorns… Yeah will have fun making $0.20 and wasting all that time.

The bottom line here is that you just can’t earn much of anything with this app, which is why I only recommend it to people who are looking to earn a little extra pocket change.

Rewardable App Hacks

One potential hack that is worth mentioning is to use a fake GPS app along with the Rewardable app to make it appear as if you are going to a bunch of stores. This will give you the ability to earn more money and according to one user it is worth it.

That said, I’ve never actually done this and can’t speak on it for myself. And… Even if it does work I doubt it would be hardly worth the extra effort.

Complaints

Low Pay

The low pay is going to be the biggest complaint you will find on this app. No one likes to sit through 6+ hours of videos, thinking that they are earning all this easy money, making 200 or so acorns and then doing the math only to find out that they just earned $0.20.

As I said above… This app is only for people looking to earn a small amount of pocket change in their spare time. I would also only recommended to people who are patient because if you are not patient, you will likely get very frustrated and let’s hope you have insurance on your phone.

Not Getting Credit

I’ve scam the through hundreds of reviews about this app on the App Store and Google Play. One common complaints that I have found is from people saying they did not get credit for an offer they completed, a video they watched, etc. There are also a lot of complaints from people saying that they have gone paid, but were not rewarded the amount they were supposed to be rewarded… Such as completing a 1000 acorn offer and only receiving 500 acorns.

Only Paypal Payment Option

And of course another complaint is that they don’t offer any payment methods other than PayPal. This means that a lot of people looking to use this app aren’t going to be able to. Some people might download the app and find out after the fact that they aren’t going to be able to get paid.

Other Options

There are a heck of a lot of reward-type apps out there, or reward programs that don’t offer apps.

What you need to know is that none of these reward programs that pay you to complete simple tasks are going to pay very much. They just can’t afford to. That said, I would recommend FusionCash or Swagbucks over this app. You can earn money with both of these places by completing surveys, playing games, completing offers, watching videos, etc.… And they have much better reviews from users along with having been around for a longer period of time.

Final Thoughts – Scam

I don’t think I would go as far as to call this app a scam, but I do have a lot of complaints about it and definitely don’t see it really being worth many people’s time. A lot of people are calling it a scam as though and they do seem to be getting ripped off by it, so it is what it is. This depends on what your opinion of what a scam is. The people complaining about not getting credit for the tasks they have completed maybe have glitches to blame… It is not necessarily the Rewardable app actively trying to scam people.

But anyways… I hope you enjoyed my review and found it helpful. If you are going to download this app keep realistic expectations. Don’t think that you’re going to make anything substantial by any means or else you will just end up very disappointed.

Renegade Crypto Club – Another Cryptocurrency Scam? [EXPOSED]

Renegade Crypto Club Scam

There is this new cryptocurrency opportunity going around called the “Renegade Crypto Club” that can supposedly have you making over $2000 per day with just a five dollar investment. But is this too good to be true? Is Renegade Crypto Club a scam that you should avoid? Or is this the real deal and should you buy into this right away?

In this review I’ll be exposing Renegade Crypto Club for what it really is. Is it a scam? Well… You will be well aware of what it is after reading this. I don’t want to spoil it for you. Just let me say that if you were thinking about possibly buying into this you are definitely going to want to take a few minutes and think that over.

Renegade Crypto Club Review

The Renegade Crypto Club was supposedly created by guy named Adam Neill, who used to be a software engineer and got rich off of bitcoin way back in the beginning.

He claims that ordinary people are making money in the cryptocurrency markets with some “secret”. What is the secret? Well… It’s not much of a secret at all, in fact is no secret at all, but what he is talking about here is trading altcoins, which consist of cryptocurrencies that are not your mainstream ones, meaning not bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, etc.

He leads you to believe that a man this exclusive club he has created are a bunch of rebels that are doing something new which has never been done before. However, this is far from the truth. I know many people that trade altcoins including myself. Pretty much anyone the traits cryptocurrency trades altcoins and if you don’t then you are missing out.

