The Profit Shortcut Scam – A Great Way to Lose Money! [EXPOSED]

The Profit Shortcut is supposedly some incredible system that is “done for you” and that people are making tens of thousands of dollars with per month… Earning big commissions. But is this the real deal or is it just another BS system that is full of lies?

Is it true that The Profit Shortcut is a scam like I have seen other people saying it is online?

Well…, While I might not consider it a complete scam, I definitely see where the people are coming from that are calling a scam and I agree with them to some extent. In fact, I mostly agree with them.

It is a good thing that you decided to do some extra research and found my review here because The Profit Shortcut is not nearly the amazing money maker that people promoted as. In fact, above the video presentation I watched it is described as a good way to make money “even if you are on a shoestring budget”, but this couldn’t be much further from the truth.

This whole thing can turn into a money sucking investment where you could potentially lose a heck of a lot of money, and I will go over all of this in my review here…

The Profit Shortcut Review

There might be several video presentations out there promoting The Profit Shortcut but the one I came across had a woman spokesperson, who near the end of the video you found out is named “Sarah Highland”.

The video started out pretty hyped up… With a video testimonials of people claiming to use the system and are supposedly making tons of money, some claiming that they have made up to over $12,000 in 30 days.

There is also talk of earning big commissions, it being incredibly beginner friendly, and of course you are told that you are one of the few people that has been selected to try out the system.

A lot of the video presentation makes this whole thing sound too good to be true, and of course if something sounds too good to be true it usually is. But the video presentation tells you very little about what you are really getting involved with… In fact, it tells you just about nothing. Basically the video presentation just tries to get you all excited about earning big commissions with very little work, but you have no idea what you will be doing.

All you know is that this “secret method” is supposedly going to make you tons of money and that spots are extremely limited in the video needs to be kept a secret, which is complete BS because anyone can go to the website, watch the video it and join.

What You Are Getting Involved With

There really isn’t much mention of it in the video, but if you paid close attention to the testimonials that were displayed early on, you may have noticed them mentioning someplace called “The Super Affiliate Network”, which I am very familiar with…

The Super Affiliate Network in a Nutshell

In a nutshell, The Super Affiliate Network is a high-ticket affiliate program that people buy into in order to make money online, but then they are just pushed to promote the program to other people as a way of making money. It is similar to the Legendary Marketer program if you have ever heard of this.

There are multiple tiers within the program, multiple membership tiers that range in price. People are lured in at the lowest and cheapest membership and then once they buy and they are pushed into the higher price memberships… All the while learning how to lure other people into this same scheme.

Now it is in all bad. I mean you definitely can learn a lot of good stuff through this training program and apply what you learn to many online businesses, but the fact of the matter is that members are really pushed to go out and promote The Super Affiliate Network to others as their way of making money.

But of course you don’t know any of this before you buy in. Because in the video presentation put on by “Sarah Highland” she doesn’t tell you anything about what you are actually getting involved with… Her goal is to just lure in as many people as possible.

What’s Really Going On Here

Sarah Highland is doing exactly what you will be taught to do if you join… Promoting The Super Affiliate Network to other people as her way of making money online. When she gets people to buy into this, she earns commissions. This whole The Profit Shortcut website was created by her as a way to lure people into joining the program, and there are many other websites out there like this that were created by members, such as Super Affiliate Success for example.

But you may be wondering what she means when she says that when you are successful she is more successful…

At one point she even says that “when you’re successful, I’m successful”. But what does this all mean?

Well the reason she is saying this is because  the Super Affiliate Network has a 2-tier commission structure. Not only do you earn commissions when you recruit others into the program and they pay for their membership, but you also earn commissions when they go out and recruit others in.

This is not a MLM (multilevel marketing) scheme because by definition “multi” means two or more, but it is very similar because you can recruiting people beneath you and earn money off of their earnings.

Success Rates Are Incredibly Low

Who cares what it is… As long as you can make money right? I know a lot of people out there are just looking for a way to make money and would be more than happy getting involved in something like this as long as it is possible.

However, the unfortunate fact is that success rates are incredibly low with this program. And fortunately they are honest about them and if you go to The Profit Shortcut income disclosure you will see this…

As you can see there are different ranks, Rocky, producer, builder, leader, and influencer. While those at the top are making good money, the amount of these people is so if you it is ridiculous. You can see that there are 39,840 people at the rank of “Rookie” that made in average annual income of $103, and there are only 2 people with the rank of “Influencer” that made an average annual income of $176,652. The overwhelming majority of people are earning close to nothing.

Now I will admit that, having been involved in online marketing since 2015, there are extremely high failure rates with just about every method out there for making money online. However, if you couple this with the fact that this program can be incredibly expensive, this definitely does not seem like something that is “as beginner friendly as it gets” like you are told.

The Real Cost

As I mentioned earlier, there are different tiers of membership within this program.

When you originally buy in through The Profit Shortcut sales page, you are buying the Basic Membership that costs only $37 a month. However, there are different memberships and products available within the program that you will be pushed into buying which include things like the Premium Membership that cost $97, the Pro Membership that cost $2497, and even a face-to-face mentoring trip to Maui called the Maui Intensive Mentoring which costs a massive $12,497.

With each of these membership/products you get more and better training, but along with that you also get the ability to make higher commissions because you are only allowed to promote products that you already own yourself. So there is a lot of incentive to purchase the more expensive products so that you can sell them and try to earn more money.

Conclusion – Scam?

I’m not going to call this a scam because it does provide a lot of value and you can get a lot out of the training, and also because I need to be careful with what I call a scam these days, but there is no doubt that is very “scammy” and I totally understand where people are coming from that are calling it a scam.

The problem here is that you are being lured into joining a very expensive opportunity without having any idea what you are really getting involved with.… Which is one of the reasons that I call it “a great way to lose money”… Because failure rates are going to be extremely high due to the fact that people just don’t know what they’re getting into.

So all in all, I definitely do not recommend anyone buying into this. Something else worth thinking about is that this whole scheme could get shut down. We have seen many other similar “make money online” games get shut down recently, such as MOBE which also had a 2-tiered affiliate program, and the FTC seems to be going after a lot of these sorts of programs.

My Personal Recommendation:

There are a lot of different methods/systems out there to make money online, some that work and some that don’t. There are lots of paths you can take to get to the end goal of making money online, the hard part is deciding which approach to choose.

However, if you are looking for a legitimate and proven way to make money online then I suggest taking a look at this…

This is exactly how I went from $0 to over $6,000 a month working online for myself… Something that I know works from experience in that have seen others have success with.

But anyways… I hope you enjoyed my review and found it informative. Please leave any questions or comments down below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂
