Your Profit Team scam

Your Profit Team – Scam or Legit? [EXPOSED!]

Your Profit Team is supposedly some incredible opportunity to make money online where you can make thousands of dollars per week… According to them “over $7340 per week”. But is this really true? Or is this just a bunch of BS that is going to be a waste of your time? Is Your Profit Team a scam that you should be avoiding at all costs or is this a once in a lifetime opportunity that you should be jumping on right away?

Unfortunately this does not look like the incredible opportunity that is promoted as… As I imagine you were suspicious of in the first place. After all, you are reading my review right now which means that you are willing to put in the extra work and do some research on your own because it probably sounded a little bit too good to be true.

In this review I will be going over a few things that you should definitely know before hand. If you are thinking about buying into this opportunity you are definitely going to want to reconsider after reading. This place is similar to other scams I’ve exposed recently including Crowd Profits and Wealth Academy.

Your Profit Team Review

Your Profit Team is said to be some “Internet millionaire team” that is supposedly partnering with people who are looking to make money online, and of course they want you to join.

This alone seems a little bit strange, don’t you think? I mean, why would they be looking for you to join in particular? They say they are only opening this opportunity up to 20 new people and you are one of the chosen ones. But why? I mean if this really were the case and you are one of the lucky few to get such a great opportunity that would be awesome, but it still seems a bit strange.

But anyways… The spokesperson in the video, which you find out later goes by the name of “David”, claims that people are making over $7340 per week with this system. Apparently this is some “secret society” that has been flying under the radar for years but is just now opening up to a select few new members.

This guy “David” claims to have used to work as a mechanic, working long hours for little pay and trying to make money online but spending thousands of dollars without getting anywhere. Of course he almost gave up until he came across this amazing team that helped him make money.

After giving you this completely unverifiable story about his life, which is likely completely made up, he then shows you some of his bank accounts to “prove” that you really can make money with this. The problem here is that screenshots like this can easily be faked. Give me 1/2 an hour and I could throw together a completely fake bank account screenshot as well.

Making over $100,000 in your first month of work sounds incredible, and quite unbelievable, but to make things even more unbelievable and suspicious he also tells you that you only have to work one hour per day and can make money as soon as possible.

Could this opportunity sound any better? Seriously… Making tons of money with very little work and being able to start earning right away??? It seems that he is just saying everything that everyone wants to hear.

And if you end up entering your email address to try to get access to the system there is a bunch more BS claims that he throws at you, such as this being “completely done for you”…

How This Opportunity Works

Throughout the video presentation David keeps on saying that when someone on the team makes money, everyone makes money… However he never really explains what exactly he means by this. Is there some sort of revenue-sharing system going on here? What is the deal?

He also claims that the team does pretty much all the work for you and it talks about these “money making websites” that are supposedly going to be completely automated and will be making you tons of money day and night.

He also says that there are “so many more buyers out there than sellers on the market right now”, but this is just a stupid thing to say. Of course there are more buyers than sellers. Just think about it… It is this way for everything. Think about an Apple Store… It is one seller and there are thousands of buyers coming into the stores every day.

But anyways… Back to the point of this section of my review… How does this Your Profit Team work?

The answer to this is that I have no idea… None whatsoever. There is absolutely no information given on how you’re going to make money here and this is very worrisome.

Has It Really Been On The News?

One of the claims that caught my attention in the video presentation was that this “exact same business model” has been “shown on hundreds of new stations”. But has a really? And if it has, what does this mean?

Well… It is a very misleading statement because, for one, we have no idea what this business model even is because there is no information provided, and two, even if the business model were talked about on the news, this certainly does not mean that this particular “Your Profit Team” opportunity is going to be any good.

I mean there is talk about work from home jobs all the time on the news but there are also a lot of work from home scams out there, so this really does not mean anything at all.

Why Is It So Cheap?

Something else that caught my attention, which definitely does not mean it is a scam but does make me a bit more suspicious, is that the price is extremely low. It only costs $47 to get onto this moneymaking team and if you attempt to click away from the page you actually can get a $10 discount on top of that.

But the fact that it is so cheap isn’t the only thing that concerns me here. Another question I have is… Why are they charging you anything at all? If this system is going to be making you thousands of dollars per week and they are only letting 20 people in, what is the point of even charging? They can just take the cost out of your pay, can they not?

Always Read The Disclaimer!

Always, always, always, always read the disclaimer… If you can find one. I have reviewed hundreds of scams online and one thing I have learned is that the truth is usually in the disclaimer. They can tell you all the BS they want to in their sales pitch, but the disclaimer usually tells you the truth, which is often times in great contrast to what you were told in the sales pitch.

In the disclaimer here I found two major red flags, which you can see eight of a screenshot below. The first one is that it literally states that “the typical purchaser does not make any money using this system”, which is obviously a big concern.  Throughout the entire video presentation the spokesperson was telling you how easy this was going to be to make thousands of dollars, but now you are reading that  most people don’t make anything at all… So what the heck is going on here?

And then also in the disclaimer it mentions retiredmillionaire.co, which isn’t even the website that this whole Your Profit Team sales pitch is on… So what is the deal here? Furthermore, The retiredmillionaire.co website is actually a known scam that you can look up for yourself on Google. This is actually something that I see quite often. What is more than likely going on is that the same people that ran the Retired Millionaire scam are also running this Your Profit Team scam. It is basically just a recycled scam that they rebranded under a different name.

Conclusion – Avoid

You can come to your own conclusion on this, but in my opinion this is definitely something that you should be avoiding because it is more than likely a scam. Sure, I have not actually tested out the system for myself, or I guess I should say the “team”, but everything that I see points more and more to this being a big old scam.

Just think about it for a second if you are still not convinced… “David” tells you that this is some secret society of online millionaires that once you to join their team for some reason, which makes very little sense; he tells you that you can make boatloads of money… Over $7000 per week; he says that this all can be done with less than one hour of work per day; you don’t have to do any work really because the team will do everything for you and is a “completely done for you” system; and the disclaimer tells you a completely different story that “the typical purchaser does not make any money”. And of course “David” is likely a completely made up character… There is no verifiable information given on him.

If you are a beginner looking for a legitimate way to make money online, I would highly suggest taking a look at how I went from $0 to over $6000 per month online. I will go over exactly what I do, how it all works, and how beginners like yourself can get started doing the same.

If you have any questions or comments please leave them down below and I will get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Crowd Profits – Scam Exposed or $4,000 Per Week? The Truth Here

CrowdProfits is supposedly some awesome opportunity where you can turn a $200 investment into a $4000 per week income. Well at least that is what you are led to believe, but is it really true? Is this the real deal or is Crowd Profits a scam that you should avoid? I know everyone is asking themselves this question… After all, it definitely seemed a little bit too good to be true.

But anyways… After coming across this opportunity I knew I had to do a little bit of investigating. I was suspicious from the beginning and was fairly certain it was a scam, but wanted to look into it further.

In this review I’ll be going over a few very important things that you are definitely going to want to hear, especially if you were thinking about buying into this… Because it is more than likely a SCAM as you will see.

Crowd Profits Review

When you land on the Crowd Profits website, the one I came across being crowdprofits.co, there is a video presentation that you can play.

The spokesperson says that making money online is all about timing and the jumping on a trend early on. He claims that used to will be all about affiliate marketing, setting up a blog, or becoming a YouTube star… But now these opportunities have already passed.

This is one of the first big lies that he tells you. Sure, there is definitely more competition than there used to be early on for all of these, but I actually make a living affiliate marketing so I can say from experience that this is definitely not true.

But anyways… He says the new trend is all about crowd investment, which are projects funded by potentially thousands of people. In in particular, this opportunity is all about crowdsourcing online advertisements, and he even claims that billion-dollar companies like Facebook and Google are running on crowdsourcing.

Crowd Profits supposedly mixes crowd investments with online advertisements and some people have supposedly been making $4000 per week with this from in an initial investment of only $200.

Legitimate? I think NOT, and I’ll be going over why. Let’s first start off with some of the major red flags that caught my attention…

Red Flags

#1 – Massive Income Claims

Of course you should always be wary when you hear someone telling you about thousands upon thousands of dollars you can easily make online. Now this definitely doesn’t mean it is a scam, but it sure is a red flag that should raise your suspicion.

I mean turning a $200 investment into a $4000 per week steady income… That is a heck of a lot of money.

#2 – Lies About Facebook and Google

At one point in the video presentation he talks about how Facebook and Google make all their money via crowdsourcing… Which is a complete lie.

Facebook, for example, makes their money from running advertisements which are paid for directly by the advertiser, which could be anyone… You, me, a company, etc. There is no crowdsourcing when it comes to the Facebook advertising platform. This is a complete lie.

#3 – The Website Is Brand-New

I dug a little deeper into this whole Crowd Profits thing and found that the website is very new… Which is definitely a bit strange. I mean how can people be earning $4000 per week already if the system is pretty much brand-new?

According to ScamAdviser.com, which is a great website when you are suspicious of a website by the way, this website is only 19 days old at the time I am writing this. Now of course it may be order by the time you read this review, but the point is that it is a very new website yet they claim people are already making thousands a week with it… Which definitely seems suspect to me…

#4 – The Disclaimer Doesn’t Make Sense

One thing you should get in the habit of doing is reading the disclaimers when you come across programs/systems that seem suspicious. This is one thing I always do because you usually can find a few hints that it might be a scam or not.

In the disclaimer I to a screenshot below, you can see that I underlined how they talk about trading Forex, CFD’s and cryptocurrencies, and they talk about this being highly speculative. HOWEVER… What the heck does this have to do with anything?

I thought we were investing in advertisements here? Why on earth would they be talking about trading cryptocurrencies and so on?…

This is yet again something that does not proven to be a scam, but it is definitely something that is a major red flag and a bit odd.

#5 – No Contact Information

And the last red flag that I will go over is the fact that there is no contact information for CrowdProfits. I can’t find an address, a phone number, the names of the owners or employees, anything. There is literally no information about this place and this is a very alarming sign.

Sure… You can contact them via submitting a form online, but this doesn’t do us much good. I want to find contact information about the company behind this so that I can do a little bit of research and try to verify if they are actually legitimate or not. But of course I cannot do this because there is no such information provided and there is probably a reason for this… The reason being that this is a scam.

How It Supposedly Works

In the video presentation the spokesperson explains how it all works. Basically what you do is make an initial investment and then you can browse that their ad marketplace to find advertisements you would like to invest in. The goal is to find new ads that look promising and invest in them, hoping that they will become popular and you will earn a bunch of money from their success… From people clicking on them…

Makes Sense, But There Is a Major Problem

It does make sense. I mean why wouldn’t it? It is a pretty cool idea for companies to crowd source advertisements, thus bringing in a lot more capital and being able to increase their advertising budgets, which would increase exposure to ads and hopefully lead to a profit.

It makes sense, but there is a major problem here… The problem being that I have reviewed plenty of other scams that make the same claims and that there is no real proof of what the spokesperson tells you is going on here.

Some of the other scams I have reviewed in the past which tell you the same thing include Clicks Dealer, Daily Banner Profits, Banner Bit and many others.

These sorts of opportunities are usually advertised as “ad flipping”, with the goal of buying ads when they are new, earning money as the become popular and people click on them, and then selling them at a higher price… Profiting all the way.

This is a relatively new type of scam that is being promoted more and more heavily. It would be awesome if you really could make money like this, but I have not seen any proof of this being the case.