But anyways…. You are told that you only need five dollars to get started with this and that you can make $2000 within your first 24 hours.

Now if this were actually true then it would be incredible. I would be all over this product and would have told all of my friends and family to go out and purchase it. But… As you will probably are aware of, or at least suspicious of, this is not true at all.

Below I’ll go over what you will actually get when you buy into this and why this is just another overhyped scam that is going to be a waste of your money.

What You Get When You Buy In

It is pretty basic. The first thing you will get is a simple guide on trading cryptocurrencies with the Binance cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Binance is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges out there and is very well trusted, so you don’t have to worry here. This will just show you how to use the exchange to actually get started trading.

Then of course you will get signals on what to buy/sell and all you have to do is go out and execute those trades. This is what people are buying in four. Anyone can go out and find easy information on YouTube for how to actually do trading on Binance but it is knowing what to trade that is the hard part, which this is supposedly going to show you with incredible accuracy.

Red Flags… Scam Alert

#1 – Insane Income Claims

I one you to sit back and think about what this guy is actually telling you. He specifically says that all you need is a $5 investment to get started in that you could earn $2000 in your first day. That is a 40,000% gain… In one day.

This is absolutely ridiculous and there is no way you will be making this much off of any altcoin. I have been trading cryptocurrencies for well over eight months now and I have never seen an increase in price this much in such a short span of time.

#2 – Super Easy

Of course it does all the work for you. This is exactly what people want to hear so this is what he tells you. All you have to do is copy the trades that it tells you to make. Simple as that

Now wouldn’t it be nice if it really were as simple as this. But of course things are never as they seem.

#3 – No Explanation How The Software Works

Well I shouldn’t say that there is no explanation on how the software works, but I will say there is no “good” explanation on how it works. He just tells you that the software is set up to identify market trends and looks at new/old coins to find these incredible trades that supposedly can earn you 40,000% gains in one day, which don’t even exist.

#4 – No Real Proof Given That It Works

There is no real proof given throughout the entire video presentation that this software actually works as he says it does. Sure, he showed you a bunch of screenshots of money that people were supposedly making but these could have easily been photoshopped. I see it all the time when I look into potential scams such as this.

#5 – Only $27

This is a major red flag for me. Why would he be selling membership for this incredible club for only $27? No… That’s right… He says that he wants to help out those that are less fortunate to be able to get in on all of this. This is pretty much what every scam ever says, including some recent scams such as Crypto Cash for Beginners and Crypto Coin Sniper.

Many of the red flags here are mentioned in my post on how to spot a cryptocurrency scam.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line here is that you cannot trust a place like this. There is absolutely nothing to prove that this opportunity is legitimate. There is no track record for past recommended trades that this software has given and all of what he tells you could easily be a complete lie, which I am guessing it is.

In fact, this Adam Neill guy is likely a complete fake, as you are probably aware. Why do I say this? Well… Again… There is no verifiable information given so there is really no way for me to look into him in order to see if he really exists. This is common with online scams. The real people behind them make up fictitious characters because they want to keep their real identities hidden.

Just Another Get Rich Quick Scheme

This is your pretty typical get-rich-quick scheme. They lure people in with the hopes and dreams of being able to make boatloads of money online with little to no work. If you ever come across another opportunity that claims to be able to make you tons of money without any work, proceed with extreme caution or just avoid it completely. These are scams 99% of the time.

I know that “Adam Neill”, who probably doesn’t even exist, tells you that he developed this club to help out the less fortunate, but again, this is your typical get-rich-quick scheme BS.

I have been working online for a while now, both as a cryptocurrency trader and as an online marketer, and I have never come across a program/system like this that actually works as it says it does.

The fact of the matter is that any way to make money online, whether it be trading cryptocurrencies, online marketing, etc.… Takes real work. There is no get-rich-quick method that works. These are scams.

Final Thoughts – Scam?

Well… Renegade Crypto Club it is a definite no.

