Is Exfuze a Scam?

Exfuze has what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this as good as it sounds? Or is Exfuze a scam that is just going to be a waste of your time?

I recently looked into this money making opportunity and thought I would share a few things that I am sure anyone interested would want to know beforehand. I’ll be going over how this company works, how you make money, the difficulty of doing so, and more.

Exfuze Overview

Exfuze is a mlm company that sells health and wellness type products dealing with things like approving brain performance, athletic performance, boosting energy, etc. They seem to be good products but much of the hype surrounding them doesn’t really have much scientific backing.

But anyways, I’m here to review the business opportunity not the products. Exfuze uses a direct sales business model which relies on independent distributors to do all the marketing and sales. You, I, and anyone can join in as one of these distributors selling their products and by recruiting in other distributors to do the same.

How You Make Money

As a distributor there are 2 ways that you are going to be able to make money. You will be able make earn on retail sales and on recruitment of other distributors, as I mentioned above.

Retail Sales

You will be able to buy Exfuze products at low prices which you can then turn around and sell directly to consumers at a markup, earning the difference.

Additionally you will be set up with your own Exfuze website in which you can sell products from 24/7, without actually having the products on-hand.

Recruitment

Recruitment is a big part of making money with this business model because this is a mlm. It is basically a pyramid-like structure where those at the top can earn from those beneath them.

There are a couple of different ways you can earn from those beneath you, but the main way is the Binary Team Bonus.

With the Binary Team Bonus there are 2 sides, a right and left. Each person has 2 positions beneath them that can be filled. Once you start recruiting other distributors in and the 2 positions below you are filled the additional recruits will fill other openings in your downline. So its not like you just recruit 2 people and that’s it. If you want to make good money you need to be constantly recruiting.

One Thing I Really Like About This Comp Plan

A lot of mlm compensation plans focus way too much on recruitment rather than product sales. While Exfuze does definitely push distributors to recruit, they also push a good bit to increase product sales.

Based on the personal product volume that you sell you can actually increase your earnings from 20% to 40%.

The Reality Of This Business

MLM’s are not easy to make money in. Because recruitment is such a big part of making money and the pyramid-like mlm structure that they have, it will almost always be the case that most people fail. This is because you pretty much need a big downline and people beneath you to make money off of. And of course with a pyramid-like structure there are always going to be more people near the bottom struggling than at the top.

I wasn’t able to find any income disclosure from this company since 2008. You can look at the 2009 on here, but its so old and outdated I’m not even going to bother showing it, although it does show how uneven the earning distribution is.

This is just the way mlm’s are. I review business opportunities like this all the time and its the same story in the end. Pure Haven Essentials and Clever Container are 2 that I reviewed recently.

Conclusion On Exfuze – Scam?

Exfuze is not a scam. They sell some good products and the business opportunity that they offer is legitimate. Some people will go on to make very good money in this business. But statistics don’t lie, and with a mlm structure like this very few are going to be able to make good money. This mlm is definitely better than a lot that I have reviewed because they do put a good bit of focus on product sales, but it still has that mlm structure which is going to make things difficult.

So if you are going to pursue this opportunity just know the reality of it, and not the stories that you may hear about how easy it is because they aren’t true.

Something else that you might want to look into if you are looking for a work-from-home job is how I make money online. I make a living online and I enjoy what I do. Here is the program that got me started and got me to where I currently am, making $5k + per month.

Global Wealth Trade Corporation – Scam or Legit?

Global Wealth Trade Corporation offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this really as great as it seems? Or will Global Wealth Trade Corporation scam you in one way or another?… whether it be wasting money or wasting time and effort with little reward.

I decided to write this short review on the business opportunity at hand here because I know there is a lot of confusion surrounding it. I’ll be going over a few things that you should know as well as something that people in the business aren’t going to tell you.

Global Wealth Trade Corporation Overview

Global Wealth Trade Corporation is a mlm company that sells women’s fashion accessories. They have a range of products going from wallets, to belts, to shoes, to earnings and more. But the purpose of this post is not to talk about the products here… its the business opportunity offered.

This business operates under a direct sales business model. This means that they rely on independent consultants to do all the marketing and sales. Anyone can join in as a consultant and make money selling their fashion products. And the mlm side of it makes it possible to also make money by recruiting in other consultants into the business.