How They Will Likely Scam You

Well the Crowd Profits system is free to use, but of course you have to make your initial investment, which is $200 minimum.

After investing your money there’s a good chance they will make you believe that you are making money off of your investment. What I mean by this is that the numbers in your account may increase but when it comes time to actually withdraw the money, you will likely be stuck in find out that you have been scammed.

I haven’t actually bought into this and tested the system out for myself, but I have reviewed enough similar scams to know this is how they usually operate.

Conclusion – Avoid!

As I said, I have not actually tested the system out for myself, so I guess you could say that I am not 100% sure it is a scam, but I will say that I am 99% sure.

Everything about this place tells me that is a scam. It seemed like a scam right from the start, but even after doing more digging around it seems even more like a scam. They lied to you in the video presentation, the disclaimer makes no sense, we have no idea who is behind this company, there is no contact information, the website is brand-new, etc.

There is absolutely no proof that any of this is real. For all I know, this could be created by one guy behind his computer and it could be a complete fraud.

My advice… Avoid this place at all costs. And if you already have deposited money I would try to get back as soon as possible.

If you want a recommendation from me for making money online, I would highly suggest taking a look at how I went from $0 to over $6000 per month online. You will learn what exactly I do, how it all works, and how a complete beginner can get started doing the same.

Also, please leave any questions or comments down below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂 Let me know what you think about this Crowd Profits system. Do you agree with me when I say it is a scam?

Wealth Academy Scam by “Richard” – The Truth EXPOSED

Wealth Academy supposedly some brand-new incredible way to make money online with a “cash rich” website. In fact, Richard, was the creator, claims that start seeing results “immediately”… However, I am very hesitant to believe these claims.

Can you really trust what this guy is telling you, especially with all the online scams out there? Is this really going to be your ticket to financial freedom, or is it just going to be a way to quickly drain your bank account? Is Wealth Academy a scam like Explode My Payday and YT Crusher (which I recently exposed)?

Lucky for you, you decided to do a little research and came across my review before buying into this program, or “Academy” as he puts it. Well… At least I hope you are reading this before buying in, because if not you are likely going to end up discouraged. Wealth Academy is not to be trusted as I will show you in this review. This place is more than likely a scam.

Wealth Academy Review

Richard claims that there are thousands of people that are tapping into this “highly lucrative website”, which you later find out is Amazon, if you watch the entire video presentation.

You probably reading my review now because the opportunity sounded a little bit too good to be true. Richard tell you that you can start seeing results immediately and that many people using the system are making $1,500 – $3,500 and even up to $8,000 per day one heck of a lot of money.

He claims that this system he put together somehow “exploits” traffic coming into Amazon, however, as I will go over soon, this is a complete lie. But before I get into that, I first want to go over some of the red flags that caught my attention which you should be aware of.

Red Flags – Smells Like a Scam

#1 – Massive Income Claims

When you come across the system that is promoted as a way to make insane amounts of money online, you should always proceed with caution. Sure… This doesn’t mean is a scam for certain, but it definitely should raise suspicion.

#2 – “Richard” Probably Doesn’t Exist

This guy says his name is “Richard”, but I am hesitant to believe any of the story he tells you. He claims that he was laid off from work and ran into some coworker at a lunch place across the street… Where he was told about some secret website you could leverage to make money via affiliate marketing. Supposedly this guy gave him a step-by-step blueprint to make money with affiliate marketing and he all of a sudden started making money the next day with it.

However… How can we trust anything this guy says? The answer is we cannot. There is no verifiable information given, no picture of Richard shown, nothing at all that can prove this to be trustworthy. This is exactly how it is supposed to be. The people behind this scam made sure of it.

And don’t think that this sounds a little bit “out there”. Review scams all the time in the are often promoted under fictitious characters that were completely made up.

#3 – Requires Little To No Work

And right on Que… Of course it requires very little work. Worked Richard all you have to do is set up these websites, which apparently the system does for you, and that is that. I guess all you have to do is click a few buttons.

#4 – Very Low Price

One thing that caught my attention is the very low price for this Wealth Academy. He claims that he could easily sell this for $6000 but just wants to help people out because he can’t stand seeing people struggle, which honestly sounds like a bunch of balogna to me.

Now the low price may sound awesome to you, but it usually means there is something else brewing behind the scenes. I was suspicious right away, and rightly so because I found out there are three upsells for hundreds of dollars, which include…

  • Wealth Academy 2.0 is $197
  • Wealth Academy Pro is $177
  • Wealth Academy Social is $97

What You Get With Wealth Academy

What you get supposedly affiliate marketing training. Mentions that in the training helps you find good products to decide. He also claims to provide insider secrets when it comes to picking Amazon niches.

The traffic training he calls “traffic fallout” and he claims that this training is focused on evergreen free traffic methods, which there is a problem with as I will go over shortly.

All in all, I don’t really know exactly what all you get with this program because he doesn’t really say much, which is typical of a crappy program that once you to buy in before realizing what you actually bought into.

Why This Will NOT Work As Stated

He claims that you will be able to earn very large commissions from Amazon, all thanks to the free traffic methods and the premade websites that this system will be setting you up with. However, much of what you are told is a lie and will not work out.

#1 – The Amazon Affiliate Program Pays Very Low Commissions

One of the major reasons why this will not work out as expected, or how you are told, is because there is no way in heck you are going to be making $8,000 per day as an Amazon affiliate. In fact, very few people make this much with Amazon. The reason for this is because Amazon’s affiliate program pays extremely low commissions… Usually ranging from 4 to 6% although you can earn as much as 10%.

Compare that to some of the other affiliate programs out there that pay up to 50% and higher. 10% is the best you can get with the Amazon affiliate program and this percentage is not even something you can count on getting very often, depending on what type of products you are promoting.

If interested, you can read my review I wrote of the Amazon affiliate program, which is called Amazon Associates.

#2 – You Have To Get Your Website Approved… Which Takes Time

Another reason why this will not work out as you are told is because it takes time to get approved with the Amazon affiliate program. He makes it seem as if you can join this Wealth Academy BS and start making money by today… Which is complete BS.

Amazon has to approve of your website before you can start promoting their products and earning commissions. I don’t remember exactly how long this takes, although I went to the process years ago, but it definitely takes longer than a day.

There is also another major problem with this website approval process that I will go over in #4.

#3 – Free Traffic Methods Don’t Produce Fast Results

He specifically states that you can get started making easy commissions today…

Not only is this a complete lie because of what I just explained above, having to get approved through Amazon and all, but there is also no way you are going to be making this much with free traffic methods.

When it comes to online marketing, you either need time or money when it comes to traffic generation. The free traffic generation methods take time, and the paid traffic generation methods take money… It’s one of the other.

Now I don’t know exactly what type of free traffic generation methods you will be learning in this program, whether it be SEO, social media marketing, etc.… But I sure as heck know that you won’t be earning anywhere even close to $8000 by today. This is just a ridiculous claim and anyone who has been involved in online marketing for some period of time will tell you the same.

#4 – You Might Not Get Accepted As An Affiliate

He mentions that you do not have to build a website when you join Wealth Academy because they do it all for you. What this means is that they will likely set you up with some “cookie-cutter” website that is nothing special. The problem with this is that there is a good chance you won’t even be able to get accepted into the Amazon affiliate program… Because they can be pretty picky at times with which websites they allow to join and promote their products.

Conclusion – Scam

As a full disclaimer, I have not actually bought into Wealth Academy so I cannot dive deep into the training and tell you exactly what is going on here, but I have reviewed enough scams and I have been involved in online marketing long enough to know that this is one of them.

We have no idea who this “Richard” character is, there is very little information provided on what you actually get with Wealth Academy, there are ridiculous and extremely misleading income amounts thrown at you to get you all excited, and just about everything smells like a scam here.

Of course you can buy into this if you would like, I am certainly not going to stop you, but this is definitely not something I would recommend to any of my readers.

If you are a beginner looking to make money online, then I strongly recommend reading how I went from $0 to over $6000 per month online… In which I will explain exactly what I do, how it all works, and how beginners can get started doing the same.

Please leave any questions or comments down below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂 Also, if you purchased Wealth Academy yourself, I would love to hear what you think about it down below.

What Is The Best Wordpress Theme for Affiliate Marketing_
Uncategorized

What Is The Best WordPress Theme for Affiliate Marketing?

I've been asked quite a few times what the best theme is for word press websites… And in particular what is the best WordPress theme for affiliate marketing, since I'm a full-time affiliate marketer and all.

There are probably many people all over the Internet who have already answered this question, but opinions will vary. There really is no right or wrong answer as to what the best theme is, there is only everyone's opinions as to what the best theme is.

In this quick post I will be going over what theme I have personally found to be very effective and that I have used for years, which I don't plan on changing any time in the foreseeable future.

What Theme Is Best? It Depends...

What you first must realize is that a theme that works really good for you may not work really good for another person. This depends on many things, such as your personality, your approach to affiliate marketing, and so on.

Just think about it for a second… Think about your personality and how that may be best reflected by a particular theme. If you are someone who is stern, strict, and write very well structured/organized articles on your website, you may want a more structured and straightforward website theme… Something basic. On the other hand, if you are someone who has a very flexible website and likes to blog about things that just roll off the top of their head, you may want a more relaxed and customizable theme that you can personalize more to your liking.

It all depends, but I'm not going to get into every little detail that it may depend on. One thing I do want to talk about is what type of approach you take when it comes to affiliate marketing, because this makes a big difference.

Your Approach Matters

What do you call yourself? Are you a blogger? Are you someone that has a comparison site and writes strictly reviews? What is it that you do or are planning to do?

What I considered to be the best WordPress theme for affiliate marketers is based on my own perspective as a blogger... Who also writes a lot of product reviews.

Now I have seen people that create affiliate marketing websites that resemble e-commerce sites. Basically they look just like e-commerce sites, but when you click to buy a product it redirects the person to the sellers website. If you are looking for a theme to go along with this style of affiliate marketing then what I'll be covering here is probably not what you are looking for.

What I Found to Be Effective

Okay... So you are probably at the point right now or you want me to just get to the point already. And I will do exactly that.

The theme that I use, and have been using for quite a while now, is FocusBlog by Thrive Themes.

Theme Overview

  • Name: FocusBlog
  • Angle Double Right
    Creator: Thrive Themes
  • Customizable?: Yes
  • Support?: Yes
  • Angle Double Right
    Cost: $49

This is the theme of the website you are currently on right now. What I like about this theme so much is that it has lots of room for customization, give you additional features inside the WordPress editor, is conversion-focused, and more… As I will go over.

You can see a demo of the FocusBlog theme here that was put together by Thrive Themes, the creators of it.

What Makes This Theme Awesome:

Below I'll be going over some of the many features that this theme has which make it awesome.

Thrive Shortcodes

The shortcodes are in addition that you will get inside the normal WordPress editor that you normally would not have. These shortcodes allow you to insert a number of different things into your pages/posts. These include things like buttons, grids, optin forms, Google maps, content tabs, number counters, custom fonts, and a number of different things.

They allow you to spice up your pages/posts so that they aren't just the same old boring text format all the time.

Thrive Columns

The columns feature is something else you get access to inside the WordPress editor, which you normally wouldn't have access to. As you can imagine, this allows you to easily create columns…

Just as an example below, you can see that I created three 1/3 sized columns below. Columns like this are often effective when you are comparing things side-by-side, such as prices and features of different products for example.