When I go on to review potential scams like this I look for and you reason to be proven wrong. I assumed that this was a scam right from the start, but was looking for reasons that it might not be. Unfortunately… I cannot find any reasons to prove its legitimacy. None at all. The more I look into it the more it appears to be a scam.

But I guess things could be worse. At least this place does not refer you to some broker to deposit your money. You still have control over your money and it just provides you with trade recommendations. So while it is a very misleading and deceptive scam, it is not nearly as bad as some of the other scams in the crypto space that you need to watch out for.

Recommendation for Beginners

If you are just looking to make money online, and are not all gung ho on trading cryptocurrencies, then I suggest taking a look at this program. It has nothing to do with trading cryptocurrencies but the reason I am recommending is because this is where I got started back in 2015 when I first started looking for ways to make money online. To make a long story short… I am still a member and I now make a living working online.

Is American Consumer Eyes a Scam

There is a new mystery shopping scam going around called American Consumer Eyes. If you have been contacted by this company then do NOT follow through with what they want you to do. The job they are giving you is fake and you could potentially lose thousands of dollars, as other people already have.

You might be wondering how the scam works and how they can possibly scam you out of thousands of dollars and in this quick review I will explain how. But the bottom line is that this is a scam that you don’t want to get involved with. There are plenty of legitimate mystery shopping jobs out there from companies that really will pay you to do a fun little mystery shopping gigs, this just isn’t one of them.

American Consumer Eyes Review

American Consumer Eyes that’s a very nice-looking website, one that seems to be the real deal. They claim that mystery shopping is their main service but they also provide web surveys for companies to help them improve their brand. This makes sense because it is another good way to get people’s opinions on things and paid surveys for market research are very popular these days. In addition to this they also claim to provide marketing research service.

The mystery shopping job is advertised as a way to make up to $300 weekly. Nothing stands out here as being a scam either. This is by no means in outrageous claim… $300 a week seems reasonable. However, when you go to actually apply for the mystery shopping job you are then told that you could make up to $300 per shopping trip. Now things are starting to seem a little more scammy.

$300 for one shopping trip that probably takes less than an hour? Come on now…

But anyways… As I said this is all a scam. A very well laid out scam, but a scam nonetheless.

I would also like to point out that this scam is a fairly new one. They claim to have been around providing these services for over 20 years but this is just a lie. I have not been able to find any such information showing that they have been around even relatively close to this length of time. From what I have found out their website was just created in 2017.

So How Do They Scam You?

A little while after you apply for the mystery shopping job you will get an email saying that you are about to get your first assignment and a package will be coming in the mail to you. It will be a very upbeat email filled with excitement and is naturally you may get excited… But what the heck are they sending you a package for? This may seem a bit strange… Because it is a bit strange.

The patent they send you will be a check for usually a very large amount of money, in the thousands of dollars range. After you are send the check they usually then do most of their contacting via text. They will text you with additional instructions and tell you to text some number once you have completed the mystery shopping task.

The start of your task begins with you depositing your check or cashing it at your bank.

The most common mystery shopping task that they seem to be scamming people with is getting them to send some sort of money order. I have heard of people being asked to send money via MoneyGram to someone else and I have also heard of people being asked to go into Walmart and send money to someone using their Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer service.

What they tell you is that the point of this all is to test out the customer service when it comes to sending money. Makes sense… After all, with mystery shopping it is all about testing out customer service so that the stores can better improve how they operate. In the only way to fully test out the many sending services is to actually send money, right?

This Is Where You Get Scammed

What happens is that you will go and deposit the check, sending money, and then later find out that the check you deposited was a fake and you will have to pay the bank back. The reason this happens is because these are fake cashiers checks and much of the time it will take the bank a little while to figure out that they are fakes. If you are lucky, the bank will stop you right there and then as you are depositing check. They will pick up on it being a fake right away. However, much of the time this doesn’t happen and you will be forced to pay the money back after you already sent these scammers money as instructed in the  fake mystery shopping job.

