Is Monat Global a Scam? – What You Should Know

Is Monat Global a Scam

Is Monat Global a scam? This is what I will be addressing in this review.

There’s a good chance you are wondering this because maybe you came across someone trying to get you to join the business, maybe you just feel that their hair care products are overpriced, or maybe you have heard about the string of class-action lawsuits that have been filed against them for misleading claims. Whatever the reason… It doesn’t really matter.

In this review I’ll be going over what exactly Monat Global it is, the business model they run, the compensation plan, whether or not they are a pyramid scheme, a major downside if you’re looking to join this business opportunity, and more.

Monat Global Review

Monat Global is what you call a direct sales MLM company. What this means is that they do not sell their products in retail stores like most companies do. Instead, they have a sales force of independent distributors, a.k.a. marketing partners, running around doing their marketing for them. Anyone can join in on this business opportunity and that is why there are so many people going around trying to get others to join.

The MLM, or multilevel marketing, part of it comes into play with their compensation plan, where distributors can actually recruit in distributors beneath them and earn money from their efforts. There are multiple levels in the compensation plan, hence the name multilevel marketing, and this often leads to people claiming it is a pyramid scheme. But is it really? This is something else I will address.

The Products

Monat Global is a haircare company and sells haircare products. These include things like shampoos, conditioners, their popular oil treatment called Rejuveniqe, a split end repair treatment called Rejuvabeads, and others.

Like most MLM companies out there, their products are overpriced and very expensive. Just to give you an example… If you want to buy a 1 fluid ounce tube of Rejuveniqe it is going to cost you $99. That is pretty darn high and there is a reason for that.

The reason that their products are overpriced is because of the business opportunity that they provide. Of course they want more “marketing partners” to join the business so they make the opportunity more lucrative by jacking up product prices so that sellers are able to earn larger commissions.

I review MLM opportunities all the time and overpriced products is something that is a common characteristic of them all. Kuvera, Max International, Avisae, you name it.

The Business Opportunity

If you decide to join Monat Global as a marketing partner you will be able to earn money in two basic ways: by selling products directly to other people (direct sales) and by recruiting in other marketing partners and earning from what they do.

You will start out earning 30% commissions on the retail sales that you make but will have the ability to earn up to 40% depending on how much you sell. Before VIP customers that you bring into the business you will earn 15% commissions.

In order to receive commissions from your downline, it a.k.a. the recruits beneath you, you will have to have at least 200 PV (personal volume) and will start out receiving just 7% commissions from level 1, which are the people that you directly recruited into the business.

If you are able to achieve a PV of 300 and have two active recruits beneath you with a total group volume (GV) of 1200 and then you will move up to the next rank of Managing Market Partner and will receive commissions from level 1 and level 2, as you can see below…

And it goes on from there… You sell more products, you recruit in where people, and you move up the ranks which unlock more of the compensation plan…

When you first recruit in a new marketing partner you will also receive a bonus based on the product pack that they purchase. The bonus you will be able to get will range from $100-$220 as follows…

  • $100 bonus if your recruit purchases the $299 Business Product Pack
  • $120 bonus if your recruit purchases the $399 Success Product Pack
  • $220 bonus if your recruit purchases the $599 Overachiever Product Pack

As you saw above, moving up the ranks is very important. As you move up the ranks you unlock more of the compensation plan and this is very important if you are trying to earn as much as possible. In addition to unlocking the more of the compensation plan, you will also receive bonuses as you advance up the ranks, which are called “rank advancement bonuses”. The amounts you will receive per rank include…

  • Managing Market Partner – $100
  • Associate Market Partner – $100
  • Market Builder – $150
  • Managing Market Builder – $500
  • Associate Market Mentor – $500
  • Market Mentor – $1000
  • Managing Market Mentor – $2500
  • Associate Executive Director – $5,000
  • Executive Director – $10,000
  • Senior Executive Director – $20,000

If you are able to climb the ranks up to that of Associate Market Mentor, then you will unlock the new part of the compensation plan called generational bonuses. I’m not going to get into it into much detail, but these basically allow you to earn from teams within your downline. You will be able to earn down to five generations deep with these bonuses…

Pyramid Scheme?

Often times I see that people are too quick when it comes to judging businesses like this. They see that people are getting paid to recruit others into the business and are quick to call it a pyramid scheme. But is this really a pyramid scheme?

The truth is that recruitment structured businesses like this are completely legal. There are a legitimate MLM businesses out there that operate completely within the law. What separates and illegal pyramid scheme from a legitimate MLM company is the amount of product sales that they make to the general public. If a company is selling products, but the majority of the products they are selling are going to independent business owners, then they very well might be a pyramid scheme.

That said, there is no proof that I have that would suggest Monat Global it is a pyramid scheme. They do seem to place a good deal of emphasis on retail sales within their compensation plan, which is nice to see. I have seen other MLM companies that have been operating for years with compensation plans that are much more pyramid scheme-like then this one.

So do I think it is a pyramid scheme? No I do not.

The Downside to This Type of Business?

What you often find with MLM businesses like this are distributors running around trying to recruit others in by making the business opportunity sound like the greatest thing that has ever existed. However, there is a big downside to this type of business.

Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of potential to make a lot of money as a marketing partner here. They have many different ranks and lots of room to move up within the company.

The downside comes from their pyramid -like MLM compensation plan, which is a downside to any MLM business. These types of businesses have a pyramid -like structure where money flows from the bottom to the top. For example, you will earn commissions from those recruited in beneath you.

So think about that for a second… You are earning money from the recruits beneath you. So what is happening to them? Well… They are having money taking away from them that they could potentially be keeping if there wasn’t a MLM structure like this.

In MLM businesses the money is funneled up to the top from the bottom. And of course the overwhelming majority of people are going to be at the bottom, which means that is going to actually make it more difficult for the majority of people to make money, which is why MLM businesses have such high turnover rates.

Final Thoughts – Good Opportunity?

So is Monat a scam and if not is a good opportunity?

Well first off… I don’t consider this place a scam although I do think they could be more straightforward with their advertising and there is definitely no doubt that their products are overpriced. But still… That doesn’t really make them a scam in my book, although you might have a different definition for what a scam is.

That said, I definitely would not recommend this opportunity for everyone out there. It takes a certain type of person to really excel in MLM businesses like this. You have to be constantly recruiting in new distributors if you really want to climb up the ranks and reap the rewards. Now obviously not everyone is going to be good at recruiting others in. Personally, I am not any good at this and this is exactly why I avoid MLM’s.

So anyways, if you think you have what it takes to recruit people in left and right, and you like the products that Monat sells then go for it. But if you aren’t sure or don’t think you have what it takes, it’s probably best to avoid these types of opportunities as they can just drain your wallet.

Something else that may be of interest to you is how I make money online, which has nothing to do with MLM businesses. You can read about how I went from $0 to over $6000 a month working online. You will also see what I recommend for others looking to do the same.

I hope you found this review helpful and if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please leave them below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Is Max International a Scam? – What You Should Know

Max International Review

Max International is a MLM company that sells health products, many of which are focused on increasing the production of glutathione, which they call your body’s “master antioxidant”. But is this all a scam? Is this company just selling overpriced and overhyped products that are not worth your money? Is Max International a scam?

I know a lot of people are wondering if this company is a scam or not because of all the Max associate’s running around selling products and trying to recruit others into the business. In this review I’ll be going over the products that Max sales, the mlm business opportunity, what everyone else is not telling you, and more.