You can insert images into these columns and you can also choose to add buttons from the Thrive shortcodes that are provided…

WordPress

iajjsdfoiajsdf;oiajsd;fioajsdf;oajsdf;ajds;fijasd;foiajsd;fioji

WPX Hosting

MailChimp

asdifjas;doiofijasdojfa;sdioojfa;sdojfasdofaosdjfa;isdjf;asidjif;oasjdf;asidijfaosidjfaosidjfa;osodijf

Theme Options

With FocusBlog you also have a fair number of theme options so that you can customize it to your liking. For example you will be able to change between a variety of different theme colors among many other things such as being able to change the layout settings, blog settings, analytics/scripts, comments, etc.

Thrive Opt-In

Thrive Themes is the company behind the FocusBlog theme so there is no wonder that they have built in the ability to create opt-in forms… Since Thrive Themes is all about conversion focused websites.

With the Thrive opt-in feature you can easily put often forms that were created with your autoresponder service, such as Aweber or GetResponse, pretty much anywhere on your website.

Focus Areas

And yet another way to capture leads and increase conversions, whatever type of conversions you may be looking for, is to create Focus Areas.

With the Focus Areas feature you can create nice looking optin forms and then integrate them with an autoresponder service…

Other Reasons This Theme Is Awesome

#1 - It Loads Fast

You can't forget about site speed. You might find the most beautiful theme in the world, but if it isn't fast then it isn't something that you want. Just think about it… What is the first thing you do when it is taking a site too long to load? Well… Maybe you try refreshing, but many people just press the back button and find a different website.

FocusBlog by Thrive Themes is built for speed. It is not a bloated theme that is going to bog down your website. I don't have any statistics as to how fast the theme actually is, but it works plenty well for me.

#2 - Mobile Friendly

Something else that is very important to consider when choosing a theme is whether or not it is mobile friendly. If your website theme is not mobile friendly than you were going to be massively hindering your chances of conversions.

No one likes to go to a website on their smart phone where they need to zoom in on every single part of the website and navigate around left to right trying to locate what they are looking for… It is a hassle and will lead to many people just leaving.

FocusBlog, and all of the themes created by Thrive Themes, is mobile friendly. It doesn't matter if you are visiting at on a smart phone, tablet, whatever… It will look nice and be easy to navigate.

#3 - Pre-made Page Templates

This theme also comes with some pre-made page templates. This way you can load up some nice looking homepages, landing pages, sales pages, etc. and go from there. These can be a big help especially when you're just getting started, and/or just don't feel like going through the hassle yourself of creating such pages from scratch.

#4 - Tech Support

One of the many benefits you often get when you pay for a WordPress theme is technical support. That said, Thrive Themes definitely offers some of the best support from any sort of service like this I have ever been a part of.

I haven't had any troubles with the FocusBlog theme in particular, but I have used the tech-support quite a bit for the many plugins that have been created by Thrive Themes (Thrive Themes creates conversion-focused themes and plug-ins). I have never had any sort of problem and tech-support has always been great and very fast at getting back to you.

If you want to, you can actually give the tech-support limited access to your website and they can go in and fix any sorts of problems/glitches there might be, which is nice if you don't feel like doing anything.

The Cost

The big downside to FocusBlog is of course that it costs money… But with any good WordPress theme you are going to have to spend money. I mean you can get decent WordPress themes for free, but for "good" ones, you will have to pay.

As you can see below, the price for a single site license is $49. This will allow you to use this theme on one website. Included with that price is free updates for life along with free support for one year.

If you want to use this same theme on multiple different websites than you would want to go with the $67 "unlimited personal license". And if you want all there is to offer, you could go with the Thrive Themes Membership, which gives you access to all of their themes and plug-ins, along with unlimited use to all of them, for $299 per year.

I may Thrive Themes member and pay the $299 yearly. But this is because it is a much better deal for me since I use many of their plug-ins, such as Thrive Leads which is great for increasing website conversions as well as Thrive Architect that is great for creating beautiful landing pages.

For Those Looking for Something Free

I haven't used a free WordPress theme in quite some time, but did start out with multiple ones early on. In fact, I would switch between themes very often trying to find something that was perfect.

Omega is one of the nicer themes out there for bloggers in my opinion. It is a very clean and basic website, which I think often times can be more effective.

OceanWP and Modernize are two other very popular free themes out there that are good for bloggers.

What Theme Should You Use?

As I said in the beginning, there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to what theme you should be using. There are a variety of different opinions on this and you have to just find something that you like. You have to find what works for you.

Personally I really like FocusBlog by Thrive Themes and I know a lot of others that like it as well, which is why it is one thing that I definitely recommend for bloggers who are engaging in affiliate marketing. It is a great customizable conversion-focused WordPress theme that works as intended and that I have never had any problems with.

So I will be sticking with FocusBlog but by no means am I saying that you need to be going with this theme as well. However, I do think you should at least consider it.

You can get the FocusBlog theme HERE.

Anyways… I hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful. Hopefully this is the theme you are looking to find and it will serve you well. Please leave any questions or comments down below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Is Alpha Contracts a Scam

Is Alpha Contracts a Scam or “Legally Guaranteed Income”? [EXPOSED]

Can you really "lock-in" $52,000 with these "Alpha Contracts"? Or is this just one big scam? Is Alpha Contracts a scam??

If you came across the teaser for this investment opportunity and are a bit suspicious of what is going on here, then you are in the right place. I came across this opportunity recently and knew that I had to investigate… Things just sounded a little bit too good to be true to me.

He claims that "alpha contracts" are the best kept secret in finance and that will on Wall Street have been using them for years… Making loads of money but leaving the general public in the dark. In fact, he even claims that Warren Buffett makes billions of dollars from opportunities in the same realm as these alpha contracts.

You are even told that Pres. Trump is using alpha contracts to amass a fortune…

But of course this is all a secret… He claims that no broker will ever mention anything about these contracts or recommend them, nor will the mainstream media. Apparently they don't want you to know about them, but he does because he is just such a nice guy.

But is any of what you are told here actually true? Well… There is some truth to it, but unfortunately much of what you are told is either very misleading or a lie. Throughout the rest of this review I'll be exposing this opportunity for what it really is, which is different from what you are led to believe.

Alpha Contracts Review

Maybe you came across the written letter for these "out for contracts" or maybe you came across the video presentation, either way doesn't really matter… They are both equally misleading. I, for one, watched the ridiculously long video presentation with Matt Insley, a publisher at Agora Financial, as the spokesperson.

The the video starts out with him talking about how he is going to show you "live" some guy "locking in" $52,000 of "legally guaranteed income checks".

He then fast forwards and shows you some of the money he helped this guy, who is an unemployed HR worker by the way, "lock in". Some of the prophet he shows includes $12,995 "locked in" from Ford Motor Co.…

It's a bit strange that he is supposedly going to show you "live", yet he already has screenshots of the money he helped this guy "lock-in"… As if he has fast forwarded to the future and returned to the present. It makes no sense.

But anyways… It sounds awesome because this was all done in less than five minutes according to him…

How does this all work?

Well… He claims it has nothing to do with buying shares of companies, selling option contracts, or collecting dividends. It is all about tapping into these "alpha contracts", which are really just a name that he made up because they do not exist and you will not find any information on them searching online.

I'll be going over what these "alpha contracts" really are in a bit, which is really nothing all that special.

He claims that this is all a "little-known" "loophole" but this is far from the truth.

The opportunity is really over-hyped, with him going on to say it is "unlike anything you've ever seen"… As if it is some new magical opportunity that is opening up to a select number of people.

And right on Que, of course it is super easy and all you have to do is follow three steps:

1) Login to brokerage account

2) Click on the asset class known as "blank" (leaves out what the asset class is called)

3) Fill in "Alpha Contract" number

So obviously this all sounds a bit too good to be true. I am guessing you are thinking the same judging by the fact that you are doing a little bit of extra research and reading my review now. The truth is… It is too good to be true, much of it being untrue as I will go over below.

Lies You Are Told

Bare with me for a second here… There is a lot to go over and I first want to show you some of the lies you are told before jumping into what these "alpha contracts" actually are.

#1 - The People Who Supposedly Have Made Money With This Are FAKE

Throughout the teaser he shows you all these people who have supposedly been making tons of money with these alpha contracts, such as Jeff D from Milwaukee, Andrew O from Phoenix, and the Stephen S from Austin… Some of which are said to be making what you could consider full-time salaries from these mysterious contracts…

But of course you can always trust what you are shown online, and in this case what you are shown is all fake.

I had my suspicions that these were fake, so I decided to run reverse Google image searches for some of the people shown here. As you can see below, "Jeff D" from Milwaukee's picture is on many different websites. I couldn't find exactly where it came from, but this suggests that it is probably a stock photo…

And then there is Stephen S from Austin. This picture I found the source of, which is the stock photo site 123fr.com. As you can see, this guy's face was cropped out of an image of he and his wife…

So if the images are fake, are the stories about these people are earning tons of money with these alpha contracts also fake? I mean it is possible that the stories are real, but the pictures are fake in order to keep the real people's identities hidden… Maybe they did not want to be shown publicly, but this definitely casts doubt.

For all I know, the stories in their entirety are completely made up.

#2 - The "Live" Demonstration Is NOT Live

He keeps telling you that he is going to show you "live" proof of helping some HR director "lock in" $52,000.

In the video presentation he supposedly met Brian, the HR worker, in some building lobby across the street and invited him over to test out these "alpha contracts".

Now the video is definitely not live because you can pause the video whenever you want and watch it whenever. You can also access the website and go back to a day later, but it will still be telling you that this is "live". It also appears that the video is completely staged, but you can form your own opinion of this.

Anyways... In the video he shows Brian how to go to his brokerage account, go to the page where you can place trades, type in the alpha contract number, and BOOM… He "locks in" over $12,000 in income checks just like that, then proceeds to do it again and again and "locks in" $52,000 in under five minutes.

#3 - This Offer Does Not End When They Tell You

When I was on the website, is specifically stated that this opportunity would end on "Sunday, September 30 at midnight". I was suspicious of this actually being true, so I decided to wait and see. After all, it was Sunday, September 30 when I first started investigating this and all I had to do is wait until the next day to see if this was really true.

Sure enough… It was a lie.

The next day I refreshed the page, which still said that it would end at midnight of September 30, but at this time it was now October 1, as you can see from the screenshot I took below of my computer screen…

This was pretty early in the morning when I took the screenshot, at 6:30 AM, so I guess I got to it before them. They probably have to update the deadline to a later date, which isn't really a deadline to begin with.

I see this sort of thing all the time. It is just "false scarcity" and is used as a marketing tactic to get people to buy in as fast as possible.

What Are "Alpha Contracts" Really?

Okay... Let's get to the point here… What you all have been waiting for… What the heck are "alpha contracts" really". He leads you to believe that these are some "secret", but they actually aren't at all.

This "alpha contracts" opportunity is supposedly open to the public all thanks to Zach Scheidt, a chief income analyst at Agora Financial.

One of the first hints that you get to what these contracts really are, is when you are told that they are an "alternative way for companies to raise money".

Alpha contracts are really just corporate bonds. That's right, corporate bonds, which is when you just lend your money to a company with the promise of a return, which is the "legally guaranteed income" part that he has been talking about.

Alpha contract = corporate bonds

In particular, he is probably talking about junk bonds judging by the insane amount of income he is showing people earning.

How This Works

With corporate bonds, you will usually receive a fixed income during the duration of these bonds, which are usually paid out biannually.

