Computer Experts Online – $379 Per Day or Scam Program? [Real Review]

Computer Experts Online

Computer Experts Online by Karen Johnson is said to be the “#1 choice for sucess online” but this isn’t even close to being true. And yes that is a typo. The people behind this program couldn’t even spell “success” right. But anyways… this isn’t the point of this review and there is a good chance they might have fixed that by the time you are reading this.

The point of this review is to inform people of the truth behind this program. They lure people in looking to make money from home with claims of being able to easily make $379 or more per day by “posting links”. While it is possible to make money as they tell you, it is highly unlikely and I’m going to be explaining why. Overall this program is what most people would call a scam.

Computer Experts Online Review

Computer Experts Online is a program that was created by a woman named Karen Johnson (more on her). What it does is provides training and tools to be able to make money doing what they call “link posting”. However, the sales pitch for this program is extremely misleading and anyone who joins expecting what they tell you will be very disappointed.

Overall this program is what you can call a scam. Its a waste of time and this comes from someone who has been making money in the in the online world since 2015, now making a living.

The first thing I want to go over is some of the lies that are on the sales page and the fact that this program is one of many that is constantly being re-hashed under different names.

The Lies

Fake News

On the sales page one of the first things you see is that they have news outlets’ logos plastered at the top. They do this to somewhat mislead people into thinking that this is a legitimate program that has been featured on the news. However, it hasn’t and it never will be.

You can easily disprove this by going to any of the news outlets’ websites and searching for “Computer Experts Online”. You won’t find a thing relevant to all of this.

Fake Limited Availability

There are several different areas where they tell you that the openings for this are limited. Below I took a screenshot of what was shown on the sales page after I entered my email address and name…

This is another lie. You can exit the page and come back to it in a week, a month, etc. and its still going to be telling you the same thing. This is just to scare people into buying into this program faster without doing the proper research, such as reading this review here.

Fake Person

The person behind this program, “Karen Johnson”, doesn’t even exist. She is a fictitious character created by the real makers of this program to try to relate to people.

Of course she has the typical background of struggling, living paycheck to paycheck, and then one day discovering this incredible way to make easy money online that barely takes any work.

Below is a screenshot I took from the sales page of this “Karen Johnson” character…Computer Experts Online Karen Johnson

And here you can see that this photo is a stock photo that anyone can purchase from iStock. This woman’s name is not what they tell you.

This same photo has been used in numerous other identical scams which brings me to my next point…. its a re-hashed program that changes up its name.

Old Program With Many Names

This “link posting” scam has went by a ton of different names over the years. Some examples that I have reviewed include Home Internet Income, Instant Income From Home, Home Jobs Now, Accelerated Income, Xtreme Home Paycheck and Entrepreneur Jobs Clublink posting scams

Its all the same thing just with a name change. The reason that this is changing names so much is due to the negativity that becomes associated with the old names.

The simple fact is that these programs are horrible (as I will explain next) and that people complain about them. They get a bad reputation so they come out under different names.

Can You Really Make Money With “Link Posting”?

The answer is yes you can but with the approach that these crap programs take you won’t make much of anything and surely no where near $379/day.

They make it seem so simple, like you just post some links all over the internet and are all of a sudden making a ton of money. If it were this easy I would have all of my friends and family doing it… but its not.

What they refer to as “link posting” is really called affiliate marketing and it is a legitimate business model. Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Walmart…. pretty much every online store out there will pay people to promote their products. These programs are free to join and you get paid to help make sales.

I’ve been doing this since 2015 and currently make a living doing so. However… its not like they tell you. They show you this fake “income calculator” and have you calculate some massively misleading inflated value for how much you will make…

The reality is that you only get paid when you help make sales, not for just promoting something. You only get paid when someone clicks on your affiliate link and purchases the product you are promoting. And there is absolutely no way you can predict what you will make with a link by using a calculator like this.