Cost To Join

The cheapest you are going to be able to join for is $169. The reason for this is because you have to purchase what they call an “e-mall”. These range in price from $169 to $3,599 as you can see below….

The difference between these packages is the amount of money you can make with the compensation plan as well as the amount of e-malls you get. As you can imagine, the more expensive packages give you the opportunity to make more money.

These E-malls are basically your own pre-made ecommerce website that they set you up with so you can start making sales online.

The Compensation Plan

There are two main ways in which you can earn here…. by retail sales and by recruiting others into the business.

Retail Sales:

The amount that you can make here depends on the package that you purchase above. If you purchase the cheapest package, which is Retailer for $169, you will only make 33% per sale. But if you purchase the Diamond package you will make 67% per sale.

These sales will come from your online e-mall.

Recruitment:

They have what they call an Infinity compensation structure. This is a binary structure with a left and right side. There are 2 open positions beneath each person on the structure that need to be filled. When you recruit people into this business they will fill the 2 positions beneath you and then fill other open positions in your downline.

An example of how a binary mlm structure like this works is as follows…

This structure, in Global Wealth Trade’s case, can keep going down and down, which is why they call it “Infinity”.

The Reality Of Making Money

While you can make good money with retail profits, pretty much any big-time earner here is going to focus on recruitment and building a massive downline. Recruitment is key to earning a lot… you build up your downline and earn money from the efforts of those beneath you.

The compensation plan here places a great deal of focus on recruitment and gives consultants a lot of incentive to go out and recruit, recruit, recruit.

Because of this focus on recruitment, and how you earn from those beneath you, the reality here is that many people will fail in this business, as with just about any mlm. The pyramid-like structure in place here makes it so that you need to be at the top to earn good money, and of course there are always going to be more people at the bottom than at the top, which means that very few will make good money.

I was unable to find an official income disclosure for this business but I have reviewed enough mlm’s with compensation plans similar to this to know that this is the reality of it. Pure Haven Essentials & Clever Container are two that I recently reviewed and the reality is the same for them.

Conclusion On Global Wealth Trade Corporation – Scam?

The products that Global Wealth Trade Corporation sells are not scams by any means. The only way you could call this a scam is by how they somewhat mislead potential consultants by making this business opportunity seem better than it is.

While there is a lot of potential to make money here, they fail to mention that it is extremely hard to do so and that most people fail in this line of work.

If you like the products sold here and think you have what it takes to be a recruitment machine then go for it. Just know the reality and difficulty that lies ahead.

Is Pure Haven Essentials a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

Pure Haven Essentials offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this too good to be true? Is Pure Haven Essentials a scam that is just going to end up leaving you discouraged and disappointed? Or is this possibly the amazing home-based business opportunity that you have been waiting for?

I know there is a lot of misinformation out there about business opportunities like this so I decided to write this short post to give you a realistic view of this particular opportunity. I’ll be going over how this business works, how you make money, the untold reality of it, and who it is best suited for.

Pure Haven Essentials Overview

Pure Haven is a mlm company that sells skin products, hair products, essential oils, makeup and things of this nature. They make sure that all of their products are clean and toxin free. I don’t really see anything to complain about when it comes to the products. They seem to be good quality and might be a little overprices, but nothing too bad.

But the business opportunity is my real focus here. Pure Haven Essentials is what you call a direct sales business. They rely on independent consultants to do all their marketing and sales. Anyone can join in as a consultant and make money selling their products. Also, as a consultant you can make money by recruiting in other consultants… this is the mlm part of the business.

Cost of Joining

In order to join you are going to have to purchase a Starter Kit. This is going to cost you $149. It will include products and business materials and is designed to give your business a kick start so that you can get up and running.

The price of the starter kits change with time. So if its not $149 that is no big deal. Depending in the amount of products it includes it will cost more or less.

How You Make Money

There are a lot of ways that you can make money as a consultant but they fall into 2 categories: direct sales and recruitment.

Direct Sales

These are the sales that you personally make. When you first start out you will be making 30% commissions. But you can increase these commissions to as much as 50% as you make more sales.