As an example, if you buy a $5,000 bond with a 5% coupon and a bond maturity of 10 years, you will get $250 per year for 10 years and at the end your $5,000 will be returned.

And because I have reason to believe these "alpha contracts" are really "junk bonds", you could also make money when principal amount is paid back at the end of maturity, since you can potentially buy these at less than the principle amount in the secondary market.

If interested, you can learn more about junk bonds on Investopedia.

Low Risk?

He does mention that there is risk involved, but throughout the teaser he definitely makes it seem as if this is something you do not have to worry about at all. Makes it seem as if you can "lock in" profits so easily.

If you are familiar with junk bonds then you know this is not true, and even if you aren't familiar with them… You probably got the hint by their name "junk" bonds.

Junk bonds are not your typical bonds… They are… Well… "Junky".

But really, junk bonds can potentially be a very dangerous game. You can potentially earn more from junk bonds because of higher interest rates, but there is more risk involved. With junk bonds you are lending money to a company that is usually heavily indebted and if the company defaults on the bond, you are screwed.

With risk comes reward. There is the potential to make more money with these junk bonds than your average bonds, but there is also much more risk involved. Of course the spokesperson, who I mentioned is Matt Insley, claims that Zach Scheidt and his advisement team will be only providing you with the best recommendations, but it still can be a gamble at times.

What You Are Getting Into Here

As you listen to the video presentation, or read the written letter, you probably started to wonder what the purpose of all of this is… Is there a hidden agenda here or are you going to have to pay for something?

Well... Yes you are going to have to pay for something.

You get a free blueprint to buying Alpha contracts, called "Alpha Contracts: The Insider's Guide to a Six-Figure Income". This is the free report by Zach Scheidt that supposedly reveals seven amazing alpha contract opportunities.

But in order to get access to this free blueprint, you have to subscribe to his Contract Income Alert newsletter, which is the point of all of this.

With a subscription to Contract Income Alert, you get videos, reports, insights and even "a brand-new laptop… completely free", but I will talk more about this later.

With a subscription you will get the following:

  • Weekly updates - You Will get weekly updates on what is going on with "alpha contracts" and what you need to know
  • Monthly recommendations - Alpha contract recommendations will be made each month
  • The Insider's Guide - You get the short guide to getting started with alpha contracts that I mentioned above
  • Video series - There is a video series consisting of seven videos that is also designed to help get you started right away
  • Portfolio updates - Zach and his team keep a portfolio of all their recommended alpha contracts, which you will be updated on each month
  • Laptop - And of course you get the "free" laptop that I said I will talk more about

The Cost.. WOW

At first your jaw might have dropped when you saw the price. He claims that he is going to show you how to "lock in a six-figure income for just $2995"…

However... Of course he is going to give you a much better price because he is such a nice guy. If you proceed to the checkout page, you will see that a full year subscription for the Contract Income Alert is "just" $1250… Still obviously a heck of a lot of money…

Is Free Really Free?

Is free really free here? I mean he tells you that you are getting this free computer, but you are paying $1250 for a digital subscription… Which really doesn't cost even a fraction of that for the team behind it.

There Are No Refunds!

One thing you should definitely be aware of before deciding whether or not to subscribe to this advisement service, is that there are NO REFUNDS. If you had made it through the entire agonizingly long sales video, or read the ridiculously long written letter, then you probably already know this.

But why is this? I mean I think it is ridiculous... Why wouldn't there be any refunds? After all… You're just getting a digital service. The laptop is getting sent to you, but you could easily send that back.

In my opinion, which might not be right, they are probably getting out these "free" laptops just as a way to make it seem a more realistic that they can't except refunds.

A "6-Figure Income Guarantee"??..

You may remember the mention of a "6-figure income guarantee"… But what does this guarantee actually mean?

Well… It certainly doesn't mean that you are going to be earning six figures from the advice of this newsletter, which it leads you to believe.

They basically are saying that you have the potential to earn a six-figure income from the advice given, but this doesn't really mean much at all. They have no idea how much money you have on hand to put into these corporate bonds, a.k.a. "alpha contracts".

Take this as an example: you could invest $1 million and make $10,000 off of 10% gains. But if you invest only $10,000 in this same scenario, you would only make $100 in profit.

So the amount you put in obviously makes all the difference in the world… And they have no idea how much you have on hand to put in. Saying that this will give you "the chance to lock in a six-figure income over the next year" is just a bunch of misleading BS and really means nothing at all.

Deceptive Marketing At It's Finest

Overall, this whole "alpha contracts" thing is a great example of deceptive marketing. Much of what you are told is either extremely misleading or a lie.

You our lied to about the people, such as Jeff D from Milwaukee, who have supposedly been making tons of money with these alpha contracts; you are misled on the entire "alpha contracts" thing… They could have just referred to them as junk bonds as they are; even the information given about the "free computer" is very misleading. He talks about how this is some top-notch computer with a fast processor that "quickly launches apps", when in reality it has an Intel Celeron processor, which is the worst of all the Intel processors… The slowest of them all.

And of course the whole deadline thing was a complete lie as well, as I showed you above.

This opportunity is promoted as a incredible opportunity, and is directed at the conservative crowd of people, but it seems that this is more of a money sucking scheme than anything. Are they really trying to help out the hard-working Americans, or are they just trying to get your money?

The Company Behind This

Agora Financial is the company behind this all, so it is not really all that surprising to me. This company is well known for different financial publishing's that are promoted in deceptive and misleading ways.

There have been many different teasers I have reviewed over the years that are very similar. Some that come to mind include "Trump Bonus Checks", Ultimate Retirement Loophole, and 1-Minute Windfalls.

Besides this company being behind other similar teasers, they also have a long list of complaints from customers, mostly stemming from being overcharged for subscriptions, being charged after they canceled, being charged when they didn't know they were supposed to be charged, and so on.

Conclusion - Scam or Not?

I'm going to leave the answer to this up to you to decide. Obviously this entire opportunity is marketed in a very "shady" way, but is it a scam? Many would say so, including myself, but of course this is just my opinion.

While it is marketed in a deceptive fashion, the Contract Income Alert subscription service that you are being funneled into is a legitimate financial advisement service. That said, I do not know how good the track record of the service actually is so I cannot personally recommend it, nor do I trust it very much based on what I have uncovered.

But anyways… I hope you enjoyed my review and found it helpful. Please share this post to help spread the truth to others if possible. Also, leave any comments or questions down below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Trump Bonus Checks Scam – They Are NOT What You Think!

Is this "Trump Bonus Checks" opportunity the real deal… Or is this just a big old scam? Can you really earn checks for "as much as $4280… $6344… and even in exceptional $8181 per month"?

When I first came across the teaser for these Trump Bonus Checks by Mike Burnick I thought for sure it had to be a scam. It just did not seem realistic and sounded a bit too good to be true. Sure enough… It was too good to be true after thoroughly researching this investment opportunity.

In this review I'm going to be exposing what I found to the public. As you are probably suspicious of, this investment opportunity is not nearly as amazing as Mike leads you to believe it is. While you definitely can make some money, most of what you are told is at the very least misleading.

"Trump Bonus Checks" Review

The teaser for these "Trump Bonus Checks" starts out with talk about how Trump appeared on the Oprah show every 30 years ago and claimed that he would help all Americans boost their income, which he is supposedly now doing with these checks… Or at least that is what you are led to believe.

You probably came across this opportunity via the video presentation or maybe the long written letter, but it doesn't really matter… They are equally as misleading.

Mike Burnick is the spokesperson behind this whole thing. Who is he? Well… Believe it or not, he has quite a good background he can rattle off. He has been managing money for years and was able to produce insanely large profits even in the 2008 financial crisis. He is also a contributor on FOX Business news, Bloomberg, etc. He does indeed have a good history and knows what he is talking about, HOWEVER… This does not change the fact that this whole "Trump Bonus Checks" teaser is mostly a bunch of BS.

You are led to believe that there is some "list" that you can put your name on to start collecting these checks. And all you have to do is remove your name from the list, which will then stop the steady flow of checks to you… Sounds pretty awesome right?

He then goes on and on about how these checks have nothing to do with the government or Social Security and how you can claim as many of these checks as you want. As he puts it… These checks are all to some "$5 Trillion Trump Heist".

How can you get in on this opportunity? Well of course it is only three simple steps…

3 Simple Steps:

  1. Set up your account
  2. Pick how many "Trump Bonus Checks" you want
  3. Collect your checks

... Or at least this is what he tells you. However, as I will go over now, much of what you are told is a bunch of baloney.

Lies & Misleading Claims

#1 - October 16th Deadline

Lets first talk about this deadline… Which at the moment is October 16. He claims that this is supposedly the next big payday and you need to get in before this date comes, although he doesn't tell you will why this is necessary.

I have seen this type of thing 100 times before. After October 16 comes and goes the date will be changed to a later time… In the process will repeat itself. In fact, I actually found in older review that stated the deadline used to be May 14. So it already has been pushed back at least once.

That said, there is some truth to this "deadline" as I will explain a bit later in this review. That said, there is no doubt some shady marketing going on here.

#2 - "Trump Bonus Checks" Have NEVER Been On The News

This entire teaser has been created to appeal to the more conservative audience, so of course he bashes the liberal news media a bit, claiming that there has never been a single article about these checks coming from the liberal media…

However... There is a problem here. In that problem is that "Trump Bonus Checks" have NEVER been featured on the media… Neither liberal nor conservative media.

I'll even show you. I did a quick search on the Fox News website and as you can see there is absolutely no relevant results that came up…

#3 - Fake Quotes

Something else that is worth mentioning is that much of the quotes that are shown are not actually real… They have been tampered with.

For example, if you watch the video presentation you may remember this quote that appeared on the screen from Tim Cook…

This quote is not completely true. In fact, I cannot find any mention of these bonus checks in Tim's original quote. This quote was probably taken from the original quote as shown here:

And the same goes for just about all the other quotes that were shown. No one is actually saying "Trump Bonus Checks".

What Are "Trump Bonus Checks" Really?

https://kyles-blog.com/cash-for-patriots-reviewOkay... So by now you probably are wondering what the heck these bonus checks really are. Is there any truth to them?

Well, I guess there is some truth but they are probably not what you would expect after listening to what Mike Burnick tells you.

All these checks are that he keeps talking about our dividend payments. Yes… You heard me correct… Dividend payments, which are a portion of the company profits that are sent out to shareholders, which you probably are well aware of.

There is no secret… This is not something that is "inside information"… It's just dividends.

But why the heck is he calling these "Trump" bonus checks? Well… This is because of the new tax laws that have been put in place by the Trump administration. For a long time now companies have been stuck with "hoards" of cash overseas… American companies that don't want to bring it back to the US because of how high the taxes have been. The Trump administration has decreased these taxes and because of this American companies are able to bring more money back to the US.

It it is expected that dividends from many of these companies will increase and you should also be able to expect to see them buying back stock in the companies… Which is all good and dandy, just not really what you might expect after listening to the sales pitch.

Why do you have to get in before Oct 16th?

Now let's talk about this "deadline" a bit more, as I said I would.

He is likely telling you that there is a deadline because of the next dividend date for his recommended investments. If you get in later you will have to wait until the next quarterly dividend checks are sent out. So while it might be advantageous to get in before the day, it is definitely not crucial and you don't really have to worry about missing out on something huge.

Can you really bring in $4,280,  $6,344... and even $8,181 per month?

Okay, so now we know that these "Trump Bonus Checks" are really just dividend payments for shares of the company that you hold.

