Will Daily Paycheck Network Scam You? My Review

Daily Paycheck NetworkIf you came across Daily Paycheck Network while looking for ways to make money online you are going to want to read this first. I have seen and reviewed programs like this before and they are never as great as they seem to be.

While it may seem like and incredible opportunity for you to make money online the reality is much different. Will Daily Paycheck Network scam you? Arguably so due to the misleading information used to get you to sign up. If this sounds a bit strange just hang with me for a second, I will explain what I mean here shortly.

Daily Paycheck Network Overview

Daily Paycheck Network is an affiliate marketing system that was created by a man named Steve Wirsig. There is no cost for you to actually use the system and you can make money using it without a doubt.

With this system you will be promoting a program called Zip Nada Zilch (ZNZ) that gets paid by big companies to promote trial offers. In addition you will also be promoting a program called Empower Network, which is an mlm online business program that is very shady and basically is a pyramid scheme.

When you get someone to sign up for ZNZ you can make $10 and $20, so $30 total. And when you get someone to sign up for Empower Network (which does cost money… a heck of a lot too) you can potentially make thousands of dollars per referral.

Sounds pretty good right? Ehh…. just keep reading.

How It Works

Ok, so in order to be able to use the Daily Paycheck Network system and make money off of it you first have to sign up for ZNZ Single and ZNZ Double. As I mentioned above, this place gets paid by big companies to promote trial offers for them in hopes of getting more loyal customers.

When you become a member of ZNZ you will have to sign up for a number of these free trial offers in order to get a certain amount of credits. And once you have enough credits you can then promote the actual ZNZ program to other people and make money when they sign up.

Additionally, Daily Paycheck Network tries to get you to sign up for Empower Network. This place provided online business tools such as website hosting, pre-made sales pages, lead pages, and training for people looking to make money online. Basically its a one of those programs that you buy into and then make money by promoting it to other people. I don’t want to get too into it all, but it has a mlm structure and is basically a pyramid scheme.

It is extremely high priced and has many products. You can make thousands of dollars per sale promoting it.

Empower Network used to be a massive business but has since collapsed because many of its top members left.

What You Will Be Promoting

You won’t be promoting ZNZ and Empower Network individually. All you will be doing is promoting Daily Paycheck Network and then when people sign up for ZNZ and buy into Empower Network through Daily Paycheck Network you will get credited.

The Reality Of This

While you can make good money doing this, chances are you won’t. The real person that is going to be benefiting from all of this is the creator, Steve Wirsig. He is the one that is getting everyone to sign up through his links.

You probably aren’t going to be getting anyone to sign up through you. Why? Well because Daily Paycheck Network doesn’t provide anything really to help you drive traffic to their site. You have the system in place where you can make money but now you need traffic… and this is where the program falls short.

Traffic generation is one of the most difficult aspects of online business and is essential.

Conclusion On Daily Paycheck Network – Very Misleading

I will say, I like how Steve doesn’t overhype this program too much. He doesn’t tell you that you will be making $1,000/day or anything like that. But still, I think the sales pitch for Daily Paycheck Network is misleading. I have reviewed programs nearly identical to this before and have been in the online marketing business long enough to be able to tell that this just isn’t going to work out good for the large majority of people.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend Daily Paycheck Network for people looking to make money online… nor would I recommend ZNZ or Empower Network.

Is Nerium a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

NeriumIf you are considering joining the business opportunity that Nerium offers you may have run into some people calling it a pyramid scheme or even came to this conclusion yourself. But is Nerium a pyramid scheme or is this just a baseless rumor that came about from people that just have something against the company?

I have looked into Nerium’s business structure and I can tell you that this is not a baseless rumor. This company operates very similar to a pyramid scheme so it is understandable why people come to this conclusion. However… its just not a pyramid scheme although it is close. And in this post I’ll be going over how it works, how it resembles one, the downsides of it, and more.

Nerium Overview

Nerium is a direct sales mlm company that sells anti-aging skin products. They do not sell any products in retail stores and rely on independent distributors to market the products.

As an independent distributor there are 2 main ways in which you can make money. Of course you can sell Nerium products yourself directly to customers and earn commissions. When you are a distributor you can buy the products at wholesale prices and then when you sell them at markup prices you pocket the difference.

But this part of the Nerium business obviously isn’t what you are interested in. What you are interested in is the mlm side of it. MLM stands for multi-level marketing and what this means is that there are multiple levels within the company and you can also make money by recruiting others in beneath you. This is the side of it all that brings up the whole pyramid scheme thing.

How Nerium Could Be a Pyramid Scheme?

For Nerium to be a product based pyramid scheme the business would have to be overly dependent on making money off of new recruits rather than the selling of Nerium products to the general public.

So the question you have to ask here is are they overly dependent on recruitment like this? In order to answer this question you have to take a look at the compensation plan and see whether they push new recruits to recruit others too much or not.

The Comp Plan

Nerium’s compensation plan is a unilevel structure and it goes 10 levels deep. Because it is uni-level each level can be infinitely wide. And how it works is like this: When you recruit people into the Nerium business they go to your level 1; when your level 1 recruits people into Nerium they go to your level 2; when your level 2 recruits people into it they become your level 3… and so on.

You can make money off of these people 10 levels down if you are able to move up the ranks within Nerium. There are 10 ranks total and as you can see below, when you start out you only earn commissions from levels 1 & 2.

So how do you move up the ranks you might be wondering? Because after all… if you want any chance of making good money you need to move up the ranks and take advantage of this comp plan.

Well… you have to recruit more people in pretty much. I took a table from Nerium’s website and I its confusing but what I want you to look at is what I circles. The Personal Volume Requirments remain pretty much the same as you move up the ranks. They go from 200 PQV to 300PQV… not much difference. However, the Monthly Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) increase drastically.

This GQV number is the amount of product volume that you and your downline sell. So pretty much in order to increase that and move up the ranks you need to recruit like a madman.

So Is This a Pyramid Scheme?

Well there is no doubt that they put a lot of emphasis on recruitment. The only realistic way to move up the ranks and make good money is through tons of recruitment. They indirectly make you recruit pretty much.

However… according to a 2012 Income Report released by them they claim that over 70% of their revenue comes from retail and preferred customers… which are brand partners or distributors. I know this report is pretty old at this point but I would expect it to be around the same amount to day since the company hasn’t changed much.

If this is true then Nerium definitely is not a pyramid scheme although they do focus on recruitment to a great deal.

Final Thoughts

I don’t consider Nerium a pyramid scheme based on what I see. They are a legitimate mlm and people do make good money with them. However, its isn’t easy. The way mlm’s like this are set up usually only the top few percent of people make the majority of the money which the new recruits and those at the bottom make very little.

Usually mlm companies like this release an official income disclosure that I could use to prove this but Nerium has not. But anyway… I have looked into enough mlm’s like this to know that with a compensation plan like this not many people make good money.

Will Life’s True Purpose Scam You? Here Is What You Should Know

life's true purposeLife’s True Purpose offers people an opportunity to make money from home that they make very enticing. But is it really all that great like they lead you to believe? Or will Life’s True Purpose scam you and will you discouraged with less money than you had to start with?

It is no wonder you are suspicious of the claims that Life’s True Purpose makes. It sounds much too good to be true. They tell you about how you can make money fast, go on vacations whenever you wish, work only a few hours a day, and other incredible things. But there is always a catch. I have reviewed hundreds of programs over the past couple years and I have yet to find one that is this incredible.

Life’s True Purpose Overview

Life’s True Purpose is a personal development company that offers people a business opportunity. Their mission is to help people quit their boring old 9-5 jobs and find their “true purpose” in life.

And what is this true purpose that they are talking about? Well I guess it is selling Life’s True Purpose products to other people because that is the business opportunity that they provide and that they are trying to get you to join in on.

How It Works

When you buy this program you will get a lot of good personal development teachings that are truly good. I love personal development and think it can serve a great purpose.

However, I don’t really care too much for how this personal development program works. The reason I say this is because it seems like the overall goal here is to get you and others that buy into it to promote the program to other people.

These products that you can sell include…

  • 12 month personal development course
  • 5 Day Live Wealth Creation Seminar
  • 8 Day Live Personal and Leadership Development Seminar
  •  Yearly product updates.

You can make anywhere from $1828 – $19,000 per sale with up to 80% commissions selling these.