Max International Review

Overview

Max International is all about glutathione production for the most part… This is what many of their products are focused on. They call glutathione the “master antioxidant” of the body and we should all know how important antioxidants are.

Antioxidants fight off free radicals which damaged cells in the body and are a big culprit of early aging. They also help protect against chemical toxins and heavy metals.

What Max International as one out and done is developed a patented formula for boosting the body’s natural glutathione production. The formulas name is RiboCeine™, I basically it is just a blend of D-ribose and L-cysteine.

But anyways… Besides the products that Max International sells, is also important to discuss the business opportunity that they offer. Being a MLM direct sales company, anyone can join and earn money selling their products as well as recruiting other associates into the business. This is what leads to many of the scam accusations because people associate this business model with a pyramid scheme, which it does closely resemble.

The Products

patented compound RiboCeine – has been subject of over 20 independent studies

They sell a variety of health focused products, many of them focused on increasing glutathione production with their special ingredient RiboCeine™, but others focused on other aspects of health.…

  • Max 3 5 7 – Blend of omega oils 3, 5, and 7. Good for heart health.
  • Cellgevity – Has RiboCeine™ and 12 other ingredients that support glutathione production.
  • MaxATP – Has RiboCeine™ and is supposed to increase cellular ATP production.
  • MaxN-Fuze – Blend of vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients.
  • MaxGXL – Has N-acetyl-cysteine formula to support glutathione levels.
  • MaxOne – Has their RiboCeine™ formula to support healthy glutathione levels.
  • Meta-Switch – Weight management system; decreases appetite; increases glutathione production.
  • be – Fiber and protein bar. All natural; plant protein; good meal replacement on the go.

The good thing about these products is that they do have scientific evidence to back up their claimed health benefits. There are over 20 independent studies that have been performed. So while they may be overpriced, they are good quality products.

Business Opportunity

The business opportunity is the reason why the products are overpriced. Max International once to make it lucrative to join in on the business so they increased product prices more than they really need to to make the opportunity more luring to prospects. This is very common with MLM businesses… Their products are almost always overpriced.

The first thing you have to do to join the business opportunity is purchase a starter pack, which cost $49. This will include a welcome brochure, sales materials, and a USB stick with information on getting your business going. You also have to pay annual fee of $25.

Once an associate, the goal is to generate 100PV (personal volume) or more to become active so that you can earn from the compensation plan. There is a certain point volume associated with each product and in order to earn 100 PV you simply can purchase products until the volume adds up to 100.

In the compensation plan there are two basic ways to earn, from regular customers and from recruiting in other associates. I have broken this down into two sections below…

Customer Sales Income

Retail Customer Sales

Retail sales or when you purchase Max International product yourself at wholesale prices and then sell them directly to customers at retail prices, thus earning the price difference.

Preferred Customer Sales

You will be able to enroll customers as “preferred customers” and earn up to 25% of the commissionable volume. Ideally this would be better to do than making retail customer sales because these customers are then enrolled and you can earn recurring commissions on their future orders without doing anything.

Recruitment Income

Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment… This is a big part of the business and if you want to maximize your potential profit then you are going to want to be recruiting new business owners into the business.

When you recruit someone and they will go into what is called your 1st generation. Then when these people go and recruit other business owners and, those people go into your 2nd generation. And so on…

Each of your personal recruits in your 1st generation forms a separate team.

Fast Start Income

The fast start income is a way to give you some fast income coming in early on. This is a bonus that is paid out when you sign up new associates and they purchase an enrollment pack within 60 days.

The amount of bonus that you will receive depends on how pricey the enrollment pack is that the associate purchases. For example, if they purchase the professional pack then you will get a $75 bonus, but if they purchase the premier packet then you will get a $150 bonus.

Binary Tree

The binary tree is a commission structure that is set up with two separate sides, a right leg and a left leg. There will be two open positions below each person that are to be filled via recruitment. You are in commissions from the volume in both legs.

Global Pool Bonus

The Global Pool bonus is a bonus that is paid out based on the revenue of the entire company. When Max International products are sold some of the profit goes into this global pool and then some of these profits are distributed amongst associates.

Matching Check Bonus

The matching check bonus is a bonus that is paid out where you are in a percentage of what the people in your binary tree have earned. So the better they do, the more you earn.

You will be able to earn down to seven generations deep. However, it is not like you will be able to earn down seven generations from the start. You will have to work your way up to that point.

As you can see from the table below, if you are a Bronze associate you only have the ability to earn from your first generation. If you move up to the rank of Silver associate, you then have the ability to earn commissions from the first two generations. The higher you move up in the ranks the more levels you unlock…

Moving Up The Ranks

If you are serious about this business opportunity then you should know that it is all about moving up the ranks. The example above is just one of many. It is all about moving up the ranks and unlocking more and more of the compensation plan.

Below you can see a table with the different ranks and the requirements to achieve those ranks. As you can see, the PV (personal volume) remains the same throughout every rank. You never have to have more than 100 PV. However… What does change is the amount of people that is required to be in your downline.

In order to move up the ranks you have to have higher ranking associates in your downline and you have to increase your number of Bronze enrollment teams. So in a nutshell, it is all about recruiting more people in and getting them to recruit more people in, thus increasing your downline size.

What No One Is Telling You

This may seem like one heck of an incredible business opportunity but is not as amazing as it may seem. Sure, it does have a lot of potential in you can possibly earn a ton of money you because there is much room to move up within the business.

However, no one tells you that MLM businesses like this actually make it more difficult for the majority of people to make money in. These types of businesses have pyramid -like compensation plans where commissions or funneled out from the bottom to the top. Those at the top profit from what those at the bottom do, and those at the bottom end up losing out because some of what could potentially be there profits, or funneled out to those above them in the form of commissions.

As we all know, pyramids are fatter at the bottom than they are the top, so there is going to be many more people at the bottom, struggling more than they should have to because of this compensation structure, then those at the top.

I review MLM opportunities all the time, Avisae, Kuvera, Noble 8 Revolution, etc, and one thing that I always find is that they have very uneven income distributions, meaning that a small percentage of the people make the majority of the money. This is because of the pyramid -like structure that they have.

Final Thoughts on Max International – Scam?

No, Max International is not a scam. Believe it or not, MLM businesses like this are legitimate and can operate legally. The difference between pyramid schemes and legitimate MLM’s like this is that legitimate MLM businesses sell legitimate products and don’t focus too heavily on recruitment.

That said… Is this business opportunity Worth joining? Well… This really depends on you. The fact of the matter is that MLM businesses have extremely high turnover rates because of how difficult they are to make it in, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t make it in them. Some people fare very well and Ryan very profitable businesses. Much of the business is about recruitment, and if you want to have a chance of making it in this type of business then you have to be recruiting new people in consistently.

Personally I am not too big of a fan of MLM’s but some people really like them.

If you don’t think you’re up for it then you may want to take a look at how I went from $0 to over $6,000 a month working online. It has nothing to do with MLM’s and recruiting people in, but I figure you might be interested because it is a home-based business opportunity.

Please feel free to leave any comments, questions, or concerns below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Is Kuvera a Scam? – What You Should Know

Kuvera reviewKuvera is a company that is focused on finding, keeping, and growing wealth for customers. But is this place really as good as it claims to be? Or is Kuvera a scam somehow that you should be avoiding?

This company seems to be getting a lot of attention recently, much of which can be attributed to its cryptocurrency investment opportunity. Because of this and because of the fact that there are so many darn financial scams out there, you get the usual people that are suspicious that the whole thing might be a scam, which is why I am writing this review.