While it is possible to get these checks of up to $4280, $6344… and even $8181 per month… As he tells you… It is absolutely ridiculously unrealistic. Sure, it's possible, but definitely do not count on anything even close to this per month. And I'll explain why with this example…

Example #1:

I'll use AT&T Inc as an example because they are a company who has an upcoming ex-dividend date of Oct 16th.

Right now the next ex-dividend rate is sitting at $0.33 (courtesy of Dividend.com). If you are going to make $8,181 per month from dividend payments here, then you will need to make $24,543 quarterly, which is when the dividends are paid out. And in order to make this amount you will need a whopping 74,000+ shares in the company!

Since shares are selling right now at $24.97, you only need to invest a little over $1.8 million... and everyone has this kind of money just laying around right?

Example #2:

Another example I will give you is that of Graham Holdings Co, which also happens to have an ex-dividend date of October 16 and has the highest dividend payout per share at of any other company I could find for this date... at $1.33.

So let's take a look and see what it would take to make $8181 per month investing in a company like this…

With a dividend of $1.33 per share, and with $8181 per month equaling $24,543 quarterly, you would need a little over 18,000 shares, which is much less than the first example I gave. However, the shares are selling at $577 as I am writing this, which would mean that you would need right around $10.6 million to invest in order to get checks for $8181 per month… Not too shabby, am I right?

But seriously... look how ridiculous these examples are. If you want to make the kind of money he claims you can make with these "Trump Bonus Checks" then you would have to invest millions of dollars.

True, I don't know if AT&T Inc and Graham Holdings Co actually some of the stocks he is going to be recommending, but any example you can find is absolutely ridiculous.

I mean, it is possible to make this kind of money but it is definitely not realistic. Who the heck has over $1 million sitting around and is currently reading this? If anyone falls into this category than I would love for you to comment below, but this is obviously going to be a category of very few people.

How They "Get You"

If you read much of the written letter or watched much of the video presentation for these bonus checks, then I bet you are probably wondering what the purpose of providing such information is. There has to be a catch here right? I mean why else would Mr. Mike here be sharing this amazing information with the public? Does he really just want to help us out or is there a hidden agenda here?

Of course we all hope that this is one incredible opportunity and that there isn't any catch, but unfortunately there is a hidden agenda here. The whole point of this sales pitch is to get you to subscribe to Infinite Income, which is his financial advisement newsletter.

Infinite Income is a monthly newsletter service that provides you recommended investment opportunities that have been fully researched by Mike Burnick and his team.

The 3 Steps to "Trump Checks" e-book along with some other bonus material is just used to lure people in two Mike's subscription newsletter service… Which isn't free by the way.

You have to sign up for a free trial of Infinite Income in order to get your free e-book on collecting these "Trump Checks" and if you forget to cancel then you will be automatically billed. Infinite Income costs $129 for a premium subscription or $49 for a basic digital subscription.

Now as a full disclosure, I do not know exactly how good the track record is for this Infinite Income newsletter, but I am definitely very hesitant to trust the advice given in it based on what I see in this absolutely ridiculous presentation put on by Mike Burnick.

Other Red Flags

Something else that you might want to be aware of is that Agora Financial is the company behind this newsletter publication. Why is this a red flag? Because Agora Financial has absolutely disastrous reviews… Many complaints.

In fact, I actually wrote a review of Agora Financial to help warn people about this place.

There are a lot of people claiming that they have been wrongfully billed for subscriptions and that they make it much more difficult to cancel than it should be. And of course there are a lot of people complaining about buying into something when they really didn't know what they were getting into… Which would be the result of an extremely misleading sales pitch such as this "Trump Bonus Checks" BS.

This is far from the first time I have ran into deceptive marketing tactics being used for promoting Agora Financial publications. Some other similar teaser promotions that remind me a lot of this one include Ultimate Retirement Loophole, 1-Minute Windfalls, $50 Pot Stock Blueprint and more.

Update: I just realized that this is actually pretty much an exact copy of "Cash For Patriots" that was promoted a while back. It is the same darn thing… And talks about how you can start receiving these free checks due to Trump's new tax code.

The difference is that the Cash For Patriots sales pitch lured people into Zach Scheidts' newsletter called Lifetime Income Report, whereas this Trump Bonus Checks sales pitch lures people into the Infinite Income newsletter by Mike Burnick… Both of which are publications from the wonderful Agora Financial company.

How Are They Getting Away With This?

I'm not a lawyer so I cannot really answer this question in much detail, but honestly I have no idea how they're getting away with stuff like this. This has become such a popular promotion that it is even being featured on conservative radio stations. Listeners listen in for good advice and are willing to trust these stations because they share similar ideologies, but when you see extremely deceptive advertisements like this being played on the stations… You might start to question their trustworthiness.

And another big question I know I am going to be getting is how they can use Trump's name like they do. And again… I really have no idea. All I know is that I have seen this sort of thing done plenty of times before and they seem to get away with it.

Conclusion - Scam or Fraud...?

I guess whether or not you consider this a scam or a fraud is up to you and really comes down to what your opinion of a scam or fraud is. One thing is for sure… A lot of people after reading this are going to include that it is indeed a scam.

There is no doubt that this entire opportunity is misrepresented in extreme ways. You are led to believe that you can simply sign up to some list and start collecting these checks, when the reality is very different. The only defense against this being called a scam that I can think of, would be that the Infinite Income newsletter you are forced into subscribing to, is a legitimate newsletter that can potentially make you some money.

The decision of whether or not to subscribe to this newsletter is all up to you. The purpose of my review here was to simply expose this teaser for what it really is… Which of course is nothing like you are told.

But anyways… I hope you enjoyed this review and found it helpful. Please share this post to help spread the truth!

You can leave any questions or comments down below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂 Also, if you are a member of the Infinite Income subscription service, I would really appreciate it if you left your own opinion of this newsletter down below, as I am sure it will help other readers.

Is Wealthy Affiliate Really Free? – Kinda, but Not Really

Is Wealthy Affiliate really free? I know people say it is, but is it really?

Well… As you can see from the title of this review, it isn't really… But it kinda is.

I know, I know… This doesn't make sense, but throughout the short post you will understand what I am saying. In a nutshell, what I mean by this is that Yes, there is the free Starter membership inside Wealthy Affiliate, but this isn't going to do you much good all on its own. While it is technically possible to make money with this, you more than likely won't.

But anyways, I will go into detail on all of this so that you have a better idea of what you're getting into. I have been a member of Wealthy Affiliate for several years now, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to this and I'm not going to sugarcoat it.

What Exactly Is Wealthy Affiliate?

The  first order of business is to talk about what exactly Wealthy Affiliate is. You might already be well aware of this, but those who aren't here you go:

Wealthy Affiliate can best be summed up as an online affiliate marketing training platform. However, this is not your typical affiliate marketing training program. I call it a "platform" because there is more than just training, similar to Solo Build It. Wealthy Affiliate also provides the necessary tools to make money with affiliate marketing, such as free websites and hosting (these are actually free).

Basically, Wealthy Affiliate is like an "all-in-one" type of deal. While there are lots of other online marketing tools you can go out and buy separately, Wealthy Affiliate provides all the necessities.

Why Everyone Says It Is Free

There is a good research you hopped on Google, Yahoo, or Bing to do some research on this after coming across Wealthy Affiliate being promoted as "my free recommendation", "100% free training", "get started for free", and so on.

I'm even guilty of this. When I first started out promoting WA I definitely wasn't the most honest person online and was just looking to make some quick money. However… Things have changed over the years and a lot of what I see in online marketing is pretty disgusting.

There are a lot of people out there promoting Wealthy Affiliate and not all of them do so in a very honest way. While it is technically true that you can "get started for free", many of the people promoting Wealthy Affiliate leave out a lot of important details… Details that most people wish they knew beforehand… Details that I will be sharing with you here.

A Look at The Free Starter Membership

WA has to memberships, their free Starter Membership and the Premium Membership that you have to pay for.

Just about everyone starts out with the free Starter Membership because it provides the beginning of the training at WA. There isn't really any point in paying for the Premium Membership early on, because you are going to have to go through the beginning training regardless.

What You Get

As a free Starter Member you get the following…

  • Access to course 1 of Online Entrepreneur Certification
  • Access to phase 1 of Affiliate Bootcamp
  • 2 free websites + hosting
  • Use of the website builder
  • Access to Jaaxy (the keyword research tool)

Sounds pretty good right? Yeah… That's because it is pretty good. With this membership get access to the first course of the Online Entrepreneur Certification as well as phase 1 of Affiliate Boot camp, you get to free websites and hosting, use of the website builder, and limited access to Jaaxy which is the keyword research tool.

However… Can you actually make money with all that you are provided in the free Starter Membership? This is the big question that needs to be answered.

If the answer is yes, then claims that Wealthy Affiliate is free would be the honest truth with nothing left out. However, if you can't make money with this free membership is then calling WA free is a bit misleading… Because only part of it is free and the part that is going to make you money you have to pay for.

The Big Question: Will You Be Able to Make Money With It?

So will you be able to make money with the free membership? Unfortunately based on what I have seen over the years and based on my own experience, it would be highly unlikely that you make any money while you are a free Starter Member. If you want to make money with affiliate marketing then it you more than likely are going to have to upgrade to the Premium Membership which will unlock a lot more training, support, and use of the tools.

Some of the more notable reasons why you will likely not make any money as a free member include the following…

*NOTE: As a free Starter Member you will get access to some Premium features for the first seven days. But after that your account will be downgraded so that you get the bare minimum.

1) You only get .SiteRubix websites

One of the reasons you will likely not make any money as a free member is that, as a free member, you will only get access to .SiteRubix websites at WA. The two free websites that you get are these .SiteRubix sites. This is nice and all, because it allows you to get started for free without purchasing your own domain, but this will greatly hinder your ability to make money.

What are .SiteRubix websites exactly? They are what you call "subdomains". They are not independent personally and domains. They are basically domains that are part of a main domain. So .SiteRubix is the main domain, and your site would be the subdomain.

For example, your website would appear as yourwebsite.siterubix.com, with your domain in front of the main domain.

Why is this a problem besides looking weird? Well… There is talk in the online marketing world that subdomains do not rank as well as main domains, but I don't really know how true this is.

The main problem with subdomains is that you will not be able to get accepted to many different affiliate programs and you also might be able to make money with advertising services such as Google AdSense. The reason for this is that affiliate programs and Google AdSense will want you to have your own domain. When you have a subdomain you don't actually own it and you are not in full control of it. This is at least what I understand to be the reason for many places requiring urine domain.

2) Limited training

Another major reason why you will likely not make any money with the free training is because the training is very limited. You will enjoy access to the entire level 1 of the training, which is awesome, but this will give you much more than a foundation.

The entire Online Entrepreneur Certification course is 5 levels, each consisting of 10 lessons. You get access to the first 10 lessons, but the other 40 lessons you do not. Only getting access to 1/5 of the training is obviously going to greatly hinder your chances of success.

And this is just with the core training… The Online Entrepreneur Certification training. You also will be limited on the Affiliate Bootcamp training and you will not get access to the weekly live training and more.

The training gives you all the basics, such as understanding the process of making money, choosing a niche, building your website, studying up that website creating some content, getting the menus set up, and basics of keyword research… But you don't learn how to best incorporate affiliate links, write effective content that converts, how to really connect with your audience, increasing conversions, and a lot of other intermediate and advanced stuff.

You just learned the basics.