I have also heard of people being sent massive checks, such as one person being sent a check for $2897.91 just to go shopping at places like Costco, Walgreens, Target, etc. These ones don’t make much sense to me, I’m guessing that there has to be more to the mystery shopping job than these people were told. Because if you are just told to go shopping then the scammers aren’t actually going to be making any money. You will still get screwed because you will end up spending money that you’d never actually had, because the check is fake, but the scammers will get paid. My guess is that there is more to the story here.

But anyways, the main mystery shopping scam going on here is getting people to send money to the scammers using some store’s money sending service.

How Much Money Are People Losing?

This is by no means a small scam that should be taken lightly. People are losing thousands of dollars that they will never be able to get back… Or probably never.

You can find a good bit of reviews from people who have been scams by American Consumer Eyes on the website ReportScam.com. There are people that have been scammed anywhere from $2000-$3000. I’m pretty sure $3000 was the most I have found anyone to be scammed out of, such as this guy it was told the common BS story of there being a mystery shopping job for him to send money to someone else using the Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer service…

Real Mystery Shopping Jobs

There or a lot of legitimate mystery shopping job opportunities out there and none of these are going to send you some massive check in the mail like American Consumer Eyes does.

From what I have found, many of them just seem to reimburse you after the fact. You will do your mystery shopping, but whatever products you are required to buy, and it will reimburse you after the job is completed. And usually the amount you are required to spend is minimal.

I have reviewed a fair number of legitimate mystery shopping services that provide jobs on my blog here, such as Maritz Mystery Shopping, Stericycle Mystery Shopping, Market Force and others. If you’re interested in pursuing a job in mystery shopping then you may want to check some of these out. However, these jobs are fairly limited and they aren’t always hiring new mystery shoppers.

Final Thoughts

American Consumer Eyes is it definite scam that you want to avoid. When I write reviews like this, if I am less than confident in any way or have any feeling that the opportunity could potentially be legitimate, then I will say so. But this does not apply here… American Consumer Eyes is a pure scam that hopefully will get shut down soon. But don’t count on it… The scam seems to be fairly professionally operated and I have seen plenty of scams get away with scamming people for years.

Conclusion: AVOID

Something else you may be interested in since you are looking to make some money in your spare time, which I am assuming is the reason you are looking into mystery shopping, is doing what I do. Secret Investor Society Scam – Big Old Scam & I’ll Explain Why

Secret Investor Society Scam

The Secret Investor Society is supposedly some exclusive club where you can make $2301 per day. But is it really? I mean this is what you are told… But we have all seen the online scams before that tell you one thing and end up being something completely different. Is this the real deal or is Secret Investor Society a scam?

In this review I’ll be going over all you need to know about this place. Read it over… You are going to want to. If you are considering buying into this then you are definitely going to want to reconsider. This place is not as it appears to be and I will be exposing the truth.

Secret Investor Society Review

Secret Investor Society is supposedly the creation of Simon Green, a.k.a. “the flipper”, or at least that is what he calls himself.

He claims that this is the “most effective free ad cash system” that is out there and when you hear this you probably have no idea what he is talking about at first. A “free ad cash system”… What the heck is that supposed to mean?

But anyways, he claims that hundred and 32 people have become “filthy rich” in the last 2.5 months using this system, so it has to be good, right?

In the video presentation he tells you that you are probably suspicious of it all because of all the scams out there. He says that most people claim to be able to make you money online but actually have no clue how to do it themselves. But of course he does and he “will change the way you think of money”.

He goes on to say that after today you will never need to worry about money again and that you will be able to earn $25,000 per week by “flipping online real estate”.

The way this software supposedly works is by flipping advertisements for you, which only takes a few clicks of the mouse… Of course.

In just on cue, he tells you in the video presentation that the video contains sensitive information and could be taken down at any time, which means that you have to buy in right now if you want to.

Typical Get-Rich-Quick Sales Pitch

I’m guessing that you are reading my review here because you are suspicious of it all, and rightly so. The video presentation is pretty much the typical get-rich-quick sales pitch.

Of course you can make tons of easy money, very fast, the opportunity will not be available for very long, and of course it is some secret new method that no one really knows about. Typical.