This business opportunity reminds me somewhat of a mlm business that I looked into called Life Leadership. Now I know that Life’s True Purpose makes it very clear that they are not a mlm business, but these 2 are still very similar. They both sell personal development products and offer a business opportunity.

So Is This Place a Scam?

As I said, I really don’t care for how this is all set up. I’m sure that I am not the only person that thinks this program is all set up and designed to get you to buy the products and then promote them trying to make money.

It is like they pump you all up and motivate you to join in on this business opportunity.

That said, I still would not consider this place a scam. You can make money with it and a lot of the information they provide along with their products seem to be good quality. While some of the information that they tell you in their sales pitch might be somewhat misleading and paint the picture a bit better than what it is…. its not overly misleading or a lie by any means.

Conclusion

Life’s True Purpose isn’t all that bad but I definitely think there are better personal development products out there. I personally would look elsewhere for both personal development and a work from home business opportunity.

One thing I would suggest if you are looking to make money from home would be to take a look at how I do so. I have been making a living online since 2016 (I know its not that long) and enjoy what I do.

Is Pruvit a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

PruvitIf you are looking into the business opportunity that Pruvit offers you may be a little suspicious of how it works. Recruitment is a big part of the business and you may be asking yourself is Pruvit a pyramid scheme or a legitimate opportunity to make money on your own time.

While I don’t consider this business to be a pyramid scheme I will say that there are a lot of similarities between the two. And I would also strongly recommend that you hear me out because many new distributors are mislead with the reality of this business.

Pruvit Overview

Pruvit is an mlm company with a direct sales business model. They rely solely on independent distributors to do the selling and marketing of products.

The “pyramid scheme” part of this business is the mlm side of it. MLM stands for multi-level marketing and this means that distributors can recruit new distributors into the business beneath them and profit from what they do.

The products that are sold here include bars and drinks that have Ketone OS in them. The health benefits of ketones has become more widespread recently and they are riding out this new wave of popularity by selling products with this “special” compound.

The Compensation Plan

The compensation plan that Pruvit has in place is pretty darn confusing, which is expected.

Of course you can make money selling Pruvit products directly but what I am looking at here is the recruitment side of the business, which of course is what makes you suspicious of this being a pyramid scheme.

When you join as a distributor you are really pushed to recruit more people into the business. They do so indirectly by giving you massive incentive to do so.

The only way to move up the ranks within the company and earn as much money as possible is by recruitment. Below I took a screenshot of the different ranks within the company and the numbers that you must achieve to make it to those ranks. As you can see, the PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) increases slightly but not all that much as you move up, however, the TV (Team Volume) and GV (Group Volume) increase drastically. And the TV and GV both are reliant upon the sales that come from your downline.

I know this may all sound a bit confusing but basically I am just proving that in order to move up the ranks you must recruit, recruit, recruit. You are forced to do so.

And of course the more people you recruit into the business the more money you are going to make without effort since you will be making commissions from what they do, and what their recruits do, and what their recruits do….

How This Could Be a Pyramid Scheme

In order for Pruvit to be a product based pyramid scheme it would have to push distributors to recruit too much and be overly dependent on revenue from recruitment rather than from selling products to the general public. So the big question here is whether or not this place is too dependent on such.

The requirements to move up the ranks are obviously focused on recruitment and this makes me uneasy. There is no way to move up in the company unless you either recruit more and more people in and make money off of them, or unless you miraculously get some incredible distributor in your downline that can make record sales… which isn’t going to happen.

But is it a pyramid scheme?

I don’t think there is enough evidence to really call it that. It is obviously focused on recruitment but product sales are also a focus of the company for revenue… although I would feel a lot better about this place if they would place more emphasis on it.

Conclusion On The Pruvit Business Opportunity

The unfortunate reality of this business is that it is not easy to make money and very few people that get into it, or other similar mlm’s for that matter, make good money. The way their compensation plans are set up in a pyramid mlm structure make it so that those on the top make all the money while those at the bottom make little.

I was actually able to find an official income disclaimer from Pruvit that states that the annual gross income of Pruvit distributors is projected to be $500 – $2,000 as you can see here….

Is $500 – $2,000 per year a good income? I don’t think so and I’m sure many people are expecting much more.

This can be a good business opportunity if you think you would be good at recruitment. If not, then not so much. Many people are seriously mislead from other distributors recruiting them in with tricky and deceptive tactics that are misleading.

If you can recruit like a madman then go for it but if you don’t have the salesperson type personality for this may not be your best choice.

The Postal Money Order System
"Get Rich Quick"

Is Postal Money Order System a Scam?

The Postal Money Order SystemIf you are looking to make money from home and came across Postal Money Order System I suggest you tread lightly. This may sound like an easy way to make quick cash from home but there is a lot that they don’t tell people.

If you are suspicious of it all and wondering is Postal Money Order System a scam then you are in the right place. I have seen and reviewed programs like this in the past and am very familiar with them. In this short post I’ll be going over what this places is, how it works, the downside to it, and more.

Postal Money Order System – Overview

The Postal Money Order System, which I will be calling PMOS for short, is a recruitment based scheme where people buy into it via money orders and make money recruiting others. It has been around for a while, I’m not sure how long, and recently has been getting some more attention.

Basically its just a big transfer of money scheme that provides no value to its members. All it is, is one of those programs that you join and then make money by recruiting other people in with the sales pitch of “hey join this program and you can make a ton of money getting other people to join this program”.

How It Works

When you are recruited to join into the PMOS program you will have to buy in at a certain level. These levels vary in price and cost up to over $10,000. When you join in you have to send a money order in the mail (which is where the name comes from) to the person that recruited you.

You then will make money just as that person made money. You will recruit new people in by selling them dreams of making easy money from home and you will have them send you money orders.

If you were on the PMOS sales page then you probably watched the video of Sam Servedio (the creator I think) opening a bunch of mail and getting money orders. Those are from the new people he recruited in.

What You Get When You Join

When you join you will also need to purchase their lead generating system. This is so that you can actually promote the product online to other people and recruit them. The cost for this is a monthly charge of $39.95 and this is how the owners of this program make their money. Because they don’t actually make money when people join in and send the money orders. The recruiter keeps the money from the money orders. The owners make money from products that they sell members such as this lead generation product.

Sounds Easy Right?

I know the promotional material and sales pitches make this seem like the easiest thing to ever exist but that is not the reality of it.

The reality is that most people that invest in systems like this fail to recoup their investment….. they LOSE money.

Have you ever heard the saying “if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is”? This applies great to this situation.

I have reviewed similar programs like Big Profit System and Cash Tracking System and they all turn out the same… most people lose a lot of money and then you find a ton of complaints all over the internet.

Complaints

You can find plenty of complaints on PMOS on sites like Ripoff Report where scam victims can submit reviews for companies and programs that they feel have scammed them. They are all complaining about joining, getting the lead generation system and still not making any money.

Well this is because the business model here is horrible and doomed. It provides no value and every time a program or product like this comes out it always fails in the long run.

Conclusion on Postal Money Order System

I would absolutely not recommend PMOS to anyone. While some people that join will go on to make some decent money with it the majority will not. And besides that the whole system is somewhat unethical as far as I see it. From what I have seen it seems that much of the promotional material out there from members trying to make money recruiting people is misleading and deceptive.

If you are looking for an ethical way to make money from home that is actually realistic then why not take a look at how I make money online. I make a living online and enjoy what I do. It is legitimate and has nothing to do with this PMOS nonsense.

My Business Venture, Scam or Legit? – Not As Easy As It May Seem

My Business VentureIf you are looking into My Business Venture then you probably think that you can just buy their package and start making money right away with your new online business. But unfortunately this isn’t true and is misleading. They call their online business services “turn-key” that makes you think this is the way it is, but the reality is different.

Is My Business Venture a scam? No, I would not call it a scam. They do provide good value for what you pay for, its just not as easy as they lead you to believe it is to make money with what they give. In this short post I’ll be going over what all you get when you buy MBV and the reality of making money online with it.

My Business Venture Overview

My Business Venture, which I will be referring to as MBV, is a company that provides online business services. Basically what they do is provide near complete online business packages for people looking to make money online.

However, the “turn-key” system that I have seen MBV promoted as being, isn’t as it may seem. This isn’t something that you can just buy and make money with. It will require work as anything does.

The Products

They have 3 different business packages that you can buy… the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. The prices of these and what they include are as follows…

  • Standard
    • $495.00 down + $99.83/mo for 36 months
    • Ecommerce site
    • 15,000+ products
    • Payment processing
  • Professional
    • $2795.00 one time payment
    • Ecommerce site
    • 15,000 products
    • Payment Processing
    • 24 months of search engine submission
    • Marketing strategies layout
  • Enterprise
    • $3995.00 one time payment
    • Ecommerce site
    • 15,000+ products
    • 24 months of search engine submission
    • Custom logo
    • Custom training (MBV University)

The Reality Here

None of these packages are “turn-key”. Even if you were to buy their best Enterprise package you still would have to put in the work to make money with it and it will not be easy.

With the Standard package you are only going to get an ecommerce store that has payment processing. You will have all the products ready for you to sell but you will have to drive tall the traffic to your site which you will have no help with. Getting website traffic is the hardest part and this is what they leave out here.

With the Professional package you get everything from the Standard package plus you get marketing strategies that are laid out for you. The marketing is how you get your traffic but this still is not easy by any means. I have been running a small ecommerce site since 2016 and marketing is not an easy task by any means.

Even with the Enterprise package you are going to have work. The only difference here is that you get a custom logo so that you can brand your site, and you get custom training. The training you get consists of video tutorial, documents, etc. and is tailored to you based on where you want to take your business. But guess what? You are still going to have to take action on the training and conquer the hardest part of it all, which is marketing.

Complaints

When I look into products like this I always like to do my own research and form my own opinions. However, its also important to look at other people’s opinions, especially those who have purchased the products and can speak from experience.

Many of the reviews that I have found back up exactly what I am saying here… that this is not as easy as it seems and many people complain about not making money with it. If you go on Ripoff Report there are a good amount of complaints about this.

Another noteworthy complaint that I came across is that the products you will be selling are very overpriced and hard to sell because of this. You see, MBV hooks your site up with a bunch of products. You never have to touch these products, keep inventory or anything. All you do is make sales through your site and the products are shipped out from the manufacturers, which MBV takes care of. But the problem is that there are other marketers out there selling the same darn products at much lower prices and you are going to have to compete with them. I’m not saying you can’t sell them but I am saying this makes it more difficult.

Final Thoughts On MBV

MBV does provides a lot of good things. They set you up with an ecommerce store that is ready to go and there is no doubt that you can make money with it. The problem I have with this place is that I think they mislead people with how easy it is… because it is not easy.

Marketing your products is the hard part of it all and this is the part that they leave up to you. Setting up an ecommerce store is the easy part of it.

So while I don’t think MBV is a scam, its definitely not for everyone. I would only recommend it if you truly understand what you are getting yourself into.

As an alternative, I also suggest taking a look at how I make a living online if you are interested in doing so.. Its a totally different business model but I am making a living with it… so you could say its pretty good. I wrote a post on what exactly I do, how it all works, and how others can get started doing the same that you can read by clicking the link below…

Best Freelance Writing Jobs for Beginners – My Advice

best freelance writing jobs for beginnersStarting out as a freelance writer can be difficult. But there are so many opportunities in front of you that you are probably unaware of. The job market for freelance writing is continuing to grow and honestly I see it growing more and more in the future with the way things are looking.

In this short post I’ll be going over some examples of what I consider to be the best freelance writing jobs for beginners. None of them are going to be an easy path to take, they will all require work and dedication. But where there is a will there is a way.

Content Mill Jobs

Content mills get a really bad reputation for the low amounts that they pay writers and for the low quality content that comes out of them. But they have their own place in this online world and can be of help to aspiring freelance writers.

Basically content mills are just a middleman that pays writers for writing various types of works based on the quality and word count. They usually will pay you somewhere in the 1-5 cents per word range but that varies.

Its not great for pay but what it is great for is gaining a little experience and getting some of the writing practice that you will need in this line of work. It is also great because places like this are extremely easy to get work in and just about anyone should be able to join sites like this.

Some examples of popular content mills include…

Freelance Sites

Similar to content mills are freelance sites. These places also are platforms that connect freelancers with clients, but with freelance sites you are able to market yourself more to buyers and have more control over pay, jobs, etc.