Below you can see the 10 different lessons included in level 1 of the training…

If you are completely new to this and would go through the entire first level of the training and then decide that you can take it from there… And not upgrade… You will likely veer off the path and make a wrong turn at some point, which will just lead to a lot of wasted time.

This beginners training is great and all, but this isn't even close to all that Wealthy Affiliate has to offer. In fact, beginner stuff like this can pretty easily be found elsewhere online for free… Very easily actually.

3) Limited use of tools

As a free member you will also have limited use of the tools available at WA.

For example you will only be able to get to use the keyword research tool, Jaaxy, with limited access. You will only be able to perform 30 keyword searches with it which is a nice little trial, but doesn't provide you with much ability to really do research and find some good targeted keywords.

Now if you are completely new to this all then you may not know exactly what keyword research is, or how important it is, but you should know that it is extremely important. Keyword research is how you target specific keywords and rank high in the search engines. Without it will be spinning your wheels posting in the same place. You can write the best content in the world, but if you aren't targeting good keywords then it is probably going to better to have not written it at all.

So a good keyword research tool is absolutely necessary when it comes to this business model.. And 30 free searches just isn't going to be enough moving forward, although it does give you a good feel for things and a good start without any risk.

You will also not be able to purchase your own domain and host it there, which as I discussed above is pretty important.

4) Limited community support

Another limiting factor is how I see free member you will not be able to receive the abundance of community support that Premium Members have available to them.

Getting support from like-minded members that are going through the same thing you are going through, or have already been through what you are going through, is something that should not be overlooked. When I first got started I received a good deal of help from the community and I don't know if I would have made it without them.

As a free Starter Member you will not have the ability to send people private messages. This rate they are really cuts back on your chances of getting the support you need.

In addition to that, you only be able to get access to the beginner level of the training course and because of this you will only be able to participate in the discussions that follow those beginner lessons. At the end of each lesson there is a discussion area, or common area, in which people often ask questions and get help. Of course you will not be able to do this for any of the more advanced training because you do not have access to that.

*You will also not have the tech support that you will likely need somewhere down the road… When you encounter some technical problem with your website, which you are bound to sooner or later.

Think of It as a Test-drive

The best way to think of the free membership is as a test drive. While it is unlikely that anyone will make money as a free member, it is still better than nothing. Wealthy Affiliate is not obligated to give away a free membership.

This free membership allows you to test out the system risk-free. You have absolutely no money invested when you join and you can get through the beginning stages to see if it is something you think you would like and want to move forward with. If it just isn't for you, then no harm done… You can quit without having lost any money. And if it is something you want to continue with… Then you can become a Premium Member to move forward.

The only thing is going to cost you is time. Of course you have to sacrifice a little bit of time to test it out, and you could say that time is money, but at least it is free when it comes to money directly.

With the free membership you will be able to really get to know the process and how everything works. As I discussed above already, with the training that you are provided with you will be guided through the steps of choosing a niche, building a website, creating some first content, doing some keyword research and so on. Although this training is very basic and for beginners, you will at least learn the basics of things to get a good idea of this business and will thus have a better idea of whether or not this is something you want to continue with.

> Test Drive The System as a Free Starter Member <

The "Not Free" Part of It

So now I want to talk about the "not free" part of it… The Premium Membership and what all you get with it. Becoming a Premium Member it definitely has its advantages. There isn't any guarantee that you will be successful and start making good money as an affiliate marketer after becoming a Premium Member, but it gives you such an advantage over the Starter Members that it isn't even close.

Premium Member Benefits

There are many benefits when you are premium. All of the problems with the Starter Membership I discussed above, that will greatly hinder your chances of making money, are no longer problems as a Premium Member. You will be able to use your own domain, you will get full access to all the training, you will have more tools at your disposal, and you will get all the support you need.

Premium Training

Obviously, you get access to all of the core training… All of the Online Entrepreneur Certification training. This includes the other 4 levels shown below…

In addition to that you also get access to the live weekly trend classes that go on every Friday. These are on various aspects of online marketing and you can always get some helpful tips. It is also nice they can ask questions in real time on these live webinars which can be a big help.

But it doesn't end there.

You will also get access to all 12 of the training classrooms that cover everything from website development & programming, to social engagement and marketing, to email marketing, video marketing, PPC and more. This classrooms are filled with training… Much of which has been created by members of the community, many of them which you could call "experts".

Premium Tools

As a Premium Member you will get much more access to Jaaxy, the keyword research tool I talked about.

As you already know, this is incredibly important. If you do not have a keyword research told and you are trying to make money online as you are taught at Wealthy Affiliate, you simply will not succeed… There's no way around this. Keyword research tools allow you to analyze keywords and find ones that are good… So that you can rank high in the search engines and drive free traffic to your website… Which of course you will need to make money.

There is still the ability to upgrade to a higher membership inside Jaaxy, but this is not necessary. You absolutely have enough of what you need to make money with the access to get to Jaaxy as a Premium Member.

Premium Support

There are multiple ways that you will be able to receive support.

You will have 24/7 tech support at your side through what they call SiteSupport. I have used this support tens of times over the past years and have never had a problem. As I stated earlier… YOU WILL run into tech problems somewhere down the road and you will likely need tech support when these problems arrive.

You will also be able to send private messages to people directly, which is how I communicate with a lot of people at WA. And if there is a specific question you want to ask the community, and possibly get many answers, you can do that as well.

Something that I didn't mention earlier, which you don't get access to as a free member, is the live chat. This is something that can be incredibly helpful for beginners because you can hop on the chat and receive help within a matter of seconds. It doesn't really matter what time of the day you hop on there, the live chat is usually pretty lively and you can usually expect to get help very fast.

And of course since you have access to all the training, you will also be able to participate in the discussions below each training lesson.

Free But Not Free

So as you can see… Wealthy Affiliate is only partly free and the free part will likely not make you any money.

If I, with my years of experience in this business, decided to join again as a free Starter Member then I absolutely could make money with what is provided… The free .SiteRubix websites, limited use of the keyword research tool, and the limited training… But that is only because I already have a lot of experience under my belt. I am already part of affiliate programs so I would not have to apply to new ones and a personally owned domain would not be entirely necessary; although the keyword research tool would still be limited, I would already know what I am doing to make the most out of my 30 free searches; and of course I would already have a lot of experience in know a lot more having already went through training.

But if I could go back in time to when I just started, I can pretty much guarantee that I would never have been successful had I not upgraded to Premium. The free Starter Membership gives you a lot of great free stuff and allows you to test out the system, but it does not provide you with that extra push to keep you on track and hope you get to where you need to be.

So next time you see someone claiming that Wealthy Affiliate is "my 100% free training" or something along those lines, don't fall for that crap. These people are just trying to make money a little more easily and unfortunately in the world of online marketing somewhat deceptive tactics like this have become commonplace.

Not a Member Yet? You Can Join Wealthy Affiliate Here & Get Started as a Free Starter Member (remember to think of it as a test drive).

Anyways… I hope you enjoyed this post and I hope it cleared the air on a few things, allowing you to walk away with a better understanding of what exactly you are getting as a free member and what you can expect. If you like that, share, if not you don't have to.

Also, leave any questions or comments down below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Explode My Payday Scam – Another Scam by “Meaghan Harper”

Explode My Payday is supposedly some awesome new system for making money online. At least that is what you are told, but this is far from the truth. In short… Explode My Payday is a scam that you should definitely avoid at all costs and throughout this review I’m going to prove it to you.

You probably came across the video presentation and thought things sounded a little bit too good to be true. And that was probably after coming across a link in your email from someone promoting the system as being some incredible way to make money online. But anyways… At least you’re here now reading my review where you will get the truth.

Explode My Payday

The system was supposedly created by a woman named Meaghan Harper, who actually does not even exist, as I will show you later. The video presentation on the website starts out with a bunch of people talking about how they have been using the system to make thousands and thousands of dollars, which right off the bat sounds a bit like a scam… similar to some other recent scams I’ve exposed such as YT Crusher & Daily Cash Siphon.

Bobby Marshall here supposedly has been making thousands with this awesome system…

But after I came across this “Bobby Marshall” guy I began to grow suspicious. I remember seeing this guy somewhere, and after digging around through some my older reviews, I found that this guy was actually in another review of mine. In fact, the entire video presentation was part of another system called “Greedy Mentor”.

All this Explode My Payday system really is, is a duplicate of Greedy Mentor…

So you may be wondering… Why the sudden name change? Why was this system changed from “Greedy Mentor” to “Explode My Payday”? Well… I cannot give you a answer with 100% certainty, but I can say that I see this happening all the time when it comes to online scams.

Online scams often are rebranded under different names once to many people catch on to them being scams in the first place. They are then promoted as some awesome new money making opportunity when really they are the same old scam. That is more than likely what is going on here.

Something else you might want to know is that the people in these videos claiming to make tons of money are actually paid actors/actresses. I know where all of the mark coming from, but I know that this one “Megan Elizabeth quote character shown below is available for hire on the freelance digital marketplace called Fiverr…

Fake testimonials like this are very common with scams. Of course they are fake because no one is actually making money with these systems so they can’t actually get people who have tried and tested them out.

Just About Everything You Are Told Is a Lie

Pretty much every single thing you are told or shown in the video presentation is a complete lie. Even “Meaghan Harper” yourself is a lie. This woman doesn’t even exist and this is another common characteristic of a scam. As you can see below, the woman that was shown in the video presentation is actually a picture that was purchased on Shutterstock, a stock photo depository…

It probably seems pretty weird to you in the first place that the creator of this system was showing a picture of herself in a bikini… Not exactly what you would call very professional.

But the lies don’t end there. There are plenty more.

Something Ellsworth mentioning is that this system is not closing “tonight at midnight”. She claims that is reserved for only a handful of people and is going to be open to newcomers for today only, on a first-come, first-served basis… Which of course is not true.

As you can see below, it states above the video that is closing Friday, September 28, 2018…

I new this was a lie so I decided to wait until the next day to write the rest of this review. I took a break and came back on Saturday, September 29, 2018, and sure enough the date had changed above the video. Now it is saying that it is closing today…

But of course it is not closing today (as I am writing this) you there. This is just what you call false scarcity and is another very common characteristic of a scam.

The reason she is telling you that is closing tonight is to get you, and others, to jump on this opportunity and buy in as soon as possible. This reduces your chances of thinking more on the matter and possibly doing some research in the coming across a review like mine here… Which would obviously lead you to avoid this all together.

How This System Supposedly Works

You you may be curious as to how the system actually works. But unfortunately I cannot give you any good answer here because there is no good answer to give.

In the video she claims that this system she created “gives you the ability ot manipulate and flow all online traffic to your gateway”… But what the heck is that supposed to mean?

I’m guessing that by “gateway” she is talking about a website. So supposedly you can somehow manipulate traffic and directed all to your website. But then how do you make money from this website? This is something that there is absolutely no explanation offered on. Are you going to be taught how to sell your own products, like a e-commerce style website? Is it going to be affiliate marketing where you just promote products and earn commissions? Will you be making this money via advertising? There are many possibilities… But who knows what is really going on.

One thing that I can pretty much guarantee, based on the extreme number of lies and trickery used in the video presentation, is that this simply ISN’T GOING TO WORK.

A Pure Scam.. Avoid

Although I have not actually purchased at this Explode My Payday system, so I guess you could say that I have 100% proof it is a scam, I am still very sure that it is one, 99% sure.