Below I’ll go over some of the red flags that you should be aware of, which point of this being a scam, and after that I will go over how this scam really works… How they actually scam you out of your money.

Red Flags You Should Be Aware Of

#1 – Ridiculous Income Claims

The first major red flag is all of the ridiculous income claims that Simon makes. He says that he will change the way you think of money because it will be so easy for you to make all this money with the system.

He tells you a bunch of crap… That you will be making a minimum of $3500 per day within the next 45 days, that you will be able to make $25,000 per week, etc.

Any online system that claims to be able to make you tons of money with very little work is likely a scam. In fact, I have never seen a system that makes claims like this that does actually work.

#2 – The Testimonials Aren’t Even Real

Do you remember seeing those testimonial video clips in the video presentation from people who have supposedly been using this system in making tons of money?

Like this guy for example, who says that he didn’t think it was possible at first but ended up making over $3000 in the first 48 hours. Unfortunately… These testimonial videos are completely fake. The people in these videos are paid actor’s that are available for hire on the freelance marketplace called Fiverr, as you can see below…

The same goes for the other testimonials. This guy says that with this system the checks keep piling up and that he has no more worries about money. Same thing here… He is a paid actor that is available for hire on Fiverr…

#3 – False Scarcity

Can’t forget the false scarcity. The scammers behind this have to make it seem urgent that you buy in immediately, this way you don’t take the time to do a little bit of extra research and come across reviews like mine.

Simon Green, who is probably completely made up by the way, says that the video presentation contains sensitive information in that big advertising companies don’t want you to know about what he is doing. So they are trying to shut him down and if you leave the page you might never be able to come back to it.

He goes on and on about this BS about the advertising networks trying to shut him down and of course he is only letting a few lucky people into the society because he wants to keep things small and less noticeable. Luckily you.

How It Works (What He Tells You)

Here is his explanation for how this “free ad cash system” works:

Supposedly you log into the system, it find you the best online advertising opportunities, and you just pick which ones you want to buy, which you will then be able to sell for profit.

He claims that is so easy to use that he could probably even use it “with eyes closed”… WTF

So pretty much he tells you nothing at all about how it actually works. I guess you have to believe in magic in order to believe in the system.

The the idea behind it makes some sense… You buy ads that are low in price and then sell them after they start to perform well and are worth more. You flip them.

But it is all just a bunch of BS and this is not how it really works.

How It Really Works

How it really works is like this… Which he doesn’t tell you.

The system is free, right? I mean this Simon Green guy is just so generous that he is giving it away for free. So then how can you get scammed if he is giving it to you without charging you? Well… The scam comes in when you have to find your account. Of course you are going to have to find your trading account in order to first be able to purchase ads and flip them.

The minimum balance needed is $250 and if you do deposit this good luck ever seeing that money again.

This is actually an old scam that has been rebranded under this new name of “Secret Investor Society”. It used to just go by the name Free Ad Cash System, as he calls it by numerous times throughout the video presentation. The funny thing is that I actually reviewed this  Free Ad Cash System in the past. There are also others like it, such as  Bitcoin Advertising. They are all the same “ad flipping” scams.

Avoiding Future Scams 101

You can avoid 99% of scams out there just by thinking about whether or not something sounds too good to be true. If something sounds unrealistically good, it is probably a scam…. Especially when they claim you can make super easy money with very little work, and tons of it.

You obviously did a good job with this scam… You got that gut feeling that it was a scam and proceeded to do your own research. You didn’t fall for it, or at least hopefully didn’t, and this just saved you a bunch of money.

Final Thoughts – Scam For Sure

Secret Investor Society is a pure scam. If there was anything legitimate about this place then I would say so, but there is not. Everything you are told is a lie and everything about it is a scam. You will not make any money with this.

What will probably happen, based on what I have seen with similar scams, is you will deposit your money and it will appear as if the system is actually working. You will think that you are making money but when you go to actually withdraw that money you won’t be able to.

So anyways… I obviously do not recommend the system to anyone, unless of course you like to be scammed.