Recruitment

By recruiting others into this business you can earn commissions from the sales that they make. You will be able to earn down 3 levels if you move up the ranks. The people that you personally recruit in are your level 1, the people that they recruit are your level 2, and so on. Below you can see amounts that you will make for each level of your downline…

If you move up to the rank of Executive there are what is called Generation Bonuses that you can get. The generation bonuses go 5 generations deep. And basically a generation is a someone in your downline’s own team. So you can make a lot of money here.

The Untold Reality

If someone approached you about joining this business there is a good chance they told you all the good about this business model and none of the bad. It is true that with a compensation plan like this there is a lot of money to be made. However, it is also true that most people make little money.

Because of the mlm structure here that places a lot of focus on recruitment, you pretty much need a big downline to make good money. And because there are always going to be many more people near the bottom of mlm pyramid like structures like this one, there will always be more people struggling making little money. Only a small percent… the top few… make good money.

Unfortunately I was unable to find any official income disclosure by Pure Haven, however, I have reviewed enough similar mlm’s with comp plans like this to know that this is the reality of it. Clever Container and Nature’s Sunshine are 2 other mlm’s that I recently reviewed and the extremely uneven income distribution is the same for them.

Conclusion On Pure Haven Essentials – Scam?

Pure Haven Essentials is definitely not a scam. If you like the products that this company sells and think you would be a good salesperson then go for it. I am not calling this place a scam in any way. However, you have to realize that statistics don’t lie here and that most people are going to fail with this.

MLM’s like this have tons of potential to earn money but it is very hard to do this and you must recruit and you must move up the ranks. This is what separates those who make good money from those who struggle.

Clever Container Consultant Opportunity – Is It Worth Your Time?

Clever Container offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is it worth your time? Or is this another mlm scam that is going to lead you on and on with little reward?

If you are looking into the Clever Container consultant opportunity then I highly suggest you read this post. I will be going over a few things that people in this business won’t tell you, and for good reason.

Clever Container Overview

Clever Container is a mlm company that sells organizational/ storage type items like containers, bags, racks, etc. Their products seem to be good quality to me and I don’t really see any problem with them. But the products aren’t what I want to focus on here. Instead I will be taking a look at the business opportunity that they offer.

This is what you call a direct sales business. They rely on independent consultants to do all the marketing and selling of their products. Anyone can join in on this opportunity and make money by selling such. Additionally you will also be able to make money by recruiting in other consultants, which is the mlm (multi-level marketing) part of it all.

As a consultant it will be your job to host parties in which you will display their products with the hopes of taking orders. Some people like hosting parties but this is something that is a turnoff for many.

Cost to Join

In order to join as a consultant you are going to have to purchase a Starter Kit for $49. This kit is designed to help give your personal Clever Container business a kick start and includes products and business materials.

$49 is a very reasonable price for a starter kit compared to many other mlm’s that I have reviewed.

How You Make Money

You can make money in 2 main ways: by selling Clever Container products directly, and by recruiting in other consultants and earning money from their efforts.

Direct Sales

When you start out you will be able to make 20% commissions on the sales that you make. As you move forward you will be able to increase this percentage to 25% after selling $1,000 of products.

Recruitment

Recruitment is where you can really make a lot of money. If you look at big earners in mlm businesses like this they always have massive downlines and recruitment is their priority.

At Clever Container there are 2 ways you can earn off of recruitment of other consultants.

First there are the Team Building Bonuses. You can earn these commission bonuses from the sales that people in your downline make up to 3 levels deep. The people that you personally recruit in are your level 1, the people that they recruit are your level 2, and so on.

Then there are the Leadership Bonuses. You can earn 4 generations deep with these. And basically there are commission bonuses that you earn from people in your downline’s own downline. You are earning from other people’s teams here.

If you look below you can see a screenshot I took of the compensation plan and the Team Building Bonuses are in green, the Leadership Bonuses are in red.

Another important thing to note about this comp plan is that there are 9 ranks and that you need to move up the ranks to unlock the whole comp plan. In order to move up the ranks you need to increase your personal sales volume (PV) slightly but mainly you need to work on increasing your Team Volume (TV), which means you need to recruit more.

The Reality Of This Business

The reality here is that not many people are going to make money with this compensation plan. It is set up so that recruitment of other consultants is a big part of how you make money. Because of this the income distribution will be very uneven, with those at the top ranks with the large downlines making all the money while those at the bottom struggle.