In this review I will be going over some basics about the company, the products that are sold, the business opportunity in which members can get paid to recruit others in, and more.

Kuvera Review

First off, it is important that you are here for information on the right Kuvera, which is also known as Kuvera Global. There is another Kuvera that is based in India and is a mutual fund investment platform, but this is not the one that I’m talking about. I am talking about the one that was formerly known as Wealth Generators.

Wealth Generators change their name to Kuvera probably so that they could attract business on more of a global scale rather than seeming to be targeted more towards English-speaking countries.

The company has several founders including Ryan Smith, Chad Miller, Annet Raynor, and Mario Romano. Ryan Smith is both one of the founders and the CEO. He has a lot of experience in financial markets and previously founded his own brokerage fund. All combined the founders seem to have plenty of experience in this industry within which Kuvera operates.

Chad Gamer is the president and he is the one that likely brought about the MLM business model of the company. He has previous experience in the network marketing industry.

What is network marketing? This is the business model and the reason many people are calling this company a scam. With a network marketing business model like this, distributors or able to go out and recruit other distributors into the business and earn money based on their efforts. There are many different companies out there that use network marketing business models, such as Lyoness & Avisae, where they have distributors running around making the sales for them and recruiting other distributors in.

A Look at The Products

What’s strange is that the website really doesn’t give much of any information about their products. I am guessing this is because of the direct sales business model that is used. They make it so that you have to be recruited in by one of their distributors instead of being able to go and just to buy in on your own.

But anyways, they provide a variety of different financial products including…

Money management education –  Consists of monthly live webinars, lessons and training videos

Deductr – An app that allows you to track all your financial transactions in one place and really keep a good overview of your wealth so that you stay within your budget. They also claim that this app can save you on your taxes as well as being able to see you an extra $100-$600 per month, which is a statistic I’ve no idea how they come up with nor do I know how accurate it is.

Ryze – This it is there Forex auto trading bot. From what I have heard it produces around 2 to 3% monthly gains, which are certainly nothing crazy but are nice gains were not having to do anything. All you have to do is deposit money for this.

Crypto Mining – This is what has been getting much of the attention recently. You are able to purchase, or lease I should say, a mining rig and will profit based on the size of the mining rig that you lease. How this works is Kuvera takes care of and operates the mining rig and you simply are paying them to do this. You then profit based on how much the mining rig profits and are paid in Ethereum.

There are other products that Kuvera cells as well but these seem to be some of the most talked about.

Compensation Plan

This is where much of the controversy comes in. As mentioned, Kuvera is a network marketing company. They have a MLM business structure, which stands for multilevel marketing, and what this means is that distributors can recruit other distributors in, earn money off of them, earn money off of the people they recruit in, and so on.

This type of business model is not a pyramid scheme inherently but it does cause a lot of controversy because of its recruitment focused structure.

There are several different parts of this compensation plan as described below:

Product Credit Bonus

The Product Credit Bonus is a bonus that is given out when you refer other people into the business. After you refer three people in your subscription is then free. That’s how it works… Refer three and yours is free.

Wealth Club Bonus

Here you earn bonuses based on QGV, or Qualified Group Volume. When you recruit other distributors into the business they form what is called your “group”. When they then go out and recruit others into the business these people are also part of your group. Essentially your group is your downline and with the Wealth Club Bonus you will receive bonuses based on the volume of products sold within your entire group.

Luxury Bonuses

The Luxury Bonuses is where Kuvera gives out things such as ipads, watches, custom suites, Macbook Airs, Rolexes, Gold, $15k cash, luxury cars, etc. based on how well you are doing.

Both the Wealth Club Bonus and of the Luxury Bonuses are largely dependent on what rank you are within the business, which depends on your PV (personal volume) and GV (group volume). So pretty much the goal is to recruit people in and then get them to recruit people in, because building a bigger group will give you a better chance at increasing your group volume and thus advancing up the ranks, which will allow you to earn bigger bonuses.

The ranks are as follows…

  • Premier
  • Platinum
  • Global Platinum
  • Presidential
  • Elite Presidential
  • Ambassador
  • Global Ambassador
  • Icon
  • Legend

Cost

The cost depends on what you’re looking to do. If you are looking to purchase one of their member subscriptions then you will have to pay either $149.99 or $199.99. This will give you access to the education, training, tools etc. But if you are looking to lease a cryptocurrency mining rig then you will have to pay between $499.99 and $4999.99 depending on which package you purchase.

If you are looking to become a distributor in one access to the compensation plan so that you can earn money recruiting others in, then you will have to pay another $50.

Scam?

From what I see Kuvera is not a scam. I do wish they would be more transparent with what is going on because their website really doesn’t have much information at all about their products, nor does there compensation plan tell you much about how distributors earn money. They could definitely do a better job here no doubt.

One of the main reasons why I don’t think you have to be worried about getting scammed with Kuvera is because they are “a wholly owned subsidiary of Investview” and Investview is publicly traded, which means they have to stay transparent financially in definitely aren’t going to risk ruining their business with some sort of pyramid scheme or anything like that.

Recruitment based MLM businesses like this can operate legally. When they cross the line and become a pyramid scheme is when they focus too much on recruitment and not enough on product sales to the general public. I have no proof of Kuvera being a pyramid scheme in any way.

Final Thoughts

Kuvera does seem to be a legitimate company. Should you invest in one of their cryptocurrency mining rigs or become a paying member for their financial education or tools? Well this is a question that you would have to answer yourself and if I were you I would do additional research into the particular product you are interested in, but I would not steer you away from it.

However, one thing I will say is that if you are looking to get involved in the business as a distributor you should take some time to really think it over. In MLM businesses like this it is difficult to make good money because of their pyramid-like structure, where money gets funneled out the pyramid into the pockets of those at the top. This makes it more difficult for those at the bottom to earn good money and as we all know there are many more people at the bottom than there are at the top. This is why MLM businesses are often associated with extremely high turnover rates.

But anyway, I hope you enjoyed this review and I hope it provided at least some value to you. Please leave any comments, questions, or concerns below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Is Noble 8 Revolution a Scam? – What You Should Know

Noble 8 Revolution Review

Since you are reading this review and questioning whether or not Noble 8 Revolution is a scam, and I am guessing you were asked to join the business for a small price of $25. You probably were told about all the money that you can potentially make without paying any more than the initial $25. It probably sounded way too good to be true which then led you to doing some extra research and landing upon my review here.

Well it’s a good thing you did take the time to do some extra research, because this place is not what it may seem to be. From a first glance it may seem like an incredible business whose focus really is on bettering the world through charity, but if you dig a little deeper there seems to be something else going on here. In this review I will be going over what you NEED to know before you get involved.

Noble 8 Revolution Review

Noble 8 Revolution has the mission of giving over $1 billion to charitable causes around the world. This is the focus of the business, at least as far as they tell you. There charitable donations are focused and eight different areas, which they call the “eight pillars of noble giving”. These eight different areas of charity that they donate toward include…

  • Humanitarian causes
  • Disaster relief
  • Innocent victims
  • Disabled heroes
  • Youth programs
  • Animal abuse
  • Health research
  • General giving funds

Now you may be wondering where did they get the money to donate to these charities? The answer to this question is from people like you. Noble 8 Revolution sells personal development courses and with each course sold they donate a certain amount of money to charity.

This all sounds good so far, in fact it sounds great. A company focused on personal development that donates to charity… This sounds a company that we all should be supporting, including myself. However… Things are not always the way they sound at first. What you will see shortly is that this company is running a recruitment scheme that you might want to stay far away from.

The Products

They offer what they call Life Mastery Academy which is a series of personal development courses that include E courses, weekend seminar retreats, cruise educational vacations, and so on. The leadership team that mentors people throughout the Academy as hundreds of hours of experience in business, team development, and supposedly just being great at life.

The curriculum focuses on business skills, communication, self-confidence, financial independence and more.

To purchase the initial introductory level course it will cost you $25. This is where everyone begins to joins in on the opportunity.

The Opportunity

They talk about how everyone wants to be financially free but this dream is something that few achieve. And of course Noble 8 Revolution is going to help you achieve this dream, and that all starts with a small purchase of $25.

The lead you to believe that a small $25 purchase is all it takes to make it rich with this opportunity, you will see it is much more than just this.

How It Works

On their website they outline the opportunity in three steps…

1) First you need to have the desire to help fund their $1billion philanthropic vision

2) Must purchase an entry level Life Mastery Academy course for $25 (Eight Steps to a Dynamic Life)

3) Must get at least 3 other people to do the same

Did step number three catch your eye? It should have. After purchasing the first entry-level Life Mastery Academy course for $25 you will then have to go out and recruit three other people to do the same. This will then qualify you as a IBL (Independent Business Leader) and when you reach this point you will earn your first $25 commission.

After that it is all about recruiting more and more people into the Life Mastery Academy and earning more commissions. You buy personal development courses, aka life coaching courses, and then get others to buy in. Sounds a bit like Prosperity of Life and U-Economy to me..

There our four different levels of this Life Mastery Academy, which they call campuses. There is the Novice Campus, the Apprentice Campus, the Mentor Campus, and the Master Mentor Campus. The initial $25 course that you are required to purchase is part of the Novice Campus. However, as you move your way up the courses get much more expensive and peak at $250,000 for the most expensive course in the Master Mentor Campus.

The the goal is to be able to move your way out through all courses and eventually purchased this $250,000 course. But how can you possibly do this? They said that all you would need is an initial $25 purchase, right?

Well the goal was to keep recruiting people in so that you can purchase the next highest course level with the money that you just turned from recruiting people in.

Below are some screenshots I took of the different campuses, the courses include in each, the prices, sales volume, charity donations associated with each course and more… I found these on Noble 8 Revolution’s compensation plan page.

Recruitment Scheme?

This business seems to be mostly focused on recruitment and making money off of new members rather than charitable donations. From what I have seen other people or just recruiting others in for the business opportunity and no one, or at least not many people, seem to be joining for the actual courses being sold or at the charity.

The whole scheme runs on a 3 x 5 matrix. At level 1 there are three positions. Once you recruit in those three people and fill those positions you earn a commission and it then cycles into level 2, at level 2 there around nine positions that need to be filled and once those positions are filled his cycles down to level 3, where there are 27 positions. Then at level 4 there are 81 positions and at level 5 there are 243 position.

It is just a big scheme of recruiting people in, filling up levels, earning commissions, and buying the next course.

Do They Really Give to Charity?

Yes they do give the charity. As you can see above in the screenshots I took, they give a certain amount of money to charity for each product they sell. This is great and all, I am glad that they are giving to charity, but what you have to realize is that the reason they are giving to charity is because they are selling these massively overpriced courses and have tons of money to give away in the first place.

I mean just think about it… You have a personal development course here priced at $250,000 and then another one priced at $50,000… Do they really need to be this expensive or are they overpriced for the sake of giving members the ability to earn massive commissions recruiting others in and for charity?

Final Thoughts – Not a Good Opportunity

First off, this whole thing just seems to be one big money scheme and although they do give to charity this part of it seems to be more of a ploy to come off as a legitimate charitable business that everyone wants to join. The real goal here that they don’t tell you seems to be more along the lines of selling massively overpriced products to earn tons of money.

You are more than welcome to join if you want to. After all it is your money in your life, however I will not personally be recommending this opportunity and I hope you see why now. They lure people in with the talks of being some amazing charitable business, but then once inside you find that it’s all about recruiting others in, and them recruiting others in, and those people then recruiting others in, and so on.

But anyways, I hope this review has served you well. That’s all I have for you here. If you have your own opinion or review of this business all love to hear it below in the comment section and I’m sure other readers would appreciate it as well. You can also leave any comments, questions, or concerns down below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Also, before you leave, something else you may be interested in is how I make money online. Is Avisae a Pyramid Scheme? – What You Should Know

Wondering is Avisae a pyramid scheme or not? Well then you’re in the right place. In this review I will be touching on exactly this. I know there are a lot of people out there that are probably getting approached by other members of the business and being asked to join, which makes you wonder if it is just some big pyramid scheme.

I will start off giving a basic overview of the business, followed by the compensation plan, and of course whether or not it is a pyramid scheme. If you are considering joining this business you are going to want to read this first. I have found that businesses like this are not the best choices for everyone out there and you will see why I’m saying this.

Avisae Review

Avisae is a MLM company in the health and wellness industry, similar to Total Life Changes, It Works!, and Shaklee. They sell a variety of products dealing with fitness, weight loss, personal care in skincare. You may have heard them referred to as “the love your gut company” because some of their products are focused on gut health and restoring gut function.

But anyway… I’m not here to review the products that Avisae sells, I’m here to review the business opportunity which many people are calling a pyramid scheme. As I mentioned above, this place is a MLM company, and MLM stands for multi-level marketing. Now what this means is basically that members are able to make money by recruiting in other members, and from the members that they recruit in, and so on.

Cost to Join

You can choose to purchase products from Avisae as a normal customer but if you want to join and earn money promoting products and recruiting people in, then you will have to join as a Avisae Blue member. To do this you have to purchase a starter kit which will range in price from $49 – $899.

The eight $49 starter kit is just the bare essentials to get your Avisae business up off the ground, whereas the more expensive kits include a bunch of products you can use for promotion.

The Compensation Plan

There are eight different ways that you can earn money as an Avisae Blue member, however I will be going over just a few of the main ways to do so.

Retail Bonus

First up is the Retail Bonus. This is the simplest and most straightforward to understand. When you sell Avisae products you get paid a commission of the sale… Simple as that. You will earn 10% of your personal sales volume.

As a member you will get your own personal Avisae website that you will be able to make sales through or you can alternatively have customers use your own unique referral code when purchasing on the official Avisae website.

Launch Bonus

The Launch Bonus  is a bonus commission that you collect when you recruit in other Avisae Blue members and they purchase a starter kit. However you will not earn this bonus for just any starter kit that they purchase, such as the cheapest $49 starter kit.

I know you will earn $50 when you recruit people and in the buy the $299 kit, but I’m not really sure how much of a bonus you make with the more expensive ones.

Team Business Commissions

The Team Business Commissions are probably the main part of the MLM compensation plan. Your “team” is your downline, which is made up of the people that have been recruited into the business beneath you. These team business commissions are paid based on volume, the more business volume your team has the higher commission percentages you get paid.

So of course the goal here is to increase your business volume and the easiest way to go about this is to recruit in other Blue members.

I’m not sure how many levels these team business commissions get paid out on. I was not able to find any information on this in their compensation plan.

Pyramid Scheme?

While members are getting paid to recruit others into the business and have them recruit as well, this just is not a pyramid scheme. There are plenty of just a minute MLM businesses out there that pay people to recruit others in, but this does not make them pyramid schemes.