Things are more complicated then they seem and this program tries to make everything so simple. Believe me when I tell you that if things were this simple then I would be doing it this way. But they aren’t.

Affiliate marketing is a great business model but unfortunately there is more to it then just spamming some links everywhere.

If you are looking for a legitimate program to learn how to make money doing this I recommend Wealthy Affiliate. They provide the training and tools necessary to do this. This is is where I started out at in 2015 and I’m still a member, which goes to show how good I think they are.

Conclusion on Computer Experts Online – Scam

Computer Experts Online is nothing more than a re-hashed old scam that lures people in by telling them that its easy to make money online if you buy into it. Unfortunately most of what they tell you is bogus.

If you do buy into this you will be given a cookie cutter website, customer records, and some outdated training. They will basically train you on how to spam links to your “customers” to get them to go to your crappy website…. none of which will work out good.

So in closing here.. stay away from this program. Its a waste of time and money (in my opinion of course). If you are interested in making money with affiliate marketing then I suggest reading my review on Wealthy Affiliate as I mentioned above.

Arise Work at Home Jobs, Waste of Time or Good Opportunity? – My Review

Arise work from home jobsIf you are looking to work at home and think a virtual call center position might be something you like then you may want to consider Arise work at home jobs. Its always important though to do a little extra research before diving in. You need to know if its worth your time, if its a scam, what the job could potentially be like, etc..

In this review I’ll be going over what jobs at Arise are like, how it all works, what other people think, complaints and more.

Arise Review

Arise is a platform that connects large companies, such as Fortune 500 companies, that are in need of customer service to work at home customer service providers. When I say “Arise work at home jobs” I’m not actually saying that the jobs are provided by Arise. Arise just provides the platform and allows people to connect.

Overall what I see with Arise is good. They provide a good service and there are many happy work-from-home customer service providers that are happy with it.

The opportunity that Arise brings to the table is something that a lot of people are looking for. As a virtual call center rep you have the ability to work whenever you want to some extent and of course you get to do all of that from home. When I say “to some extent” you will see what I mean soon.

The 2 Types of Work From Home Paths

Well the 2 paths that I’m referring to here both lead to virtual call center jobs but what they entail differs.

If you are starting out you can do 1 of 2 things: you can either set up your own virtual call center business or you can work for someone else’s virtual call center business on the Arise platform. I would suggest starting out working for someone else just to see if its really something you want to do before going all out and setting up your own company, but its up to you.

If you do choose to start your own Arise business you will have to go through the process and paperwork of getting your business licensed. If you choose to work for another call center then you get hired by them like any other business. They might vary in their hiring process. On the Arise platform you will be able to view a list of the different call centers that are using the platform so you can choose one you think fits best.

Need Training Before You Can Start

In order to use the Arise platform to provide call center service, you first need training. This training is provided by Arise and will cost you from $99 – $250 and will take from 28 days to 8 weeks.

The training is all done online so this is nice. And yes… you will have to pay for it yourself.

Work Hours… What to Know

Technically you can work whatever hours you want to work. The Arise platform provides servicing intervals that are 30 minutes long. So what you have to do within the platform is pick the half-hour intervals that you want to work for certain companies.

However, its not realistic to think that you can just work whenever you want to. The amount of open intervals available will depend on the demand for customer service that the various companies have at specific times and the intervals are also one a first-come first- serve basis. So another call center might claim intervals for a certain company’s work time before yours.

Also, if you work for a call center and do not own one then this will be different. You might just get told what hours to work. This all depends on who you work for. If you own your own call center then you are free to choose but if not then you might be free to choose what intervals that call center has picked up or you might not.

Something else worth noting is that if you have a good reputation then some companies might give you first pick at what time intervals you want.

Getting Paid

You will not be getting paid from Arise. Arise just provides the platform. You will either be getting paid directly from the clients using the Arise platform or from the call center you are working for, it depends on what you are doing.

So payment amounts and frequency have nothing to do with Arise.

What Other People Are Saying

When I review an opportunity like this I like to form my own opinion of it first but its also important to take a look at other people’s reviews and see what they are saying. Sites like Glassdoor, Indeed and others are good ways to find independent employee reviews like this.

At Glassdoor the reviews are pretty solid. Generally speaking people like the work. With over 100 reviews it has a rating of 4.4/5 which is pretty darn good. Now not all of these reviews are from virtual call center reps. Some are from people actually working for the platform providing tech support and such. But still, the reviews are definitely good overall.

On Indeed they have over 200 reviews with a 3.6/5 rating which isn’t as good but isn’t too bad either.

Complaints

However there are complaints. There are always complaints. Below are some of the more common complaints I’ve come across that you should be aware of before pursing a job though Arise.

Hard to Get Hours

As I mentioned, hours are distributed on a first come first serve basis. It can be difficult to get hours at times.

Have to Pay for Training

You will have to pay the $99 – $250 for the training.

Rude Clients

There aren’t too many complaints about this but I think its worth mentioning. Some clients are just plain rude. They only tell you what you do wrong and offer no compliments. Some people complain about feeling unappreciated.

Final Thoughts – Good Opportunity?

Based on the research I’ve done and the many “employee” reviews that I’ve read through, it seems that the job can vary a good bit based on what client you are working for. With all jobs you will be doing the same basic thing, which is providing customer service, but some clients are just more pleasant and enjoyable than others. The same goes for if you are working for another call center using the Arise platform.

There are people that absolutely love working through the Arise platform and others that don’t. If you are planning on giving this a try I would definitely suggest working for another call center company on Arise before you go out and set up your own. This will save you time and money if you find out its not something that is a good fit for you.

Anyways… I hope you enjoyed this review. If you have anything to add you can leave a comment below.

And on another note, since you are looking to work from home you might be interested in taking a look at how I make a living online. 4 Good Places to Make Money Teaching English Online

make money teaching english onlineTeaching ESL (English as a Second Language) online is a sought after job for a variety of reasons. One of the great things about this line of work is the freedom that comes along with it. You have the ability to work right from your computer so it doesn’t really matter where you are at, as long as you have good internet connection.

Another reason teaching ESL in the online space is a job that people look for is because it really isn’t difficult to get. There aren’t many requirements when it comes to jobs like this. Most places require some experience teaching but being a native English speaker is the main requirement here.

If you have teaching experience, maybe even some teaching certificates, English is your native tongue, and you have a passion for teaching young children and watching them grow, then keep on reading. Below are 4 online platforms that offer online ESL teaching positions that are highly rated.

With each of these platforms you will be teaching English through your computer. This means that a headset and high speed internet connection will be required.

VIP Kid#1 – VIP Kid

VIP Kid is one of the best ESL teaching platforms out there. This place was created to bring English teachers into the homes of Chinese children. The children you will be teaching here can range anywhere from 4-12.

Teaching sessions are 30 minutes in length an pay anywhere from $7-9. If you do the math here then you can make $14 – $18/hr as base pay, which isn’t counting possible bonuses.

You are able to set your own availability for your teaching schedule and must be open to 7.5 hours per week. Because you are teaching in China the hours will be late at night or early in the morning.

In order to be considered for a teaching position here you must have some teaching experience in either the US or Canada, be a native English speaker, and you must have a bachelors degree (doesn’t matter what field).

DadaABC#2 – DadaABC

DadaABC is another great ESL platform that gives you the ability to teach children in China the English language. Because of this you have the same downside of having to teach at strange times. But this can actually be a good thing if you work a day job and cannot teach during regular hours.

They offer 3 different types of ESL classes here that will range anywhere from 14 minutes to 30 minutes+ in length. You will be provided with the teaching materials so you won’t need to prepare lessons, although you should review them before teaching.

DadaABC allows for a good bit of flexibility when it comes to teaching. You are able to put your own personality into the lessons and teach as you see fit.

There is the potential to make $20/hr teaching here but this will depend on how well you do in the testing portion of the application process. You will also be evaluated on a yearly basis and can receive pay increases if you perform well.

Requirements for working here include having a bachelors degree (again.. doesn’t matter in what field) and being a native English speaker.

JiuQu English#3 – JuiQu English (aka Funbulous)

JuiQu English, aka Funbulous & aka Qkids, is another pretty good platform for teaching ESL that gets decent reviews. Its the same deal here as the others…. you will be teaching Chinese children from around 5-12 years old and will have to work odd hours if you are interested.

Sessions here are your typical 30 minutes in length. One thing that is different here from other ESL programs is that your classes can have up to 6 students at once. This adds a certain level of higher difficulty to teaching. Another difference is that at JiuQu they are all about having fun and teaching via word games, animated stories, and other methods through their platform.

Pay is decent and you will earn a minimum base pay of $8 per 30 minute lesson, which equates to $16 per hour minimum. You will have the ability to earn up to $20/hr.

Requirements for JuiQu English include having a college degree or being enrolled in college, and of course speaking English as your native language.

learntalk#4 – LearnTalk

LearnTalk is the newest of all the ESL platforms on the list here. Here you will be able to teach ESL to students all over. Many of them actually come from Spain so the teaching times will be a bit different from those of the other platforms.

Teaching sessions are 25 minutes in length and there are several different styles of them that you will receive. You might get a lesson where a specific topic is supposed to be taught (example: Sports,  family, etc) or you might get a free-talk lesson where there is no lesson plan.

Students are able to choose their own teachers. So its your duty to login and be available when students are looking to learn. Starting out teaching here can be difficult but once you get going and build relationships and a reputation on the platform then students will be more likely to pick you.

The pay is the downside to LearnTalk. You will make anywhere from $2 – $6.50 per session. And since each session is 25 minutes long that means you will be making a little over $4 – $13 per hour. This will depend on the level of teacher that you are.

There are 3 different teaching levels. At minimum you will need CEFR level  C1 and here you will get paid the $2 per session. If you have a CEFR level C2 minimum, 4 years teaching experience, and Accreditation/ certification then you will be able to make the $6.50 per session.

There is no requirement that you have to be a native English speaker here… you just have to be a good English speaker period.

Some Advice on Teaching ESL Online

No matter what platform you are thinking about joining you need to have realistic expectations when it comes to teaching ESL online. You can’t expect to make a ton of money, especially when just starting out. That is why all of these teaching positions are best looked at as a supplemental income opportunity. There is potential to do this full-time in the future but it will take some time and relationship building to get there, and is a rare thing.

Do not apply for these positions due to a need for reliable or steady income. Hours are not guaranteed and you simply cannot rely on them especially when starting out.

On another note… Something else that you might want to look into since you are looking for a flexible work-from-home job is how I make money online. I make a living online and I enjoy what I do. Here is the program that got me started and got me to where I currently am, making a living online.

Legit Flex Job Review – Scam or Legit Online Money Making Opportunity?

Legit Flex JobLegit Flex Job claims to pay very handsomely for people looking to process online worksheets from home. But is this really true? Or is this just another work at home scam that sounds too good to be true?

I decided to write this review because there are some things that people should know about this place. It is not what they claim it is and if you buy into it you will more than likely be very disappointed. In this Legit Flex Job review I’ll be going over the truth of the matter and showing you what this really is.

Legit Flex Job Overview

If you are suspicious of the claims made with this program then you are not alone. I review and expose scams all the time, One Click Pay Day & Your Home Biz recently, and this program definitely has signs of being one right off the bat.

Legit Flex Job, aka Legit Flex Job Academy, claims to be a company that processes online worksheets for other companies. They say that they are looking for independent contractors to work from home processing these worksheets and claim that people are making over a thousand dollars per week doing this.