And there will always be many more people at the bottom than at the top, which means the overwhelming majority will not make good money. This is the reality with just about any mlm out there. I just reviewed Nature’s Sunshine and Mannatech the other day and it is the same thing here.

Conclusion on Clever Container – Should You Become a Consultant?

Only you have the answer to this question. Clever Container is a legitimate business opportunity and not a scam in any way. The only “scammy” part about it all is the fact that it is a mlm and that mlm’s have very high failure rates due to their compensation plans.

But if you like Clever Container’s products, think you would like hosting parties, and think you have what it takes to recruit people into this business left and right… then go for it. Just have realistic expectations. Statistics don’t lie and statistics show that most people fail miserably in these businesses.

Is Nature’s Sunshine a Scam? A Look At The Business Opportunity

Nature’s Sunshine has what could potentially be a very profitable business opportunity that anyone can join. But is this legit? Or is Nature’s Sunshine a scam that is just going to leave you disappointed and with less money than when you started?

I know there are a lot of questions about the legitimacy of this company so I decided to write this review to clear a few things up. If you are looking to get into this business then you definitely should know what I’m going to tell you first, which includes things that people in this business won’t tell you.

Nature’s Sunshine Overview

Nature’s Sunshine is a mlm health and wellness company. They sell all sorts of health products and focus on the health of 11 of the systems in your body. Their products are, as you can imagine, natural and from what I have read and seen they are good quality.

So if you are looking at taking the products then go right ahead. But the products aren’t what I am reviewing here. Here I want to focus on the business opportunity that is offered.

Nature’s Sunshine uses a direct sales business model to market and sell their products. Anyone can join in as an independent distributor and can make money selling. Additionally distributors can also make money by recruiting new distributors into the business because this is a mlm (multi-level marketing) business.

Cost of Joining

The cost to join is $40 per year but if you buy $40 of products then you don’t have to pay any additional fees. This is pretty cheap and you are going to be buying products if you want to be a distributor so you could pretty much say that there is no cost of joining.

How You Make Money

There are 2 different compensation plans that you can participate in. There is the Legacy Plan, which is recruitment based, and then there is the Classic Plan, which is direct sales based.

The Legacy Plan

This plan is more for those that are into network marketing and like to recruit. This plan is all about recruitment and building a team. While you do have to make personal product sales to be an active member of this plan, it is overly focused on recruitment. There is not much room to make good money on direct sales here because the commissions that you can earn is capped at 20%. The real money is in recruitment.

Moving up the ranks, which is necessary if you want to earn as much as possible, is all about increasing your team’s sales volume. The way to do this is of course by recruiting in more distributors. The higher in the ranks you go the more people beneath you there are and the further down you can earn money. This is all about earning money from the efforts of those in your downline which is built from recruitment.

There are a lot of moving parts in this plan but basically all you need to know is that it is recruitment focused.

The Classic Plan

The classic plan is more about actually selling Nature’s Sunshine products and doesn’t focus so much on recruitment. Here you will be rewarded more for direct sales and the more you sell the higher commissions per sale you can earn.

Unlike the Legacy comp plan you will be able to earn up to 30% commissions on direct sales.

You will still be able to recruit other distributors into the business here and earn money from the sales that they make, its just that this plan is a bit more focused on direct sales rather than recruitment.

The Reality Of This Business

When it comes to MLM’s like this that are largely focused on recruitment as a means of earning money… very few people succeed. Because in order to succeed you have to make money off of people below you. And there will always be many more people at the bottom struggling than at the top reaping all the rewards.

Even with the Classic comp plan that is more focused on direct sales, it is still not easy to make money.

I was able to find an official income disclosure from 2014 for Nature’s Sunshine. I know this is old but the company is the same as it was back then and it proves my point on how difficult this really is.

As you can see below over 92% of all active distributors made far less than $300 per month on average…. These statistics speak for themselves.

And this is the same sad story with pretty much all mlm’s. I just reviewed Mannatech and LifeVantage the other day and the large majority of people make little money with them too.

Conclusion On Nature’s Sunshine

Nature’s Sunshine is not a scam. The products sold here are high quality and the business opportunity here is legitimate. But you have to be realistic.. statistics don’t lie. The bottom line here is that very few people make good money and that is due to the very mlm pyramid-like structure of the compensation plans.