I have reviewed so many online scams over the years and this has so many of the common characteristics. Of course there are many lives throughout the video presentation, fake testimonials, it is a system that has recently changed names probably to avoid old rumors of it being a scam, and there is basically no information given on how the system actually makes you money except for some very vague explanation that I really don’t know what to make of.

The online world is full of scams, with many more scams out there than legitimate opportunities. However, there are legitimate opportunities out there… You just have to know where to look. If you want some of my advice, I would suggest starting out with the Wealthy Affiliate training program.

Recommendation: Wealthy Affiliate

Wealthy Affiliate is where I got started when I first ventured out to the online world looking to make money. This was back in 2015 soon after I graduated from college. To make a long story short… I now make a living working online which I may have never achieved had I not came across Wealthy Affiliate in the first place.

Wealthy Affiliate can be summed up as an online affiliate marketing training program. Basically it is a place that provides step-by-step training on how to make money with affiliate marketing.

What is affiliate marketing? This is when you earn commissions online by promoting products and helping make sales. It is something that many online marketers get started with due to its simplicity compared to other methods of making money online. It is good way for beginners to start for a number of reasons, mainly because it requires very little startup cost and you don’t have to worry about selling your own product or anything like that… You simply promote products that already exist.

But anyways… If you’re interested in learning more you can click the button below to read my review. I’m not going to go into too much detail here.

Also, please tell me what you think about Explode My Payday the comment section below. If you have bought into the system and have inside information, I would really appreciate you leaving that below as well… I’m sure it would help out many readers of my blog here. Also, leave any comments or questions down there as well and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

YT Crusher – Scam System Without a Doubt [Very Nasty]

YT Crusher is said to be some incredible system that you can make thousands of dollars with per day in commissions with YouTube, but is it really? Is this system really that great?

These the questions that I’ll be answering in this review. I know a lot of people out there wondering is YT Crusher a scam because it sounds a little bit too good to be true. Fortunately… You came across my review here so you are going to get the truth. And I’ll tell you what… I’ll jump straight to the point… YT Crusher is indeed a SCAM and I’ll be exposing it as such.

I can guarantee that you will going to want to read over this review before buying into this… If you’re thinking about it.

YT Crusher Review

YT Crusher is said to be some incredible system that “couldn’t be easier”. Since you are reading my review here, I’m guessing you came across the video presentation and were suspicious of the claims made, which is completely normal judging by how ridiculous the sales pitch was. It reminds me a lot of past scams like Tubeloom and Tube Profit Sniper.

You find out later in the video that the system was put together by a guy named “Ciaran”, who is the spokesperson talking throughout the video.

He starts off telling you about how you are going to be able to forget about early mornings, rush hour traffic, etc.… Because you won’t have to get out of bed anymore. He claims that you will be able to clear your credit card debt, pay off your mortgage, and even be on your way to Hawaii with all the money that this automated system is going to make you.

And of course, all you need is a smart phone, Internet, and only 10 minutes of spare time each day. Apparently “getting started couldn’t be easier”.

He claims that this new system that he put together allows complete newbies to make tons of money on YouTube… Making thousands of dollars within the first day. In the video presentation he shows a chart (shown below) where supposedly six different test subjects made over $2000 every day for an entire week…

But of course there is no way to verify the stats is shown in this chart. For all we know you could’ve been pulling those numbers out of his ass, which is what I believe he did do.

If This System Is So Great, Why Are There Fake Testimonials?

One thing that caught my attention was the video testimonials from people who claim to be using the system in making thousands of dollars per day… They just seem to be fake and I thought I have seen these people before elsewhere.

Sure enough… I did see these people before and I was right. They are fake! The people in these videos are actually paid actors/actresses as you can see below. They are available for hire on the digital freelance marketplace called Fiverr…

Obviously this is a major red flag. If the system really were as great as this guy is telling you, why couldn’t he get testimonials from real users who have tried the system and made tons of money? It should be very easy to get people’s testimonials when a system like this is making them thousands of dollars per day… I would be more than happy to if I were a user as such.

But they are all fake… And this leads me to believe that it is more than likely a scam. But it doesn’t end there…

Old System, New Name.. Major Red-Flag

Another major red flag is that this YT Crusher system is actually the resurrection of in order system called  Tube Crusher, which I reviewed in the past. I knew it seemed familiar, but I wasn’t completely sure until I did some looking around as some past reviews I wrote.

You can see below that the sales pages are the exact same, with the exception of different logos…

Other then the logos and the names being different, these two systems are the exact same. The video presentation is the same exact thing and everything else is the same.

So you must be wondering… Why would it change names? Well… This is actually something I see quite often when it comes to scams. What happens is a scam will become popular, it will scam a lot of people, but then people will catch on to it and start realizing more and more that it is a scam. The word will spread and then because so many people are calling it a scam, it will not be as successful what scamming people. So then the scammers behind it all will change the name up and promoted under its new rebranded name.

This is what I am guessing is happening here.

Who Is This Ciaran Guy?

Okay, so the system is supposedly created by this guy named Ciaran. But who is he? He does not give us his YouTube alias so there is no way for me to check into him and see if he really is legit.

He claims to be a YouTube celebrity and one of the first content creators on the platform… Now making millions of dollars on YouTube.

But… Of course all of this could be a complete lie.

How can we trust this guy if we don’t even know who he is? The answer is that we can’t!

There it is absolutely no verifiable information given on him. No picture, no verifiable background, no last name… Nothing at all. All we have to go off of is the story he feeds us, which I am very hesitant to believe based on the number of lies I just exposed prior.

How You Supposedly Are Going To Make Money With This

So it’s all about YouTube. He talks about big you tubers, like PewDiePie, who make millions of dollars per year from YouTube. And then of course he claims that his “bulletproof system” sure to make you money.

Why is this sure to make you money?

Well… Of course because Ciaran here is a YouTube veteran who makes millions and can easily turn amateur vloggers in two YouTube sensations… Well according to him anyhow.

But another major red flag that I encountered is that  he doesn’t really tell you anything about how the system actually works. We are just supposed to trust him him to believe that it works because he says that it works.

That said, I have my own theory on what is going to happen here because I have seen plenty of systems like this before… Systems which turn out to be complete scams and don’t get you anywhere.

My Prediction:

It it appears that this YT Crusher system is some sort of automated system that isn’t going to work. Based on what he tells you when he was testing this system out on amateur vloggers, it seems to give you the ability to throw together YouTube videos in no time with the hopes of them ranking and then making you tons of money.

However, the problem here is that these sorts of automated systems simply do not work. I mean just think about it… If they did than everyone would be using them and this would then decrease their chances of working even if they did work in the first place.

But the problem is that they don’t work, and they never have worked. Well I guess maybe they could have potentially worked in the very early days of YouTube, but definitely not for a while. The reason is because of competition from others on YouTube trying to get their videos ranked. It is similar to  getting a website ranked in Google… There is a heck of a lot of competition and you can’t just create a website and expected to get ranked, just that you can’t go out and create a YouTube video expecting it to get ranked (or I should say ranked high).

Why is this a problem? Because if your video is not ranked high you will not get any traffic and thus you will not make any money. Getting high rankings is the key to making money, but an automated system like this is certainly not the answer.

Conclusion = Scam

This it’s a definite scam in my book. There are plenty of red flags and no real information given about how this system actually works. I think one of the most telling red flags of all is the fact that the system change names recently. Sure… There are plenty of “make money online” program/systems out there that have changed names and are legitimate, but they will at least make it publicly known that they change names. This system was rebranded in then promoted as some new magical system… As if it had never existed prior.

You can certainly buy into this if you would want to, after all is your money. That said… I certainly do not recommend it to anyone. If you did already buy into it, I would try getting your money back as soon as possible. Luckily, you should be able to sense it is a product sold on  ClickBank, which is a legitimate digital product retailer.

But anyways… I hope you enjoyed my review and found it helpful. Please leave any questions or comments down below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂

Also, if you want a recommendation from me on a legitimate way to make money online, I would suggest taking a look at how I went from $0 two making over $6000 per month consistently.

Is Ibotta a Scam
Cashback Programs

Is Ibotta a Scam? – Nope, But There Are Some Downsides I’ll Go Over [Review]

Ibotta claims that it is "better than coupons", but is it really? Is this cashback app really all that great? Or is it all just going to be a waste of your time? Is Ibotta a scam that you should just avoid in the first place?

All of these are good questions that should be answered before installing and spending your time using an app like this, and I intend to answer exactly these in this review. In this review of Ibotta I will be going over all you need to know… Everything from a general overview of the app, to how it works, the three different ways to get cash back, giving you an example of actually using the app, how much cashback you can realistically get, pros vs cons, downsides and more.

Overall I really like this app for making a little cash back doing what you already do, shopping, but there are a few downsides that I will be going over throughout this review. I actaully wrote an older review a while back but this is my updated and more detailed one.

Ibotta App Review

Name: Ibotta

Type: Cashback app

Ibotta App

This review is going to be detailed and lengthy, with all the info you need, so feel free to use the quick navigation box below to jump to certain sections 🙂

What Is The Ibotta App?

Ibotta is an app that you can download on your smart phone or tablet that allows you to get cash back for normal purchases, both in-store and online. It sounds awesome, because it is awesome. I mean who wouldn't want to earn a little bit of money back doing what they already do, shopping for groceries, clothes, personal care items, etc.?? I sure would.

Now of course you certainly aren't going to get rich with a cashback app like this, but it does help you save money and can be very rewarding.

Where does the money come from?

Getting cashback on purchases may sound like a strange concept, but it is actually pretty common. There are a lot of cashback programs out there, such as BeFrugal, Ebates, DOSH (and others like DOSH), Mr Rebates, Fetch Rewards, etc... Ibotta being one of the better ones out there by far.

These cashback programs make money by promoting offers and driving buyers to certain stores and they purchase certain products. They basically get paid for advertising and in return share a small portion of the profits with you, as incentive to go shopping at a certain store or purchase a certain item in the first place. And the nice thing about it all is that you are still paying the normal prices for your purchases… You are just getting cashback on top of that.

How It Works

  • 1) Sign Up & Download the App
  • 2) Find Good Offers
    • Can browse through cash back offers at hundreds of stores
    • Select offers you want before going out shopping
  • 3) Verify Your Purchase
    • Need to verify your purchase in order to get your cash back.. this is easy and I'll discuss how you do this below

Summary: Of course the first thing you have to do is download the app. This is completely free to do and if you have an android or IOS device will be able to do this. It is also possible to create an Ibotta account on your desktop computer and still earn cash back, but this will be a little bit more difficult to go about doing.

After you have the app you will be able to search for offers you are interested in. You can search by store, by category (such as grocery, clothing, health products, etc.), or even by specific product. Usually what I like to do is pick a store that I shot back and look at all the different offers they have, but you can do it anywhere you wish. After finding offers that interest you, you will be able to select them in the app and proceed to do your normal shopping.

After shopping, you will have to verify your purchase. However, if you are shopping online you will not have to do anything. Your purchase will automatically be tracked. It is only if you are shopping in-store that you will have to verify your purchase, which I will go over below…

The 3 Ways to Get Cash Back

There are three different ways that you can verify your purchases and get cash back. These include sending a receipt, linking a loyalty card, or making a mobile in-app purchase.

1) Send a Receipt

This it's what you are going to have to do in some cases when it comes to in-store shopping. You will have already selected your offers, did your shopping, and then you will have to verify that you did indeed purchase what you claim to have purchased by sending a receipt.