I understand why this job is so luring to many. They tell you that you can set your own hours, work from wherever you want and work however much you want. The freedom here sounds amazing and of course everyone wants to be able to do these things. However… you are going to want to hold off on buying into this and you will see why.

What Exactly Is This Job?

An “online worksheet processor”??? What is that? I have been working online since 2015 and have reviewed/looked into hundreds and hundreds of work from home opportunities yet I have never heard of anything called an online worksheet processor.

What does this even mean? Unfortunately we will never know because they don’t go into any detail really. Pretty much all they tell you is exactly what everyone wants to hear…. that it is super easy.

Why Do You Have To Pay?

Its a little strange that you have to pay to get access to this job don’t you think? I mean that just seems strange. I looked into this more and there is a reason for it.

They tell you that when you buy into this for $37 you will get access to the members area where you will get instructions and assignments so that you can start making money doing this.

But…. this isn’t really true.

The Problem Here

The problem is that what you are buying is not what they told you… at all. Once you buy into this you will see that it has nothing to do with “worksheet processing”. Instead it is just a bunch of training on selling on Ebay, which is completely different.

It contains 14 lessons on how you can sell Amazon products on Ebay. Basically this is a form of dropshipping where you will sell products on Ebay and when someone buys them you will just order them from Amazon and have them shipped directly to the buyer. So you will never touch any of the products.

And this is great and all, I mean you can make money like this but the problem is that this is not what buyers thought they were getting into. And besides that…. Dropshipping from Amazon isn’t a great idea, there are much better ways and I wouldn’t pay for this training even if it were advertised truthfully.

The Good Part of It

The only thing good I can say is that if you bought into this already then you are in luck. Luckily this program is being sold on ClickBank, which is a digital product marketplace. The good part is that they have a very good return policy and you shouldn’t have any problem getting your money back if you are disappointed… which I’m sure you will be considering what I just went over.

Conclusion on Legit Flex Job – Scam?

Ok, so obviously Legit Flex Job is a scam. It tricks people into buying into this program with serious false advertising. The program being sold here has absolutely nothing to do with worksheet processing, which I still have no idea what it is.

Can you make money with Legit Flex Job? In theory.. yes. There are people that make money online dropshipping on Ebay from Amazon. But will you make money with this program? Probably not. The training is old and the method of using Amazon is not the best choice. I actually run a dropshipping ecommerce business which I do fairly well at and I can tell you from experience that Amazon is not a good way to go about this. Their platform is not made for dropshipping.

But anyway… the conclusion here is that this is a scam and that you should stay away from it.

If you are looking for a better way to make money online then I suggest taking a look at this program. I started with this program back in 2015 and am still a member to this day. Its also notable that I make a living online now and pretty much all of my success can be attributed to what this program has taught me.

Top Jobs Reviewed Scam – I’m Warning You

top jobs reviewedThere is a site called Top Jobs Reviewed (topjobsreviewed.com) that is a massive scam. What it does is promotes 3 of what they call the top work at home jobs and each and every one that is promoted is a scam that I am very familiar with.

I decided to take the time to write this review because I know there are a lot of people out there that can benefit from it and hopefully avoid these scams and avoid losing money. In this review I’ll be going over what is really going on here and the scams that are promoted.

Red Flags of This Being a Scam

The first thing I noticed is that they claim that the work from home jobs they are promoting have been featured on the news. This simply isn’t true and is very easy to prove. If you go to any of he news sites’ websites you won’t find any information on these.

Another thing that I noticed is that the reviews at the bottom of the page are fake as well as the author “Sarah Johnson”. There are about 20 reviews at the bottom all were made between September 3rd – 6th. And the picture of Sarah Johnson is a stock photo that anyone can buy online and use as they please.