Some people make very good money here. So if you think you have what it takes then go for it. Just know what you are getting yourself into.

Is Mannatech a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

The business opportunity that Mannatech offers is one that has the potential to be very lucrative. But is this too good to be true? What’s the catch? Is Mannatech a scam? Or is this possibly that great home-based business opportunity that everyone wants but few are able to find?

There are a lot of people that get into this business without knowing the reality of it. In this short post I’ll be going over the business opportunity offered and will be telling you some things that you need to hear… things that people in the business won’t tell you. So if you were considering joining I strongly recommend you read this.

Mannatech Overview

Mannatech is a mlm company that sells health and wellness products. They sell everything from fitness supplements, to skincare products, to essential oils. The products all seem to be very high quality and there is nothing I can say bad about them. If you were looking to buy the products then go for it.

But the products aren’t what I want to talk about. Its the business opportunity that interests me.

Anyone can join Mannatech’s business as an independent distributor. They rely on independent distributors to do all the marketing and sales. And as a distributor you can make money not only by selling products, but also by recruiting other distributors into the business.

Cost of Joining

In order to become an associate, which is what they call their distributors, you will have to pay an annual fee of $49.99.

On top of that you will also have to buy products to sell. They offer product bundles that range in price from $149.99 to $999.99. These are recommended because they give you a variety of products to start out with.

The Comp Plan

There are two main ways that you can make money as an associate. You can earn by selling the products and you can earn by recruitment.

Direct Sales

As an associate you have the ability to purchase Mannatech products at discounted prices. You can then turn around and sell these products at retail price and profit the difference between the two.

Recruitment

Recruitment is the key to making a lot of money here. This is the only way you advance up the ranks and have the potential to earn a lot.

There are 9 ranks within the compensation plan and they are dependent upon group sales. While it is required that you make personal sales at each rank to stay active, the focus is put on the sum of the sales of your whole group, aka your downline. So in order to increase your group sales an move up the ranks.. it is necessary to recruit more people into the business.

The Reality Here

When it comes to mlm’s like this that push distributors to go out and recruit, people are often mislead on the business opportunity because many distributors are recruiting people in just to make money and aren’t giving them the full truth of this opportunity.

The reality is that most people fail in mlm’s like this. This is how it always is and always will be due to how they are set up. They are set up so that there is a lot of potential to earn money, however because you are earning much of your money from those beneath you… it will always be true that only the top few make the good money.

It is absolutely necessary to recruit and build up your downline to make good money. But there will always be the majority of people at the bottom earning little money compared to those at the top earning good money from those struggling beneath them.

I was able to find an official income disclosure from 2016 which proves this. As you can see below over 86% of all associates made much less than $2,000 for the entire year.

I just reviewed 2 similar mlm’s the other day, Le Vel and LifeVantage, and the reality is the same for them. Only the top few make good money.

Conclusion On Mannatech – Scam?

Mannatech is definitely not a scam. They sell legitimate products and do have a legitimate business opportunity. My only problem is that I wish they would make it more public that this is not an easy business to make money in. People get into this business with big dreams of making it rich but come to the reality that it isn’t going to happen after wasting both time and money.

But if you like the products and think you can make it in this recruitment style business then go for it. Some people make very good money. Just know what you are getting yourself into… that’s all.

Is LifeVantage a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

LifeVantage offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this the real deal? Or is LifeVantage a scam that is going to be a waste of your time and end up leaving you disappointed/discouraged?

In this post I’m going to be reviewing the business opportunity behind this program. There are some things that people often do not know when entering this line of work…. things that people with the company don’t tell you. In this.

LifeVantage Overview

LifeVantage is a mlm health and wellness company that sells products based around a special ingredient called Protandim. This ingredient is said to reduce oxidative stress and increase mitochondria production, thus reducing aging.

But anyway… I’m not here to review the products. I want to talk about the business opportunity.

LifeVantage goes by a direct selling business model. All of their marketing and sales are done by independent distributors. And as a distributor you can make money not only by selling the products yourself, but also by recruiting other distributors into the business.

How You Make Money

There are 8 ways in total to make money with with the LifeVantage compensation plan, but they can all be put into 2 categories. You can make money, as I mentioned above… by selling products yourself and by recruiting others to do it.