This process is easy. You will see a big button in the app labeled as Redeem, which you will be able to click and then choose which store you are looking to redeem offers that. For example, below I chose a Sam's Club. After that the app will use the camera on your phone to take a picture of the receipt… Very easy and can be done in around 10 seconds.

2) Link a Loyalty Card

A nice addition to Ibotta, which they didn't used to have, is the ability to link a loyalty card. This makes things even easier for you. You can simply link your loyalty card, or members card to the app and then all of your purchases will be uploaded without you having to take pictures of the receipts.

This makes things a whole lot easier, but of course not all stores have loyalty card programs and even if they do, you might not be a member. But anyways, it is nice to have this option and if this option is available it is definitely worth your time to link your card.

3) Make a Mobile In-app Purchase

Ibotta also offers cashback on mobile in app purchases. This is another very easy way to get cashback. There is no need to verify purchases here, just as with the linked loyalty card.

All you have to do here is click on which store you want to shop at inside the app and you will be directed to the store's website. You can then proceed to shop as you normally would end your purchase will be tracked by Ibotta, which will automatically give you credit and cashback.

Using The App

Okay... so now you have a good idea on how this app works, but I want to take you through the process and show you in a little more detail.

When you first open up the app you will be able to search for retailers and offers, browse popular offers in your area, browse by category, and so on.

But anyways… Let's say you have a plan. Let's say every Monday you go shopping at Sam's Club and you don't plan on changing this anytime soon. So what you can do is click on Sam's Club inside the app you will be presented with a list of "hot" offers. At the top you also see a menu of different categories.

The categories of course are going to vary depending on the store, but in my case these include…

  • All
  • What's Hot
  • New Offers
  • Dairy & Eggs
  • Pantry
  • Beverages
  • Frozen
  • Produce
  • Beauty & Personal Care
  • Household
  • Snacks
  • Breakfast
  • Meat & Seafood
  • Kids and Babies
  • And so on...

So let's say that you are just walking through the "What's Hot" category and find a good deal on some Jimmy Dean Delights... That offers a nice $5 cash back…

You can click on the offer for more details and if you like what you see you can click on the + sign next to the offer to add it to your list of saved offers.

As you can see below the + sign turns to a checkmark once it is added. You are going to want to do this before you go out shopping..

These added offers will then be saved to your "My Offers" tab for convenience.

After doing your shopping, if you have your loyalty card a link to your account then you don't have to do anything, but of course if you don't you will have to then upload your receipt as I explained above.

Usually your cashback will be credited to your account within 48 hours. But now that is in your account, how do you actually use this money?? The whole point is getting a little extra money to spend, is it not?

The process of withdrawing cash is very simple and I will be going over this shortly. But first I want to answer a very important question that I know a lot of people are going to be asking… "How much cashback can you make?"

How Much Money Can You Make?

This question may sound like it has an easy answer, but it does not. The better question might be "how much cashback can you realistically make?", But this still is going to vary a heck of a lot.

The fact of the matter is that it will depend greatly on how much shopping you actually do and on what type of products you buy.

Take the example I found below… As I am currently writing this you can get $20 cashback on a 1.75 L bottle of Ciroc and you can get two dollars cashback on Excedrin Extra Strength migraine medication…

The $20 cashback offer is incredible, and even the $2.00 cashback offer is pretty good, but just look at the difference between these two. There is a massive price difference so obviously someone that is buying Ciroc is going to get a lot more cashback, but of course not everyone is going to be looking to purchase something like this.

Now this is a very extreme example, but it proves my point… Results will vary.

That said, this app is super easy to use and even a little bit of cashback on shopping that you are going to do regardless is worth it.

Cashing Out & Gift Cards

There is a $20 withdraw threshold that you have to meet before being able to cash out or get gift cards.

When it comes to withdrawing your money there are plenty of options. You can choose to get regular old money sent to you via PayPal or Venmo or you can choose to receive gift cards.

And yes you are seeing that screenshot below correctly… I do have (or did have before withdrawing some money) $239.33 in my account. I've been saving up for quite some time.

I've been using Ibotta for a couple years now and I have withdrawn via PayPal as well as used my cash back to get many different gift cards.

Gift Cards

When it comes to the gift cards there are plenty of options when it comes to gift cards. You have all the big retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. A full list of all of the available gift cards as I am currently writing this is as follows:

  • Whole Foods Market
  • Apple Music
  • AMC Theaters
  • Abercrombie and Fitch
  • Amazon.com
  • American Eagle
  • Applebee's
  • AutoZone
  • Aéropostale
  • Barnes & Noble
  • Bass Pro shops
  • Bath and Body Works
  • Betty Bath and Beyond
  • Belk
  • Best Buy
  • Buffalo Wild Wings
  • Cabela's
  • Chili's
  • Chipotle
  • Domino's
  • Express
  • Fanatics
  • Fandango
  • Foot Locker
  • GameStop
  • Gap
  • Global Hotel Card
  • Groupon
  • Hollister
  • Hotels.com
  • IHOP
  • JCPenney
  • Joann
  • Kmart
  • Khol's
  • Lowe's
  • Nike
  • Old Navy
  • Olive Garden
  • Overstock.com
  • Papa John's
  • Peet's Coffee
  • REI
  • Red Lobster
  • Read Robin
  • Regal
  • Sam's Club
  • Sears
  • Sephora
  • Southwest Airlines
  • Starbucks
  • StubHub
  • Target
  • Home Depot
  • Uber
  • Ulta Beauty
  • Wine.com
  • buybuy Baby
  • eBay
  • iTunes
  • Walmart

Once you find a gift card that you want you will be able to click on it and then select the price. Sometimes there will be gift cards available for $20, $25, $50, etc.

After selecting the price you will have to confirm your Ibotta password in the gift card will then be emailed to you.

This email usually arrives within seconds and comes in as "your gift card has arrived!". But if it doesn't arrive right away, don't panic. It arrived within a couple minutes, but there was at least one time that I remember when it took around 20 minutes to receive it… In which time I was starting to worry.

In the email you receive you will be able to click a link which will take you to your electronic gift card. The gift card will have a code on it as well as a scan-able QR code, which you can bring up by clicking the "tap to use" button.

PayPal

When it comes to using PayPal, withdrawing your money is just as easy. You will simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw and then enter your password. Usually the money arrives shortly after.

I actually haven't used PayPal in quite some time because I like getting gift cards, but I have in the past and you can see a nice crisp $100 payment I sent myself a while ago…

I haven't used Venmo but I assume it is the same process.

The Referral Program

Ibotta has a referral program where you can make a little bit of extra money referring others to join. The way it works is like this:

Every member has their own unique referral link and code. And you get someone to join through your referral link or enter your referral code when joining, you will receive a $5 bonus after they redeem their first cashback offer inside the app. In addition, they will also get a $10 bonus for joining.

So really is a win/win. If a person joins without going through a referral link, they don't get the nice $10 welcome bonus, but if they do they will.

And by the way: You can join Ibotta through my referral link here to get your $10 welcome bonus.

Pros vs Cons

Pros

  • Easy to use
    • The app is very well laid out and easy to navigate
  • Fair number of offers
  • They make things easy
    • As I went over you can upload a receipt or just link a loyalty card if possible. More and more apps are allowing you to do this nowadays which is nice.
  • Plenty of withdrawal options
    • There definitely isn't any shortage when it comes to withdrawal options.
  • Fast payments
  • Good support
    • One thing I didn't mention is that the support that Ibotta it's very good. Having use this app for several years, I've only had to contact support one time. The reason was because my account was locked because of "suspicious activity" or something like that. I had over $100 in my account at the time and was getting worried, but the support team made it easy and I was able to get my account back in no time.
  • Great ratings
    • There our some other high rated cashback apps out there, but Ibotta definitely is one of the best. They are a very trusted company and just to give you an example of how well-liked they are, you can see on Google Play they have a rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 with over 300,000 ratings…
  • Good referral program

Cons

  • Certainly won't get rich
    • You what make a lot of money with this. This is one thing you definitely need to understand or you will just be disappointed. That said… The money adds up and since you are already going to be shopping… Why not get some cash back?
  • Would be nice to see entire purchase cash back options
    • Another con is that they don't offer all that many cashback options for entire purchases. You know, when you receive a flat cashback percentage, like say 3%, on your entire purchase at a certain store/restaurant.
    • Ibotta does offer some of these entire purchase cashback percentages, but that is just for online shopping from what I have seen. The in-store shopping is per item. Other apps, like DOSH for example, will give you cashback on your entire purchase at certain store/restaurants, which is awesome, but this app just doesn't have all that many offers.

Ibotta App Cheats

Of course we want to all make as much money as possible, so are there any hacks/cheats that you should know about? Unfortunately there are not any Ibotta app cheats that I know of, nor are there any hacks that you can do to make more money.

That said, it is a good thing that it is this way because if you want to continue to make money with this cashback app then they need to stay in business… And if people are going to be cheating and hacking the system, they will likely go out of business.

But anyways… I am still open to new knowledge. If anyone reading this is aware of any hacks/cheats then you can share them below in the comment section for other readers to see.

Who Ibotta Is Best For

Ibotta is best for people looking to save some money when shopping, which of course comes in the form of cash back. Couponers in particular should definitely appreciate and enjoy this app.

But really I think a cashback like this is good for just about anyone. If you are a mother or father he does a lot of the grocery shopping then it will probably be worthwhile to sign up. But of course the cashback savings doesn't end there… You can save on clothing, restaurants, and even travel.

Ibotta vs Other Cash Back Apps/Programs

There are a lot of different cashback apps/programs out there and of course you want to be using the best. You don't want to be wasting your time with something that isn't getting you the maximum cash back. Two other very good ones include DOSH and BeFrugal.

DOSH is a cashback app that I mentioned earlier. It is similar to Ibotta except you are in a flat cash back percentage on your entire purchase at certain stores/restaurants. It is really nice, but there aren't all that many participating stores/restaurants in it varies a lot depending on where you live. But maybe this would be better with time.

BeFrugal it is also pretty good. They offer some pretty high cashback percentages, the downside being that the only offer cashback for online purchases, while only offering coupons for in-store shopping.

These two are both good, but I would probably say that I bought it is my favorite and there is no wonder why it is so popular. If you were to ask me which one I recommend, it would be Ibotta.

Scam or Not?

Obviously this app is not a scam. I just want to make a point to reiterate this.

If it was a scam then I wouldn't have gotten paid from it multiple times, and I wouldn't be continuing to make money with it. It also wouldn't have a 4.5 star rating out of 5 stars on Google play with over 300,000 ratings.

There are some cashback apps out there that are somewhat "scammy" and make it difficult for you to get your rightfully deserves cashback, but I bought is not one of them. They are a very reputable company and if you do, for one reason or another, not receive the cashback you are supposed to and you will be able to contact support in they will work things out to make sure you get it.

Is Ibotta Worth It?

Do you shop? Do you like money? Do you have an android or iOS device? Then it is probably worth it for you.

But this largely depends on how much shopping you actually do. If you are a 17-year-old that lives at home with your parents and does little to no shopping, it probably wouldn't even be worth the time to install it. But if you do your shopping for yourself, or maybe you are a parent that shops for multiple people, then it probably would be worth it. It just all depends.

Give It a Try... Its Free

The good thing is that is free and there is no harm in giving it a try. You can install the app, tested out and see if it is worth your time, and go from there.

Anyways... I hope you enjoyed this review and found it helpful. Be sure to like and share if so. Also, leave any questions or comments down below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can 🙂