A legitimate MLM becomes a pyramid scheme when they focus too much on recruitment and not enough on product sales to the general public, and I do not see Avisae falling into this category.

I think Avisae is doing a good job at staying away from this. It can be difficult to tell when and MLM is a pyramid scheme or not because there is a gray line between the two. Pyramid schemes can sell legitimate products. It all has to do with how much they focus on recruitment versus how much they focus on sales to the general public, which is very hard to determine.

One thing I will say is that Avisae seems to be going in the right direction. They actually made some big changes to their compensation plan somewhat recently and have made it much less “pyramid scheme-like” if you want to put it like that.

One Thing To Consider If You Are Thinking About joining

One thing that you need to know is that MLM compensation plans like this make it more difficult to make money for the majority of people involved in them. This is because those at the top of the structure or rewarded the most while those at the bottom have money taking away from them.

Just think about it for a second: it is the people that have big downlines and have recruited tons of people in that are earning lots of commissions from the work of people beneath them. And these people that are beneath them are losing money that could potentially be theirs because it is getting funneled out to the people above them. And of course there are always many more people at the bottom than at the top, which makes it more difficult for the majority of people to make money.

This is something that you don’t really hear about much and I hope I did an okay job at explaining it.

Final Thoughts

So no, I do not think that Avisae is a pyramid scheme in any way. They do reward their members for recruiting and other members, who are also rewarded by recruiting and other members… But this does not make them a pyramid scheme. That said, what I just mentioned above is worth thinking about.

The people that tend to excel with these types of businesses are those that are able to recruit people in left and right, because after all if you want to make good money you’re going to have to recruit since the compensation plan rewards heavily for this.

So join if you want. You can rest assured that this is not a pyramid scheme.

If you are like me and just don’t have that salesperson type of personality to be able to recruit other people in easily, or you don’t think you do, then you may want to take a look at how I make money online. I actually make a living working online, having started back in 2015. It has nothing to do it with MLM’s you can click the button below to learn more about what exactly I do, how it all works, and how others can get started doing the same.

Believe any of your questions, comments, or concerns below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Cashback Programs, MLM's

Is Lyoness a Pyramid Scheme? – What You Should Know

Lyoness reviewLyoness is a loyalty shopping program that rewards its members for shopping. In addition to this they also reward their members for recruiting in other members and from the members that those people then recruit in. Sounds a bit like a pyramid scheme doesn’t it? But is it really? Is this a good loyalty program that is worth joining or is Lyoness a pyramid scheme that you should stay far away from.

The promotional material thrown out there by Lyoness can be very luring. They make it seem like members are living the dream from being a member and receiving all the rewards/incentives offered…. but is this really the case? In this review I will be going over the reality of this all. And by the way, I am in no way affiliated with this program so this review is going to be as honest as possible.

Lyoness Review

Ok, so Lyoness is a cashback program at its core. Basically what they do is partner with different merchants and the merchants pay them for sending customers their way. So what Lyoness does is offers cashback as incentive to shop at their partner merchant stores and when you do shop their they get paid, giving you a small cut of that pay. They tell you that they pay up to 5% cashback but it usually seems to be around 1-2%.

They are partnered with over 90,000 merchants worldwide and have a cashback card that you can use or a mobile app.

The other way that Lyoness rewards members is with shopping points (SP), which are equivalent to money. For example, each SP equals about 5-10 euros.

Below is a short 2 minute video that does a good job of explaining this all…

But anyways… that isn’t really the point of this review. Cashback programs are legit and I have reviewed plenty of them on this site. The point of this review is to look into the question of whether or not this all is just a pyramid scheme or not. This question comes into play when you look at how Lyoness rewards members for recruiting in others.

Compensation Plan

As a member you can recruit in other people to earn more than just cashback if you wish too. So the people you recruit in will be normal customers and other marketing members like yourself…

The overall compensation plan is pretty darn confusing, and you can read it here if you want to, but I’ll try to break it down for you so that it is more easy to understand.

Friendship Bonuses

With these bonuses you can earn a 0.5% direct friendship bonus and indirect friendship bonus. These bonuses are paid based on the amount of cashback your personal recruits (direct friends) earn and the cashback that their recruits (indirect friends) earn.

So if you recruit someone in and they buy something to earn cashback, you earn 0.5% of that. And if they recruit someone in that earns cashback you also earn 0.5% of that.

Loyalty Cash

After accumulating at least $75 in your loyalty account you have what is called an “accounting unit”.

The goal is to get at least 35 of these accounting units above and beneath you, which is something you will do by recruiting others into the program. After doing this you will be able to earn “loyalty cash” which is basically a cash bonus paid out based on the number of people you or your downline recruit in and the amount of money they accumulate in their loyalty accounts.

Of course its more complicated than that but this is the gist of it.

Loyalty Partner Bonus

Here you will be able to get 18.75% from direct recruits and 6.25% from indirect recruits. Again, this is just paid out on a 2 level structure just as the friendship bonuses. You earn from the people that you recruit in and the people that they recruit in.

Volume Commissions

These are commissions paid out based on volume…. its also all about recruitment here. The goal is to recruit more and more people in, increasing your team’s volume, and advancing up the ranks, or what they call “career levels”.

Pyramid Scheme?

Whether something is a pyramid scheme or not is not as straightforward as you might think. Just because a company has a recruitment based compensation plan like this does not mean that they are a pyramid scheme. Whether they are a pyramid scheme or not depends on how much they are relying on recruitment vs earning money from selling their products to the general public, which in this case would be their cashback service.

What one government considers a pyramid scheme another may not. And this is actually the case here. Lyoness was actually rolled a pyramid scheme in Norway but continues to operate lawfully throughout most of the world.

Why did Norway conclude this? Well its likely because of how over-inflated their promotional material is and how they have all these Lyoness marketers running around and pretty much misleading others to get them to join… which is the result of the incentive Lyoness has created to recruit other people in.

The committee that made this ruling in Norway (Lottery Authority) stated that Norwegian participants in Lyoness do not receive or consume goods, services or other benefits from the sales system that correspond to the value of what is paid when they pay for them.

Thinking About Joining… Consider This First

There are 2 different types of people who are joining this place… normal members and promoters. I want to talk to promoters in particular here and let you know that mlm (multi-level marketing) structures like this that have a pyramid-like shape may bring about potential to earn good money but the reality is that very few people ever do.

I review mlm’s similar to this all the time, such as World Global Network & Visalus recently, and its always the same story when it comes to the income disclosure. Below is a screenshot I took of the official income disclosure from 2017…

As you can see, 97% of marketers have the average earnings of $72.14 for the entire year…. very few people make good money as a marketer here.

Final Thoughts

Personally I am not a fan of this place. Just like most mlm’s out there, they have a very confusing compensation plan that they try to make seem more lucrative than it really is. When I come across something like this I tend to avoid it because it tells me that they are not being as straightforward as they could be and are doing this for a reason.

To me this seems like a massively over-hyped opportunity that many people are actually losing money with rather than getting rewarded.

But remember… this is all just my opinion… and the opinion of Norway, but join if you want to.

And since you are looking for an income opportunity like this where you get to run your own business in a way, you might be interested in taking a look at how I make a living working online. The reason I say this is because I have talked to others who were looking into mlm business opportunities and decided to try out what I do. Is PlanProMatrix Legit? – Read This Review BEFORE Joining

PlanProMatrix is promoted all over the place as being a great way to make money online…. but is it really? Since you are reading this review I’m guessing you are a bit suspicious of the whole thing and are questioning its legitimacy.