The Scam Programs Being Promoted

As I am writing this they are promoting 3 jobs: Online Jobs Now, Secure Job Position, and Home Job Placement. I am sure that these will change in the future but as for now this is what they are.

I am very familiar with all 3 of these “jobs”, which really aren’t jobs at all. These are 3 scam programs that make you think you will be making all kinds of money if you buy into them but the reality is much different than they tell you.

The Truth

All 3 of these programs are the same thing basically. They are all a re-hashed scam program that has been re-marketed under dozens of names over the recent years.

This program claims that you can make a lot of money posting links from home and that it is going to give you the training and tools to do so. They give you your own pre-made website and everything. But unfortunately this website is a cookie cutter site that is also being given out to everyone else that buys into the program. And the training is very “scammy”.

While you can make money posting links online from home the reality is much different then they lead you to believe.

The Reality Here

They act like “link posting” is some new method of making money online that they discovered but what they are actually talking about here is called affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is when you promote products for companies online with your own unique affiliate link. When someone clicks your link and buys the product you are promoting you get paid commissions. Its a great business model and Yes, you do indirectly get paid for posting links… but it is nothing like they make it seem.

I actually make a living affiliate marketing online and have been doing so since 2015. I can tell you with absolute certainty that it doesn’t work like they tell you and that it isn’t as easy as they say.

I will also say that if you do buy into these programs being promoted you will more than likely not make a penny. Their strategy of spamming links everywhere simply doesn’t work. It is the easy way out and appears very spammy. People aren’t going to click the links nor buy anything that you promote. That is not how it works in the real world.

My Recommendation

There are plenty of legitimate job finder sites out there where you can find work at home jobs. ZipRecruiter and FlexJobs are two good ones. I would recommend them if you want to find a variety of work at home job opportunities.

Also, as I mentioned, I make a living affiliate marketing online. I started this back in 2015 part-time and now it is my full-time money make. If you are interested in pursuing this career path then I would suggest taking a look at this program.

This place provides training and tools for people looking to start making money online via affiliate marketing and it is particularly good for beginners. It is where I got my start and I am actually still a member to this day… which should show how good I think it is.

Will Life’s True Purpose Scam You? Here Is What You Should Know

life's true purposeLife’s True Purpose offers people an opportunity to make money from home that they make very enticing. But is it really all that great like they lead you to believe? Or will Life’s True Purpose scam you and will you discouraged with less money than you had to start with?

It is no wonder you are suspicious of the claims that Life’s True Purpose makes. It sounds much too good to be true. They tell you about how you can make money fast, go on vacations whenever you wish, work only a few hours a day, and other incredible things. But there is always a catch. I have reviewed hundreds of programs over the past couple years and I have yet to find one that is this incredible.

Life’s True Purpose Overview

Life’s True Purpose is a personal development company that offers people a business opportunity. Their mission is to help people quit their boring old 9-5 jobs and find their “true purpose” in life.

And what is this true purpose that they are talking about? Well I guess it is selling Life’s True Purpose products to other people because that is the business opportunity that they provide and that they are trying to get you to join in on.

How It Works

When you buy this program you will get a lot of good personal development teachings that are truly good. I love personal development and think it can serve a great purpose.

However, I don’t really care too much for how this personal development program works. The reason I say this is because it seems like the overall goal here is to get you and others that buy into it to promote the program to other people.

These products that you can sell include…

  • 12 month personal development course
  • 5 Day Live Wealth Creation Seminar
  • 8 Day Live Personal and Leadership Development Seminar
  •  Yearly product updates.

You can make anywhere from $1828 – $19,000 per sale with up to 80% commissions selling these.

This business opportunity reminds me somewhat of a mlm business that I looked into called Life Leadership. Now I know that Life’s True Purpose makes it very clear that they are not a mlm business, but these 2 are still very similar. They both sell personal development products and offer a business opportunity.

So Is This Place a Scam?