Retail Sales

These are the sales that you make yourself. As a distributor you have the ability to buy products at discounted prices which you can then turn around and sell at a markup, thus keeping the difference. You will also be able to sell products 24/7 through your own personal LifeVantage website.

Depending on your rank you can make anywhere from 20-30% on these retail sales.

Recruitment

Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment… its all about recruitment.

One of the best ways to earn from recruitment is through their Royalty Commission. I found a chart to show you that you can see below. It is pretty confusing but basically what you need to know is that it is a uni-level structure that pays out down to 9 levels. The people that you personally recruit become your level 1, the people that they recruit become your level 2, and so on down to level 9. And as you can see you will earn a percentage of income from these people beneath you.

What you also need to know is that in order to be able to participate in this entire comp plan and to earn from all 9 levels you need to move up the ranks. Moving up the ranks is all about recruitment for the most part.

There are requirements that you sell a specified amount of product volume yourself, but that isn’t much and doesn’t increase much as you move up. The product volume that your team (aka your downline) is required to sell increases a lot as you move up though. And recruitment is the only way to meet these requirements.

Why Most People Fail

Most people fail with mlm’s like this because that is just how it is. With a compensation plan like this where recruitment is key to making good money, the majority of people are destined to fail. There are always going to be much more people near the bottom of the mlm structure than at the top. And the top people are the ones that bring in all the money.

So really the simple fact that most people fail with companies like this is unavoidable. It is the comp structure that makes it this way. There is a lot of potential to earn good money and some people do very well, but these are the top few percent.

Kannaway and Le Vel are 2 other mlm’s that I just reviewed and they are the same darn way…. very few people succeed.

Conclusion On LifeVantage – Scam?

LifeVantage is definitely not a scam. Their products are legitimate and this is a legitimate business opportunity. My only problem with it is that many people are mislead into joining. They are recruited in by current distributors with dreams of making all kinds of money when the reality is that they more than likely will not.

The incentive to recruit with mlm’s like this is so high that this leads to distributors recruiting by somewhat deceptive means. The people calling LifeVantage a scam are those that thought it would be much easier… but then failed.

So just know what you are getting yourself into. If you like LifeVantage’s products and think you have what it takes to recruit like crazy and build up a big downline then go for it. Just know its not easy and statistics don’t lie… most people fail miserably.

Is Le Vel Thrive a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

Le Vel offers people the potential to make a good bit of money with their business opportunity. But is this opportunity actually legitimate? Or is Le Vel Thrive a pyramid scheme type scam that is not worth getting into?

I have been getting some questions on this company so I decided to take a look into it and see if its any good. In this post I’ll be reviewing the business opportunity offered and looking at the possibility of it being a pyramid scheme.

Le Vel Overview

Le Vel is a mlm company that sells health and wellness products. I’m not going to review the products sold in this post but from what I have read and heard they are good products. What I want to focus on here is the business opportunity in front of us.

Le Vel uses a direct sales business model. This means that they don’t sell products in stores and that they rely on independent distributors to market and sell their products. These distributors can be anyone. I could join, you could join… anyone. As a distributor you can get paid not only by selling Le Vel yourself, but also by recruiting in more distributors… and this is the pyramid scheme side of it all.

How You Make Money

As a distributor, or “promoter” as they call it, you will be able to earn 20% on the your customers online orders. These are the orders that you personally refer online.

You can make decent money on your own if you are a good seller but the real money comes into play with recruitment of other promoters. There are several ways you can earn from recruiting others into the business but I’ll give you an example of what is the most lucrative.

The Team Commissions are what you get paid from your “team” beneath you, which is just another name for your downline. You can get paid down to 8 levels off of this uni-level structure. The people that you personally recruit in become your level 1. The people that they recruit in become your level 2… and so on all the way down to level 8…

Being able to earn from all 8 levels is a matter of moving up the ranks. You have to move up to the top position to be able to do this.

How do you move up the ranks?

Its all about recruitment. The requirements for how much product volume you personally have to sell stay the same but the amount that your “team” has to sell increases with each rank. This means that recruitment is key to moving up the ranks.

Pyramid Scheme?

It is pretty obvious that this business puts a big focus on getting its distributors to go out and recruit. The only way to even move to the top is to recruit… you have not choice.

However… because they do also force you to make a certain amount of personal retail sales each month to stay active, this isn’t a pyramid scheme. I get the fact that it seems more focus is put on recruitment than on retail sales but this just can’t be considered a pyramid scheme.

I have reviewed dozens and dozens of mlm’s that operate the same way as this. Although it leans very close to being a pyramid scheme it still has not crossed the line and remains a legal business opportunity.

The Reality Of This

Although its not a pyramid scheme it is not necessarily a good business opportunity. The reality here is that with a compensation plan like this one very few people will make good money. It favors recruitment so much that you pretty much have to have a big downline to make good money.

There will always be much more people near the bottom than at the top, which means that most people will just not make good money… that is how it will always be.

I just reviewed 2 similar mlms recently, Kannaway & Emza Gold, and this goes for them too. Its the same for any mlm with a comp plan that favors recruitment so much like this.

Conclusion on Le Vel – Scam?

Le Vel is not a scam. However, I do believe many people that get into this business feel scammed because they have been led to join by being fed false hopes and dreams. While there is a lot of potential to make money with a mlm like this the chances of that happening are very slim.

If you like Le Vel’s products and you think you have what it takes to recruit like crazy and build up a big downline, then go for it. I’m just here to let you know the reality of this business because many people get into it and end up wasting their time. MLM’s like this have insanely high turnover rates for a reason.

Is Kannaway a Pyramid Scheme? My Take On It

Kannaway offers what can potentially be a lucrative business opportunity. But is this legit or is Kannaway a pyramid scheme type scam? Is this opportunity simply too good to be true? Or is this possibly the breakthrough money making job that you have been waiting for?

I’ll just straight to the point here and say that Kannaway is not a pyramid scheme. However, the recruitment nature of their business model does resemble a pyramid scheme and this is what is causing most of the controversy surrounding this business. When it comes to this there are definitely some things that everyone should be aware of before they decide whether or not to pursue this opportunity and in this short post I’ll be covering what I think you should know.

Kannaway Overview

Kannaway is a network marketing company that sells hemp oil products. From what I have seen and read their products are good quality and many people like them. But I’m not writing this post to talk about the products here. I am writing to discuss the business opportunity and the pyramid scheme part of it all.

Kannaway relies on independent distributors (aka Brand Ambassadors) to do all the marketing and selling. Anyone can become one of these distributors and make money selling their products. Additionally, distributors can make money recruiting other people into the business. This mlm (multi-level marketing) structure is where all the pyramid scheme controversy comes in.

The Compensation Plan

The cost to participate in the compensation plan is $54.98/yr. This is the fee for the marketing materials you will get, your personal Kannaway website, support and more.

You will then be able to purchase Kannaway products at wholesale prices and sell them at markups, keeping the difference.

But the part I’m interested in here is the mlm side of it.

There is a unilevel commission structure in place in which you can earn from people up to 10 levels down. The people that you personally recruit in are your level 1. The people that they recruit in are your level 2…. and so on all the way down to level 10. Because it is unilevel there can be unlimited people at each level.

One of the unusual things about this structure is that you will actually earn higher commissions from those the further down you go. Usually it is the opposite of this with most mlm comp plans. And as you can see below the amount of levels you can earn off of depends on your rank. There are 11 ranks total.

You might be wondering how you are supposed to advance up the ranks. The answer here is simple: RECRUITMENT. When you move up the ranks there isn’t much change in the requirements for your personal sales volume, however, your GBV (Group Business Volume) increases greatly. This is the amount of product volume sold from your downline… so of course to increase that you need to recruit more an more.

Pyramid Scheme?

There is no doubt that Kannaway focuses very much on recruitment. The comp plan pushes distributors to recruit in order to advance in the company. However…. they still are not a pyramid scheme because they do also force distributors to make personal sales of their own.

I understand that the recruitment side of it often leads to distributors recruiting by deceptive means just to make money, and that this all makes this business opportunity seem less legitimate… but it still is legal what they are doing.

The Harsh Reality

The reality here is that with a compensation plan like this that rewards people to this degree for recruitment… not many people make good money. In order to make good money you need to have a big downline and earn from their efforts. There will always be far greater numbers of people at the bottom earning little than at the top. And the top few percent will reap the rewards from the struggles of those beneath them.