Is PlanProMatrix legit or is this a scam that you should be avoiding? Is this place the real deal? In this review I will be going over a few very important things that you NEED to know if you are considering joining this place. And by the way… I am in no way affiliated with this place and this is not a promotion so I will not be making this seem better than what it really is.

PlanProMatrix Review

Plan Pro Matrix (PPM) is a work from home opportunity that gives members access to several different ways to earn money online, which include earning as an e-loader, data entry worker, or advertiser.

The advertising part of it is what has so many people suspicious that this is a scam. The reason is because PPM has a very complex compensation plan where you can earn money by recruiting in other members, which resembles a pyramid scheme to some degree.

Many of the people that you see promoting PPM are doing so just to make money off of referrals. They likely have nothing to do with the e-loading or data entry and make money by misleading others into the business.

Overall I would suggest you stay away from PPM. It seems to be mostly geared towards being a massive and very confusing money making scheme that is almost always promoted in a deceptive way. Even the Philippine’s SEC warns against joining this place.

How You Make Money

E-loading – This is when you sell pre-paid phone service and is very popular in certain countries. It is an attractive business because it can easily be run individually and doesn’t require much of any start up cost. PlanProMatrix provides resources to help people start their own e-loading business which is nice.

Data Entry – PPM claims to provide data entry services for companies and governments. What do their data entry jobs consist of??? They consist of tying captchas into the computer. You will literally be looking at captcha images and typing in what you see.

Is this even a legitimate way to make money online??? Typing in captchas??? The answer is yes, which may sound surprising. There are other sites out there, like 2Captcha and MegaTypers who provide services like this too and pay people to do this. Captchas are used for human verification so they need real humans to go through and enter captchas in the first place to make sure they are good to be used.

The problem is that these data entry jobs pay EXTREMELY LOW. At PPM you will literally be making around $1 for every 1,000 captchas you type in… and that is going to take a while. The same goes for other captcha entry sites.

Advertising – You are also able to advertise your business on the platform. They offer “ad packages” which is an advertising service you can pay for to advertise your online business. However… its really dumb because the advertisements you pay for are placed inside the PlanProMatrix dashboard. Below you can see at the top of the screenshot where it says “Advertise Here”…. that is where the ads are placed…

PlanProMatrix dashboard

Doesn’t really make too much sense does it? Your ads are going to only be visible to other PPM members. That is a horrible advertising method.

The real money is made by promoting this opportunity to other people. I’m sure we have all seen it… You are probably reading this in the first place because someone tried to recruit you in by advertising the opportunity to you. The compensation plan that comes along with recruiting others in is as follows…

Compensation Plan

There are many different components of the compensation plan and it can get a bit confusing if you have never been involved in something like this before. I will do my best to break it down for you and tell you what is important.

The components and the different ways that you can make money advertising PlanProMatrix is as follows…

2 x 1 Matrix

This is a simple 2 x 1 matrix which allows you to earn Php 300 for every 2 people you recruit into PPM.

“Pass 3” Unilevel

This is somewhat confusing. Here you will earn money for the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th – infinity, person that you recruit in. You will not earn from the 1st, 3rd, and 5th person you recruit in. Why not? Well because you will pass those recruits up to the person that recruited you into PPM in the first place, aka your sponsor.

The same will happen with your recruits. They will pass their 1st, 3rd, and 5th recruit up to you.

Unilevel Indirect Referral Commission

Here you will be able ot earn Php 5 for every referral in your downline all the way to level 10. There can be unlimited number of people on each level.

Binary Commissions

A binary structure is also in place. With this structure there are 2 spots below each person and on each level the number of members doubles. So below you there are 2 positions, below that there are 4 positions, below that there are 8, then 16, 32, etc.

And just to give you a visual between the Binary and Unilevel structures, here you go…

Profit Sharing

There is also a profit sharing component to the compensation plan. Basically what happens here is the company (PPM) shares some of their revenues with their members. Or at least this is how I understand it to be.

Seems Like a Very Confusing Money Making Scheme

That is because it is a very confusing money making scheme that is mostly focused on recruitment of new members. I feel like the data entry and e-loading part of PPM are just there to make it seem more legitimate while the real reason for this place’s existence is the recruitment based scheme.

Why Are People Claiming That PPM Is So Great?

The answer is simple…. to make money. They are promoting PPM to earn from the compensation plan.

As I’ve already mentioned, I have seen many very misleading advertisements. I’ve seen some people claiming that the data entry work is a “reliable” way to make income. This is far from the truth. It is a horrible way to earn money online and I would never recommend it to anyone.  It is a waste of time.

And there are plenty other misleading promotions where that came from.

Conclusion on PlanProMatrix – Should You Join?

You can make money with PlanProMatrix so in that sense you could say that this opportunity is legitimate… however, it is just not that great… not nearly as great as people make it seem.

There is nothing that I see with PPM that makes me want to join in any way. It is mostly a big money making scheme and not even a very good one. I doubt anyone is making very much money even promoting this… or few people at most.

But anyway… it is your money so if you want to get involved in something like this then go for it. But personally I would avoid it… and the SEC of the Philippines basically tells people to as well.

Something you may want to check out since you are looking to make money online is how I do so. I have been making money online since 2015 and am making very good money now. You can read my “make money online guide” by clicking the button below to learn what exactly I do and what I consider to be the best way for beginners to get started is.

Is ViSalus a pyramid scheme
MLM's

Is Visalus a Pyramid Scheme? – Yes, No, Maybe?

Welcome to my review of Visalus. In this review I’ll be going over what this company is all about, the products sold, but most importantly… The recruitment based compensation plan that has many members running around trying to get other people to join in. This is what has everyone questioning the legitimacy of this business and asking is Visalus a pyramid scheme?… Which I will be addressing.

In just to make this crystal clear, I am in no way affiliated with this company so I will not be sugar-coating this review. I’m going to tell you all the good and bad sides of this business.… But of course mostly the bad.

Visalus Review

Visalus is a network marketing company that sells health products, similar to Shaklee, Total Life Changes, and It Works!.

They are most well-known for their Body By Vi weight loss challenge products. With their 90 day challenge they give you guidance, nutrition, and support to help achieve weight loss goals. And of course they have prizes for people to win which serve as motivation. How it works is you set a goal in then submit the results after 90 days for a chance to win. I like what they’re doing with this and it also gives them good business because people get excited and go all in for 90 days.

But besides the 90 day challenge kits that they sell, which include a range of different items such as meal replacement powders, nutritional bars, appetite suppressants, etc., they also sell energy drinks, anti-aging and essential oil supplements, and others. Overall their products seem to be pretty good quality. No one seems to be really complaining much about them but of course that is not the point of this review.

The point of this review is to focus on the compensation plan. Visalus does not sell their products and stores. They have a little army of promoters that are running around selling their products. And what these providers are also doing is recruiting and other promoters because they are able to earn money by doing this as well. So pretty much there are two main ways to make money with Visalus. You can sell their products directly to other people or you can recruit in other promoters beneath you and earn commissions from their work.

The Compensation Plan

Like I said, there are two main ways that you can earn with Visalus, however there are many ways in their compensation plan that fall into these two categories. These include the following…

Personal Customer Commissions

Personal customer commissions come when you personally sell Visalus products to other people. The percentage you earning commissions will vary depending on the amount of business you do but you will be able to make up to 30%.