People make pretty good money freelancing on freelance sites but it is also more difficult to start out as a beginner on these sites. There is a lot of competition form people that have experience and a reputation and you can’t expect to come in and just get a bunch of jobs.

One of the best freelance sites that I think is available for beginners is Fiverr, which I will go over a bit more.

Fiverr

Fiverr is a good place for freelancers to get writing jobs. If you are unfamiliar with this place at all basically it is a marketplace where freelancers of all kinds can set up Seller profiles and market their skills. It is a commonly used marketplace for individuals and small online business owners to pay professionals to design logos, create videos, and write all sorts of things including…

  • blog posts
  • cover letters
  • resumes
  • articles

and a lot of other things.

When you start out as a seller on Fiverr your work will be sold for $5… hence the name “Five”rr. After getting 20 gigs under your belt you will then be able to charge clients on “extras” which is where the real money comes in.

When starting out you will barely make anything for your time but as you move forward, build credibility and a reputation, and start to charge for extras you can make decent money.

Another Option

Another avenue that you may want to consider is working for yourself instead of for clients. What I mean by this is why not write for yourself? That is why I do and I really enjoy it.

Basically what I do is create small blog-style websites (like this one) write articles/blog posts, get traffic from search engines by using SEO (search engine optimization), and promote relevant products and services.

I wrote an entire post on what exactly I do, how it all works out, and how beginners looking to get started can do so.

I’m just throwing this out there because if you are looking for a freelance writing job this would be right up your alley.

Final Thoughts

Freelance writing has a good outlook for the foreseeable future. There is a lot of demand for freelance writers and plenty of opportunity out there.

Content mills are going to be easier to get writing jobs for but you more than likely won’t make much at all. Working through a freelance site like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.. you can make more money but it is also more difficult to get a start. But once you do and build up your reputation you will likely develop relationships with clients where you could possibly move away from the freelance site altogether and do business directly with buyers.

Another avenue you could go down would just be to create your own website and make money on your own, which is what I do. This is great because anyone can do it and you don’t need to get “hired”, but the downside is you won’t make money right away.

Oh and one more thing you might want to look into is a course called Write Your Way To 1K. Its a training course for aspiring freelance writers that was created by Elna Cain, who is a professional blogger. I have never used this course or anything but I know it gets a lot of good reviews.

Is Our Wealth Secret a Scam? – The Real Secret

Our Wealth SecretIf you are looking to make money online and came across a program called Our Wealth Secret pause for a second. It may sound like an amazing opportunity but is it really? Or is Our Wealth Secret a scam that is going to leave you with less time and money than before?

The reason I am writing this short post is because there area a lot of people coming across this Our Wealth Secret website and getting into it when they don’t really understand what they are getting themselves into. I’ll be going over what this place is, how it works, and the reality of making money like they are promoting.

Our Wealth Secret Overview

Our Wealth Secret is just a website that was set up to promote a program called 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle. There is no product or program called “Our Wealth Secret”.

So the real question here is whether or not 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle is a scam and how it works.

The truth is that 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle is one of those programs that you can buy into where you make money selling it to other people. Basically you go around promoting it saying “hey join this program and you can make a lot of money getting other people to join this program”. Its one of those type of deals.

It also is extremely expensive to be able to make money with this and I’ll go over why.

The Cost of Business

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle uses a “Licensing Rights” approach to their business model.

When you buy into the business you have to purchase what is called a package. There are 5 packages total ranging in price from $2,000 to $22,000. When you buy one of these packages you will also have to buy the Licensing Rights if you want to sell it to other people and make commissions off of it, which is the whole point of this program.

So if you were to buy in with the cheapest package (Basic Package) at $2,000 you would also have to spend another $195 for the rights to sell it to others.

The Catch

As mentioned, there are 5 packages you can buy as follows…

  • Basic – $2,000
  • Builder – $3,500
  • Advanced – $6,500
  • Pro – $12,500
  • VIP – $22,000

These are the prices not including the licensing fee.

The catch here is that you only can earn commissions off of what you already have bought. So if you buy in with the Basic Package you will only be able to make money selling that same package. If you have someone that buys in at a higher level you won’t make a penny.

This somewhat forces you to buy the higher priced packages in order to have a chance of making good money.

How Much Money Can You Make?

Members keep 100% commission on all sales. So if you were to sell the Basic Package to someone you would get $2,000. The licensing fees are what the program owners keep and that is how this program stays in business.

Its the same thing for the higher priced packages. For the VIP Package you could literally make $22,000 off of one sale.

Something else that you should know is that this place has a mlm compensation structure. This means that not only do you make money from the sales you personally make, but also from the sales of people that you recruit into the business.

This places uses what is called a ” 1 Up” system where each person’s first sales goes up to their sponsor, aka the person that recruited them in. So you don’t keep the money from your first sale, the person above you does. And the same goes for everyone that you recruit in… their first sale goes to you.

The Reality Of This Business

The reality here is that making money promoting 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle products is not as easy as it may seem.

I have reviewed plenty of other similar programs to this that use Licensing Rights business models and sell extremely high ticked products and they are always much more difficult than they appear to be.

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle’s promotional tactics are a bit different than most that you come across. A lot of their recruitment is done by sending postcards in the mail, while others are strictly online. But its all similar. These business models just don’t work as good as people think.

It is extremely difficult to make good money doing this.

Conclusion – Is Our Wealth Secret/ 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle a Scam?

I would pretty much categorize this as a scam. First off… its a very unethical business model. You are recruiting people in by selling them dreams of making 8 figures a year and its all about reselling the same darn program to other people. There is no real value being provided here.

I just really don’t care for business models like this that provide no value, cost a ton of money, and are very difficult to make money with.

If you want real value and a much more realistic way to make money online then I would suggest that you read about how I make a living online.

Is Legal Shield a Pyramid Scheme? Join At Your Own Risk!

LegalShieldIf you are looking into the business opportunity that Legal Shield offers you may have come across a fair amount of negative attention that this company has received for allegedly being a pyramid scheme. But what is the truth here? Is Legal Shield a pyramid scheme or is this just a baseless rumor that you should pay no mind to?

First let me start off by saying that this is not just a baseless rumor. There is a lot about Legal Shield’s business model that that resembles a pyramid scheme, yet it does not amount to one. I know this may sound confusing to you but I’ll explain it all.

Legal Shield Overview

Legal Shield came about in 2011 but was just a rename of Pre-paid Legal, which has been around since the 1970’s. Their mission is to make affordable attorneys available to anyone who needs one. They offer a variety of attorney assistance plans based on your personal needs.

But obviously that isn’t the reason you are here reading this post. You are here because of the business opportunity that they offer. Legal Shield uses what you call a direct sales business model. This means that all of their marketing and sales come from independent representatives. Anyone can join in as an independent rep and make money selling Legal Shield plans to customers. Alternatively they can also make money by recruiting other independent reps into the company where they will earn commissions off of their efforts. This is the multi-level marketing side of the company which is somewhat shady and resembles a pyramid scheme very much.

The MLM Compensation Plan

As an associate of the company there are 2 main ways that you can make money. You can of course make direct sales, where you personally sell one of LegalShield’s products to a customer, and, you can recruit other associates into the business below you, earning money from their sales.

Everyone that makes good money as an associate knows darn well that in order to do so you are going to need to recruit as a priority. The obvious reason is because the more people you get in your downline the more people you will be earning commissions from. But the not so obvious reason is because there are ranks within this business and in order to climb the ranks and make as much money possible you are going to have to recruit.

The six ranks of LegalShield include…

  1. Junior Associate
  2. Associate
  3. Senior Associate
  4. Manager
  5. Director
  6. Executive Director

When you start out at Junior Associate you will only make $50 per sale but if you climb your way up to Executive Director you will be making $182.50 per sale.

I’m not going to get into all the little details of what it takes to move up the ranks. But what you need to know is that to move up you will either be required to have a certain number of associates in your downline, or you will need a certain amount of “organizational sales”, which are the sales that come from you and your downline. So either way you look at it you are going to need to increase recruitment to move up.

So Is This a Pyramid Scheme?

When it comes to companies like this that operate under a mlm business model it can get confusing. The line between what is an illegal pyramid scheme and what is a legit mlm can somewhat be blurry.

You would think that LegalShield would of course be legit because they have been around for a while and the government still hasn’t stepped in to shut them down. However, its happened before to seasoned companies and it could happen again.