Kannaway does not provide an official income disclosure here, but I have reviewed enough similar mlm’s to know that with a mlm comp plan like this not many people are going to make it. I just reviewed Emza Gold and Isagenix recently and they are the same old story.

Conclusion On Kannaway – Scam Opportunity?

Kannaway is neither a pyramid scheme or a scam. However the business opportunity here isn’t as great as many people may think. There is a lot of potential and some people make very good money, but these numbers are very few.

The people that really make it and climb their way to the top have a lot of drive, motivation, and seem to have that salesperson type personality where they can sell anyone on anything. Not only is this something that most people don’t have, but the comp plan makes it pretty much impossible for many people to make good money.

Is Emza Gold a Scam? My Review Of This Business Opportunity

Emza Gold’s business opportunity appears to be very enciting. But is this too good to be true? Is Emza Gold a scam like many other work at home businesses out there? Or is this maybe the new income stream you have been waiting for?

I’ll cut straight to the chase here… This place is not a scam. However, there are definitely a few things that everyone should know before they sign up. And if you don’t know this beforehand you will wish you did later on.

Emza Gold Overview

Emza Gold is a mlm company in the health and wellness industry. Their claim to fame is a product called Daily Gold. It is a blend of vitamins in liquid form that is to be taken once a day. Its jammed packed with vitamins and good ingredients so I can’t really see anything to complain about here, being a health enthusiast myself.

But I’m not here to review the product. I’m here to talk about the business opportunity

Emza Gold uses what you call a direct sales business model. They don’t sell any products in stores. Instead, all of their marketing and sales is done from independent representatives. Anyone can join this business as a representative and make money selling the product. Alternatively, as a rep you can also make money by recruiting other people into the business.

Cost of Joining

To join you will need to purchase Daily Gold. You can choose to sign up for an autoship of the product and you will be automatically shipped it each month, or you can choose a one time purchase. The cost is around $50.

So whether you are a customer or looking to be a representative, either way you will be spending the same amount.

The Compensation Plan

The first way to earn money as a rep is by getting 5 people to sign up. For the first 5 people you bring in (customers or representatives) you will earn $20 each, making it $100 in total. And if you do this in 15 days you will earn a $100 bonus. This is good and all but it only applies to those starting out.

The biggest part of the compensation plan is the Residual Monthly Income. This comes from a 3 x 8 matrix structure. This means that there are 3 positions beneath each person and it goes down 8 levels. When you recruit someone into the business that is your 1st level. When they recruit someone in that is your 2nd level… and so on down to 8 levels.

This means that there is the potential for 9,840 people on your downline that you can make money off of.

You will earn $2 off of each bottle of Emza Gold sold down those 8 levels potentially.

Other Ways to Earn

There are also a lot of other ways to earn. If you get 30 representatives in your downline you qualify for a $1,000 per month bonus. These can come from your own recruitment or others in your downline.

There is also a monthly revenue sharing pool that you get entered in and will earn according to your rank within the company.

And there are 5 ranks by the way, but I’m not going to get into that. All you need to know here is that if you want to make as much as possible its all about moving up the ranks and if you want to move up the ranks its all about recruitment and building up your downline.

The Reality Of This Business Opportunity

Just like pretty much any mlm out there, it is very hard to make good money here. Because the compensation plan favors recruitment so much you need to recruit to make good money. You need to build up your downline and earn from them.

Because of this pyramid-like compensation structure, the top few will earn the majority of the money, sucking it away from those at the bottom.

I review mlm’s like this all the time. In fact I just reviewed Isagenix & Zija the other day and they are the same sad story.

Conclusion on Emza Gold – Scam?

I definitely do not consider Emza Gold a scam at all. Their product seems to be great and very good quality. Being a health enthusiast myself I see the value of it.

However, this business opportunity isn’t necessarily a great choice for most people. Statistics with mlm’s like this don’t lie. Although I wasn’t able to find an official income disclosure from this company proving that very few people make good money, I have reviewed enough similar mlm’s to know that this is the reality with a compensation plan like this Emza Gold has.

But if you like the products sold and think you have what it takes to recruit and climb the ranks, then go for it. Some people make very good money with this. Just know what you are getting yourself into and that most people do not, that’s all.