This is the only way to earn money from selling to customers. The rest of the ways that you are able to earn are based on recruiting other promoters into the business.

Fast Start Bonus

The fast start bonus is a bonus that you can earn when you recruit in another promoter. The bonus will be paid based on the business package that the new promoter ends up purchasing. You will be able to earn up to $185 with this bonus for each new promoter you recruit in.

Team Commissions

And then there are the Team Commissions, which you could probably say are the main part of the whole compensation plan. With the team commissions you are able to earn 5% on all sales beneath you down to eight levels.

So what this means is that you will be able to earn 5% of the sales that are made by the people you recruit in (level 1), 5% of the sales that are made by the people that they recruit in (level 2), 5% of the sales that are made by the people that the level 2 promoters recruit in (level 3), and so on all the way down to level 8.

This is a uni-level structure which means that there can be unlimited number of people on each level. Just to kind of give you a visual picture of what this looks like, here is a diagram…

Leadership Depth Bonus

The Leadership Depth Bonus allows you to earn up to 4% team commissions on unlimited levels. However this only comes into the picture once you reach the rank of Ambassador.

And besides all of these ways to earn there also team development bonuses, luxury car bonuses, and a few other things, but this is the gist of it.

The Ranks – You Have To Move Up To Earn Good Money

There are 15 different ranks total and earning good money with this business is all about moving up the ranks.

So how do you move up the ranks? Well… It’s pretty much all about recruiting in new promoters. The requirements to move up the ranks are based on the number of promoters you have recruited and beneath you and the amount of sales that your entire team and makes. So while the amount of products you personally sell can affect your rank, the easiest way to move up the ranks is to recruit others in.

Pyramid Scheme?

Although Visalus does have a pyramid-like structure, it is not a pyramid scheme. Why not? Well because this company does sell legitimate products and they do sell to normal customers. There are many people that buy these products and do not get in on the business opportunity.… They buy just for the products themselves. This is pretty much what separates a pyramid scheme from a legitimate MLM (multi-level marketing) business.

So yes, this business model does focus on recruitment a lot, however it’s just not a pyramid scheme… Simple as that… Well at least not in a legal sense.

Big Downside To This Business

Not a pyramid scheme but this doesn’t mean it’s a great business opportunity either. Many people fail with MLM business opportunities like this for good reason. The reason is because they are difficult to make money with.

Why are they difficult to make money with?

Well because of the pyramid -like structure. While this structure does provide an opportunity to make a lot of money, it makes it more difficult for people to make money near the bottom of the pyramid. The money that the people at the bottom could be making from their sales gets sucked away and funneled up to the people above them.

So pretty much it all comes down to recruitment and whose downline is bigger. If you’re good at recruiting and can build up a big downline so that you can earn lots of commissions from those beneath you, then you can earn a lot, but if not then you will not.

I review MLM opportunities like this all the time and what I always find is that the earnings of members that participate in them is always very uneven, meaning that only a very small amount of people earn a lot of money, whereas the large majority do not. This is expected since with a pyramid -like structure the majority of people were at the bottom.

Final Thoughts

Visalus is not a pyramid scheme but it is not a great opportunity for everyone either. Some people excel with MLM businesses like this but there is not enough room for everyone to excel. They will always be more people at the bottom than at the top so you have to be pretty good to be successful with this type of thing. If you want to be successful you have to be able to recruit others in easily.

If you think you’ll be good at this thing go for it, Visalus’ products seem good and you can feel good about promoting them. But personally I will not be getting involved in this sort of opportunity. I don’t particularly care for MLM businesses because of the difficulty nor am I very good at making a strong sales pitch.

If you are like me then one thing I would suggest would be to take a look at how I make money online. I make a living working online and you can read my “make money online guide” below where I go over what exactly I do, how it all works, and what I consider to be the best way for beginners to get started is.

And of course leave any comments, questions, or concerns that you may have below and I will get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Kryptogenex, Scam or Good Opportunity? – I Would Avoid This Place

Kryptogenex ScamKryptogenex claims to be in amazing cryptocurrency education platform that also provides an amazing business opportunity where you can make boatloads of money referring others to join, but is this really a place you should be joining? Or is Kryptogenex a nasty scam that you need to avoid at all costs?

In this review you will see that I have some serious concerns about this place. There are many red flags that I have found that telling me to avoid it and that it is a scam. In this review I will be going over what Kryptogenex claims to be as well as my concerns. If you are thinking about buying into this you’re going to want to think again and definitely read this over first.

What Is Kryptogenex?

Kryptogenex is marketed as an education platform that provides basic education on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. On top of this they also provide investment opportunities where you can invest your bitcoin with them and have them manage it.

Everything sounds good so far but then when you see the lucrative compensation plan that they have in place, where you can get paid to recruit and other members, it starts to get a bit concerning. There is nothing wrong with a company paying members to refer and other members but when it comes to platforms like this that offer cryptocurrency investment package is, this is definitely concerning and it makes me wonder if it is a Ponzi scheme like the many other crypto Ponzi’s out there. For example: Bits Trades and Supreme Coin.

Another major concern that I’ll go over is about the people who created this place.

What You Get With Kryptogenex

Training

The main product that they promote this place with is the education platform. Like I said, you are provided with very basic cryptocurrency education. This will include information on things such as: what is Bitcoin, the basics of blockchain technology, where Bitcoin came from, how to trade cryptocurrency, etc.

It is all very basic. For example the information provided on trading cryptocurrency will only tell you how you can go about doing it but as far as strategy goes you won’t know anything.

The training is laid out video format which is nice and easy to follow.

If you want to buy into Kryptogenex you will have to pay for this training. This is the “core product” and cost $250 plus $50 per year if you want to be a promoter and earn money recruiting others to join.

The Krypto App

They also have what is called  The Krypto App which is for people who want to invest a small amount of Bitcoin, $50 – $200. I don’t know much at all about this because they do not really tell you anything. All they tell you is that this is for people “looking to get their feet wet” but not invest a lot.

The Kryptorithm

This seems to be where they are trying to funnel everyone. As a member you will get access to “The Kryptorithm”  which is supposedly a “very powerful algorithm” that manages your crypto assets for you. You get access to this but you will have to pay more money to actually buy into it.

What is it?

While supposedly it is a bitcoin management service where you can deposit your bitcoin with them and they will manage it and help grow your wealth.

There are three different packages you can buy in at: the Silver Package, the Gold Package, and the Platinum Package. The silver package cost $1000, the gold package cost $2000, and the platinum package cost $3000.

Compensation Plan

You do not have to join as a promoter but this seems to be what most people are going to do. Why? Well because the compensation plan is very lucrative and the education platform is very basic with information that can easily be found for free online… So I don’t really know why anyone would buy in just as a customer.

Direct Referral Bonuses:

When you recruit someone to join in you will get paid $100 right away when they buy in at $250. This is when they buy the main course, or the educational package.

The real money comes in when you recruit someone and they buy into The Kryptorithm. You will be able to earn $400-$1200 based on which package they purchase.

Customer Acquisition Bonuses: of $25 – $250 bonus when you bring in 10 customers

You will also be able to earn $25 bonuses when you recruit someone in and they join as a customer only. This is nice because it shows that they are trying (to some extent) to sell this as a product to the general public and not to people who are just looking to earn money recruiting others in, but as I said I do not think many people are going to be joining just as customers.

You will also be able to earn a $250 bonus when you bring in 10 customers.