As I said, I really don’t care for how this is all set up. I’m sure that I am not the only person that thinks this program is all set up and designed to get you to buy the products and then promote them trying to make money.

It is like they pump you all up and motivate you to join in on this business opportunity.

That said, I still would not consider this place a scam. You can make money with it and a lot of the information they provide along with their products seem to be good quality. While some of the information that they tell you in their sales pitch might be somewhat misleading and paint the picture a bit better than what it is…. its not overly misleading or a lie by any means.

Conclusion

Life’s True Purpose isn’t all that bad but I definitely think there are better personal development products out there. I personally would look elsewhere for both personal development and a work from home business opportunity.

One thing I would suggest if you are looking to make money from home would be to take a look at how I do so. I have been making a living online since 2016 (I know its not that long) and enjoy what I do.

LionBridge, Work at Home Scam or Good Opportunity?

LionBridge work at home scamIf you are interested in working from home, when and however much you want, then LionBridge (smart crowd) might be something of interest to you. But should you trust this place? Or is LionBridge a scam that is going to be nothing more than a waste of your time and leave you discouraged and disappointed?

I recently looked into this job opportunity and what I’m going to do here is give you a short review of it. I’ll go over what exactly they are, how it works, what the pay is like, etc.

LionBridge Work At Home Job Overview

What LionBridge does is crowdsources jobs for companies. When companies are looking to outsource work rather than hiring employees themselves, they can do so through LionBridge.

They specifically hire individuals for work at home and telecommuting jobs; and what this means is that you get to work online. This line of work is often heavily sought after because of the freedoms that come with it. Working here you get to enjoy the ability to make your own schedule and work from anywhere that has internet connection.

What Are The Jobs Like?

There is no one specific job that they hire for. They hire people all over the world for various jobs. You could come across a transaction processing job, a job where you help improve website functionality, one where you evaluate search engine results, and others. These jobs could be IT related or could be completely different.

One of the common jobs that I found people are getting work for is what you call an Internet Assessor. And basically what you would do here is help companies improve the usability of their websites and social media pages to make it easier for visitors to navigate.

How Much Will You Make?

There are no solid numbers I can give you for how much money you can make just because of how the jobs provided at LionBridge vary. It all depends on the job. The pay you get could be on a per hour rate or it could be per task that you complete.

From what I have read on forums and job review sites like Indeed, it seems that most workers are getting paid anywhere from $10-16 per hour, which I consider to be pretty decent pay. There aren’t really any complaints about the pay and if they were paying very little, believe me, there would be plenty of people complaining all over the forums online.

Applying For a Job

One you go to the LionBridge website you can view job opportunities in your area. They hire based on your region (Ex: Canada & US).

The process that you will have to go through depends on the job that you are applying for. But generally you can expect to take some sort of online assessment before actually getting the position.

Is LionBridge a Scam?

This place is definitely not a scam. Sure you are going to find complaints about working for them online, as you will with any job, but they are no scam by any means.

Overall I would say that the general opinion towards them is very good. After going around on sites like Indeed and Glassdoor, where workers can review job opportunities and write all the nasty things they want, I was impressed to find how low the number of complaints were. Usually on Glassdoor in particular, there are plenty of bad reviews but there just weren’t here.

LionBridge Conclusion

If you are a stay at home mom looking to earn some extra money, a retiree who has no problem using a computer, a college student that needs flexible work, and so on… then LionBridge is something definitely worth considering.

The opportunities they provide can be very repetitive and boring, but the flexibility and freedoms that come with this line of work are what attract people to it.

The first step if you are interested in this opportunity would be going to their website and viewing the available positions in your area.

Another thing I would suggest would be to take a look at how I make money online. I work for myself online and the reason I think you might be interested in doing what I do is because I also get the freedom to work when, where, and however much I want to. You can read a post I wrote Here where I go over what exactly I do, how it all works, and how others can get started doing the same.