For them to be considered a pyramid scheme their revenues would have to be overly dependent on recruitment rather than product sales to the general public. So the questions is are they? That is up to SEC to decide. And as for now I would say they are legit.

They do rely on product sales to the public for sure, its just a questions of whether they do so enough.

LegalShield Conclusion

Although I can say for certain whether this is a pyramid scheme or not, one thing is for darn sure… this is not the amazing business opportunity that you may have heard about. The bottom line is that only the top few of associates go on to make good money. These are the people that recruit like crazy. And those at the bottom stay broke with the false dreams they were sold from the associate that recruited them in to begin with.

Not many people actually make good money and associates are often inclined to recruit as much as possible which often leads to somewhat deceptive recruitment strategies.

Some people will join and go on to make great money but most will not. I’m not calling it a bad or terrible business. I just want people to know the reality of it.

Anyway… that is it for this post. I’m tired of writing about this place. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns make sure you leave them in the comment section below. 🙂

Is TopCashBack Legit? Or Should You Avoid This Site?

TopCashBackRecently I have been looking at different cashback sites because, lets face it, getting cash back on purchases you are going to make regardless is pretty awesome. One of the sites I just looked into is TopCashBack and this is what I want to go over here today.

If you are wondering is TopCashBack legit or a scam then this is for you. I’ll be going over how this place works, how you get paid, how much you can get paid, and some of the complaints that you should know about before deciding to sign up or not.

TopCashBack Overview

TopCashBack is a cashback site that gives you money back on online purchases that you make. They only do this for online purchases and there is no way to upload in-store receipts to get cashback.

Basically how it all works is like this: they partner with online stores and the stores pay them to help get more visitors. So they offer cashback on purchases to these stores to try to get people to shop there. Its a pretty cool way of marketing that ordinary people like you and I can profit from.

How You Get Cashback

Its very simple. After becoming member, which is free by the way, you can browse through all the stores that TopCashBack is partnered with. As I’m writing this they claim to have over 3,500 different merchants available so there is no shortage when it comes to this. They offer cashback for all the big stores like Walmart, Amazon, Nike, and even offer cashback on services like air travel and hotels through certain companies.

Once you see a cashback offer that you like you just click on it and you will then be able to see all the details. Usually for cashback offers range from 3 – 10% (for major stores), but you will sometimes see offers of 50% and greater on occasion. When in the details of the offer you will see a button that you can click that will take you to the official online store to do your shopping. You must click this button instead of going to the store yourself. This way it can track you and give you credit for your purchases.

After you get to the store website you just do your normal shopping and nothing else. The next step would be to just wait until the cashback is credited into your account and then withdrawal it, which you can do via direct deposit, PayPal, prepaid Visa, or for a variety of gift cards.

What I Like About This Site

Overall this site is very good. Its very easy to navigate and find deals that you want.

Also, I really like how you don’t have to wait until you have a certain amount of money in order to withdrawal. You can withdrawal your money at anytime.

Another great thing about this site is that they also offer coupons to online stores. Whenever you click on a store that you are interested in shopping at to view all the details it will also show available coupons at that store and their restrictions. Using one of these coupons is as simple as copying the coupon code and pasting it in at checkout.

TopCashBack Complaints

The number 1 complaint that I have come across from browsing various forums and reading reviews online is definitely from people not getting their cashback on purchases that they should have. There is no doubt that this should make you suspicious and a little uneasy.

However, I will say that TopCashBack has a pretty good support team. I was looking through complaints on BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) and TopCashBack does a very good job at resolving them and getting their members the cashback that they deserve.

With all the cashback sites I have looked into this is always a complaint. And it is understandable. This is usually due to problems with the “cookies”, which are the little piece of tracking code that tracks your purchases. These problems happen but seeing that TopCashBack was willing to work out these problems with members who were complaining says a lot about the company and adds credibility the way that I see it.

Is TopCashBack Legit? Final Thoughts

TopCashBack is definitely legit the way I see it. The only argument that you could make for them being a scam is due to people not receiving the cashback that they were supposed to get. But I really do think this is an honest technical error from problems with cookies as I mentioned above. I really don’t think this site is out to scam people.

If you are looking to get cashback on online purchases then by all means, go for it. Use this site. You can get some pretty good deals.