“The Kryptonary” Binary Payout Plan:

What they all The Kryptonary is their binary compensation plan. In order to make money from this you first have to recruit in two members. There are two open spots below each person and it branches out the further down it goes. If you recruit in more than two people the additional recruits will spill over and fill in any positions that are open beneath you.

You will be earning commissions from many levels beneath you with this Kryptonary payout plan. This is that the pyramid part of the compensation plan because commissions will flow up from your downline to you.

The People Behind It All

One of the big problems that I have with this place is that there is no information on the people behind it. They do not tell you anything about the founders/creators and your left completely in the dark.

Buying into the education platform for $250 isn’t all that crazy, but investing thousands of dollars in The Kryptorithm investment packages??? That is crazy to do that without even knowing anything about the people behind it.

But anyways… after doing some digging around I found that one of the co-founders of this place is a guy named Stephen McCullough. And what you need to know about him is that he was one of the co-founders of SkyBiz. What is SkyBiz? Well…. lets just say that it was sued in 2001 by the FTC for being a pyramid scheme and leave it at that.

So literally all I know about the people behind this place is that one of the co-founders has a history of pyramid scheming. Great news right?

Conclusion on Kryptogenex

It is hard to tell what is really going on here. With online platforms like this you never really know what is going on in the background. Are they running a pyramid scheme? A Ponzi scheme? You have no idea.

For all I know they might not even be investing your money when you buy into The Kryptorithm with thousands of dollars. And because of how shady and nontransparent this platform is I am very suspicious of this possibly being true. This place exhibits many of the characteristics I warned about in my post on spotting a cryptocurrency scam. They could just be using incoming investments to pay off older investors.

But anyway, this is all just my opinion. I personally do not trust this place and I see no reason to buy into it if you are looking for cryptocurrency education alone. You can easily find plenty of free cryptocurrency educational videos on YouTube that make it very easy to understand.

Is World Global Network a Scam?… Pyramid Scheme Maybe? – [Review]

World-Global-NetworkWorld Global Network sounds like one heck of a great opportunity, but is it really? Do their products even work and what’s up with all the members of this company trying to get other people to join? Is World Global Network a scam that you should be avoiding?

In this review I will be going over a little bit about the products that this company sells but I mainly want to talk about the business opportunity that everyone is trying to get other people to join. And by the way I am in no way affiliated with this company so I’m not going to be recruiting you in, nor am I going to make this sound better than it is. There is actually a pretty significant downside to the business opportunity that I will be going over.

World Global Network Review

World Global Network is a MLM company that sells “life sensing technology”. The company was started back in 2011 and is growing at a pretty decent rate.

There most popular product includes the Helo wristband. This thing looks very similar to a FitBit and monitors all sorts of vital signs like your heart rate, blood pressure, fatigue, mood, electro cardiogram, etc and alerts you when your numbers are abnormal or out of the healthy range.

They also sell this pretty cool product called Biozen that is a small sticker-like chip that you stick on your electronic devices to reduce what they call “electro smog”. This little device they claim to be recognized as a class I medical device in Europe and this “electro smog” that they refer to is just a fancy term for radiation.

According to research his studies, many electronic devices generate electromagnetic fields that subject our bodies to an overload of positive ions that can distort water molecules and ultimately harm our DNA. So there is definitely a need for a product like Biozen but whether or not this particular product works isn’t something that I know. I wasn’t able to find any studies of the product showing that it reduced the distortion of water molecules in our body or anything like that. But in theory it should work.

The Business Opportunity

If you are presented with the different products that World Global Network sells and were pushed to buy them then there’s a good chance you are also pushed to join the business opportunity where you can make money selling the same products to other people. From what I have seen this business opportunity is usually presented as a way to achieve financial freedom, quit the daily grind, make tons of money, etc. But what no one tells you about this is that there is a serious downside to it… One that I will be going over.

If you decide to become an affiliate for World Global Network you will be able to earn commissions from sales that you make. You will be set up with your own little personal online store and when people buy products from your store you will earn commissions from the initial sale as well as any recurring sales.

The controversy all part of the business model, which is why you may hear people calling it a pyramid scheme and is the reason members are going out in trying to recruit others in, is MLM part of it. MLM stands for multilevel marketing and basically what this means is that there are multiple levels within the compensation plan and you can get paid from the efforts of people beneath you. So what you can do is recruit others to join the business beneath you and earn commissions from what they do, and earn commissions from the people that they recruit in, in the people that they recruit in and so on.

The Team Volume Commissions are paid out in a binary structure. So beneath each person there are two available positions. Beneath you the pyramid breaks off into two sides (binary), a left and right. So as you recruit new members into the business you first fill the two positions beneath you and then your recruits will overflow and fill any available positions on the way down. The same will happen when people that you recruited in go out and recruit people in. Below is a little illustration of what this will look like.

You will be earning commissions based on the volume of product sold in your downline, with the possibility of earning 10% commissions from the volume on both sides of the binary structure.

You will also be able to earn what they call “Generation Matching Bonuses” which are basically commissions paid to you from different teams that are created in your downline. So as an affiliate you go out and recruit a bunch of people and sort of build your own “team”. With these Generation Matching Bonuses you will be earning commissions based on the teams formed beneath you. There is more to it to that but I think this is an easy way to understand it.

With these bonuses you will be able to earn down to 10 generations deep. Generation one consists of the people that you personally recruited in, generation two is made up of the people that they recruited in, generation three is made up of the people that those people recruited in, and so on.… All the way down to 10.

So with the different ways to get compensated through recruitment you can end up getting paid from people way beneath you.

Sounds Awesome But Here Comes The Downside…

With MLM opportunities like this there is a lot of potential to make a lot of money but what people don’t tell you is that they are very difficult to make money with. The reason has to do with their very structure. Their pyramid like commission structure sucks money away from those at the bottom of the pyramid and funnels it up to those above them. So what this means is that the people near or at the bottom are making less money than they possibly could be making if there wasn’t such a MLM structure and the people at the top are reaping the rewards.

And as you can imagine with a pyramid -like structure there are always many more people at the bottom or near the bottom of the pyramid then at the top, making this type of business model more difficult for the majority of people that join. This is why you see such high turnover rates for MLM businesses like this in the reason so many people fail. It is NOT some super easy opportunity to make money like some people try to make you believe. The people that present it as such are probably just trying to recruit you in to make money off you.

I review MLM’s all the time, Zija International, Rodan and Fields, World Ventures, you name it… and one common theme is that when I find ones that do show their income disclosure statement it is always very uneven, meaning that those at the top are the ones making most of the money.

Conclusion on World Global Network – Good Opportunity?

I’m a fan of the products that World Global Network sells. Sure they might be overpriced but when it comes down to what the products are all about and what they do I am a supporter. But with the business model I’m not too big of a fan. I’m not too big of a fan of MLM business models because they always lead to a bunch of people running around trying to recruit everyone in him because of course what I just went over.

Is this a good opportunity for you? Well that all depends on what you are like. Some people really excel with MLM businesses like this while they a majority don’t. Those who excel are the ones who are able to recruit new people in consistently and really build up a big downline, Which is absolutely necessary if you want to take advantage of the compensation plan.

As I said, I’m not too big of a fan of MLM’s, but I will say that one upside to this MLM is that the technology that is being sold is new and I think it’s going to increase in popularity quite a bit future, making it a much better MLM opportunity than many of the other ones out there.

Something else you may want to look into if you are thinking about getting involved in this MLM and starting your own business would be how I make money online. You can read my “make money online guide” here if interested.

And of course leave me any questions or comments you may have below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂
